This place was absolutely beautiful inside and out. What we loved the most as guests were how overwhelmingly comfortable the beds and pillows were. The view from the patio was peaceful and stunning at all times of the day. It was a perfect place for my fur baby to feel comfortable in as well.

This place was absolutely amazing! Everything you can think of was provided. The house was cozy and comfortable. Very clean and gorgeous views!

The house was clean and in a good area. 4 Large Bedrooms with comfortable beds. And had good sheets - I know that sounds picky, but sheets do make a difference! Plenty of room to park and also a 2 car garage. Great fenced in backyard. Phillip was very quick to answer any questions. And listen to this - the main question I had was about what had to be done when I left. Because his instructions were basically lock the doors and I couldn't believe it. Had a great stay and will probably be staying there again.

Very well setup home with a great location for all of the historic triangle activities. Walkable for a few restaurants (<1mi) and very easy to get in an out of. Only item to be aware of is the morning traffic if you are sensitive to road noise but it doesn't pickup until closer to 7AM. The home has everything you need and enough space to relax after a full day walking the historic sites. Spence is a fantastic host and extremely quick to respond to any questions. He even provided some recommended activities and family friendly options for the kids. We will be looking to return once the kids are a bit older for our Busch Gardens trip.

We loved our stay! The house was absolutely gorgeous. It felt like an older house but with all brand new appliances and electronics. The furniture was super comfy, and it was such a peaceful location. I spent quite a bit of time in the hammock with a book and it was so quiet and serene I could hear a hawk’s wings flapping as it flew overhead. And the sun room was perfect for relaxing outside of the elements on rainy days! Highly recommend this home, we will definitely be back in the future!

I've been renting on Airbnb for many years. I can honestly say this is the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in. Everything was pristine including the pots and pans. The rental was stocked with everything you would need for an enjoyable vacation including a wonderful coffee station. There were so many movies, board games, kayaks and toys. The views of the bay were incredible! Every morning we would sit on the porch and watch the herons, geese and swans. A couple of times, I had a question and texted the owner. The response was immediate! The townspeople in Mathews County were equally friendly, polite and courteous. We used all the owners' recommendations. I could not say enough good things about this rental and town. We had a wonderful stay and would love to come back again.

Mary was a fantastic host this weekend for my brothers Bachelor Party! Property is perfect for larger gatherings with plenty of sleeping space and community areas like the beach and firepit. Would highly recommend this property for people visiting the Williamsburg VA area!

Charming cottage at a family-owned, lovingly-crafted campground. It suited our needs perfectly. We traveled with our dog and all the other dogs on site were all on leashes and well-behaved. The staff was very helpful and we would definitely stay here again!

Had a great time staying at this cabin! It was a really good new experience—everything was clean, cozy, and just as described. The surroundings were peaceful, and it made for a perfect getaway. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing stay!

We had a great time staying at Vacation Village. The two adjoining units were very convenient for my extended family. Igor communicated clearly on the check-in instructions and expectations for the units. We would come back!

We had a great stay at the colonies. It was a very convenient location close to lots of things to do. The pool area was super fun for all ages! The condo itself was set up nice and worked well for our group of 9

Gayle’s place was a great location to stay at with our dog!!! Great neighborhood to walk him in and the marina/beach is an added bonus! Gayle was very communicative and check in was easy. The space of the condo was great for a family and large dog! We will definitely be staying again!

Charlene is a wonderful and very responsive host. This was our second time staying there when we visit Williamsburg. The location is great and only a few minutes from everything. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy our week. We look forward to staying again in the future.

Until we parked the car and got out, I couldn't imagine how this could be a "bamboo" bungalow. WOW! Could you look at all the bamboo trees? Are they normally found in this part of the world? Seeing so many trees doing such a good job of making the bungalow private was fun.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Gayle was an excellent host! She was great with communication and answered me almost immediately when I asked questions. The place was immaculate. And the bed and pillows were one of the most comfortable I've ever slept on! Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Great spot! Very clean and great host. Deck was nice area to hang out in the backyard. Grill is propane now, as they upgraded! Internet was alright. Beds were super comfy! Water pressure is great in shower and bathroom! AC works great! And ceiling fans were appreciated! The yard was really nice and kept together!

We had a wonderful time staying at the Little House for our Christmas vacation. It was like staying in a bit of history while we explored Williamsburg, Jamestown, and Yorktown. The location was smack-dab in the middle of everything we wanted to see making it super convenient. Spence was a very responsive and helpful host, making himself available if needed. We always have to travel with our special needs house chicken due to her deformity and hand-feeding requirements, which can make finding a property and understanding host challenging. Spence was completely understanding and treated her like any other pet asking us to just keep her off the furniture. We would absolutely stay again if we visit the area.

My husband and I along with our 2 dogs had great weekend stay at the Williamsburg campground. The cabin was just very clean and comfortable with all we needed for the weekend. The campground itself was wonderful with plenty of things to do, although we were there to explore Williamsburg and surrounding areas. overall a great stay and would definitely return again!!

Nickies house was great. Perfect for a week stay while house hunting. It was clean and inviting and we were able to be comfortable. Beds were nice. Furniture was nice and inviting good condition. There is a dog park and play area down the road a bit, but the yard is not fenced.
