Came up for my birthday with a couple of friends and we had a wonderful time. The place is huge and decorated beautifully, the hot tub was lovely and well kept and the games room was great fun :)

We had a lovely Christmas week in this beautiful house, which very quickly felt like home for us! Beautiful spacious house in a fabulous little town! The Melbourne arms was lovely too for a special birthday meal. Lots of space for our little boy to play with his presents off Santa! I would definitely recommend, thanks for allowing us to stay in your wonderful home xx

Lovely couple of nights at The Studio. Exactly as described. Clean with everything I needed and a bonus mini bottle of milk in the fridge so I could make a proper cuppa. ❤️ Stunning views, peaceful and a nice 5k countryside loop for my morning run.

Mick and Sarah, Could not have been any friendly or accommodating. The cottage was instantly welcoming, a really beautiful place to stay! The Welcome basket was a nice touch... especially the bubbles on ice!! I used the nearby park everyday to run, and took in the local cafes, and restaurants (Mill Kitchen is a fave!!). The bed is incredibly comfortable, one of the best sleeps ever!! I would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend!!!

Stayed for a weekend in August 2024 for a birthday celebration. Mixed ages from 9m to 70 plus one cocker spaniel. We all had a fantastic time, especially the spaniel! The house and gardens are beautiful and we went for a walk each evening around the wetlands. House is superbly stocked with top quality items ie pots and pans, massive fridge freezer, surround sound, games etc. We have stayed in many AirBnbs as a family but all agreed this was one of the best. We would love to stay again someday. Carolyn and Steve were excellent hosts, always on hand to help with any questions and even allowed a much earlier check in which was appreciated. If this place is available, book it!

We've had a fantastic stay here ! It's ideal for a big group of family or friends. The house is so spacious with plenty of things to do. The garden is massive and well looked after. Would highly recommend

Overall, my family liked staying here. The location is great, and I think it's a good value for the size and area. It was fairly clean as far as airbnbs go, but the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes when we got there and the outdoor bins were full which meant that we had to take some of the rubbish with us when we left. Also, it is important to know that some of the amenities listed were not actually available to us. There was no dedicated workspace, grates of the barbecue were rusted through and therefore unusable, and we were asked to not use the tumble dryer and use the drying rack instead. However, once I messaged the owner because our clothes were not drying on the drying rack, she did say we could use the tumble dryer.

We loved the location of the house just on the edge of Tadcaster. It was surprisingly roomy and comfortable for our family group. The kitchen was well supplied. Andrew was on hand for when we needed a hand finding items. A lovely experience.

A unique and atmospheric place to stay with a very welcoming and friendly host. Loved the sculpture park and art galleries. Easy walking distance to Thirsk market place with all this great Yorkshire town has to offer.

Sue was a wonderful host from the moment we booked - great at communicating, friendly and accommodating to our needs during our stay. Sue’s place made a great base for exploring York - close to the park and ride but with the peace of a farm setting. Would highly recommend.

Debbie was a great host and her communication was excellent. The flat was very good and the location was excellent and within easy walking distance of Knaresborough town centre. We would recommend this property to anyone wanting a great break to Knaresborough and the surrounding area.

Lovely lodge and beautiful outdoor area. Loved the outdoor cinema and fire pit. Only downside was there was no parking outside the lodge but wasn’t informed on listing so had to walk from the car.

Lovely few days stay here. Very friendly and was made to feel at home. The location is great. Easy to travel to places close by and have lots of adventures. Would recommend

A long awaited break and worth every minute. Quiet, pet friendly, walks from the site available, so for a short break, plenty to do in the area without having to go far.

An amazing weekend away hosts were amazing and extremely helpful. Very clean and tidy place. The cabin was very comfortable and cosy very private as well, you don’t feel like you’re disturbing anyone else. Really such a lovely stay would definitely recommend.

Another amazing stay at The Brook. The perfect place to relax and unwind. Forgot how amazing the outdoor shower was. We will definitely return again.

The Niblet is in a beautiful hillside position. Watching the wildlife from the hottub (Rabbits, Red Kite, Lambs, horses) was wonderful creating the was the most relaxing retreat. A great location to explore the North York moors.

Amazing experience! The service from staff was brilliant and the instructions were quite clear. Really enjoyed our stay at lahtle wood and hope to come back again because we loved being there. Thank you for looking after us!
