Idyllic! We loved our stay. My highest recommendation!!!!

Once again the River house is a well appointed comfortable stay! The swimming pool is a gem! The house is bright and well located; very clean. There is great and comfortable furniture. The views are beautiful and the location is wonderful. We will be back next year!

We truly enjoyed this home. The Chesapeake bay view was unmatched. Sunrises were fantastic sitting in the chairs by the water. We watched Bald Eagles fly and land in the trees near the property along with an Osprey nesting nearby. We had plenty of wood for the firepit. We were pleasantly surprised Tyler had provided ingrediants for Smores since we had forgotten to bring ours. Loved that there was Truvia for our coffee, clean towels, linens and blue tooth speakers for our use. We were close to Elk Neck State park and took a hike to the lighthouse. Tylers recommendation to go to the 5TH Company Brewing was spot on the best place to eat and their beer wall was so worth the trip. Exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated and well maintained.Will definitely book again.

We had a small family group stay at the Beach House in North East for Thanksgiving, and it was perfect in every way for our group. Plenty of room, fantastic location and water views, easy beach access, very well-equipped kitchen, warm and cozy living room area, and great communication from Alexis. We hope to return again soon!

We stayed for 3 nights and had a beautiful time. The house was very comfortable, location felt private and peaceful, which was what we were looking for our weekend. Edwin was a very responsive host, and getting into the property and checking out was very easy. We are adding this to our list of favorites and hope to come back again regardless of the season because the view was relaxing.

The home is new , modern and spacious. The hot tub is great, and the beds and linens are comfortable and really nice. We loved the clean white style of the home! It seems new so there could be some bedroom and kitchen furniture added to accommodate guests a bit more . The waterfront , with water views ,is on the other side of the small town - so it wasn’t walkable for most of our group.

This Charlestown house was perfect for us - a little bigger than we needed but we appreciated the space. It was clean, the kitchen was well equipped. There were plenty of bed linens, pillows and towels. The furniture was comfortable. Very nice appliances. There was a drip under the sink and Maria had it fixed right away. We did get great exercise going up and down the flights of stairs - it is a three story house! There was a folder with advertisements for local attractions. We appreciated the attention to detail. We recommend this house wholeheartedly. We would definitely stay there again.

The property is amazing and met the needs of our entire family. The area is beautiful and peaceful. We set out to make new Thanksgiving memories and this location was absolutely perfect!
