What a fab house this is. We stayed for 6 weeks and did not want to leave. Jo was always on hand if we needed anything but the house is so well set up that we rarely did. The location is fab on a quiet back street but a COOP, Indian and nice bar all within a few mins walk. The house is really well presented and has everything you’d need for a short or longer stay. The hot tub is a great addition and the garden feels really private. All the bedrooms are a great size and perfect for couples. I can’t rate this place highly enough! Full 5 stars from us!

Me, my partner and kids had a lovely stay here. Place was spotless, nice and big, then with the added hot tub and sauna. All exactly what we all needed after a couple of days at Alton towers. Scott was very quick to respond with any questions we ask. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay.

The apartment was lovely, clean, well kept and just as described. Sadiya was also amazing, friendly, welcoming and always quick to respond if we needed anything. She really made the stay feel easy and stress free. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Had a lovely long weekend in Clawdd Offa Farm. Photos of the property were plentiful and accurate and communication with Ben was easy. The house itself is comfortable and well kitted out with some lovely touches. The tranquil location and the hot tub really made our college reunion trip special. And there was a fab little welcome basket on arrival. Definitely recommend!

This house was absolutely stunning. It was well worth the money we paid. We had 12 guests for a Hen Do and we had plenty of room. The hot tub was wonderful and warm, even if February. The view was stunning as were the rooms. Each room was beautifully decorated, including a stunning shower and bath. Hosts communicated clearly and responded quickly when I had questions. Would definitely return and recommend!

Absolutely amazing couple of days away with my daughter and three year old grandson - wish we could have stayed longer. Beautiful surroundings in the countryside - grandson loved the animals. We all loved the hot tub - sitting out in it under the stars was just magical. Very handy for our trip to CBeebies Land (Alton Towers) too. Katie and Nathan very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be going again.

Fabulous little cottage in the garden, just what we wanted. Julie was a wonderful hostess, made us feel very welcome, basic necessaties all there on arrival even fresh flowers. Already recommended to friends and family.

Beautiful home, very attentive hosts, even with a slight issue out of the hosts hands, we had a lovely stay.

This is a beautiful location with a fantastic view! The main bedroom is spectacular! The beds are also very comfortable! Would highly recommend!

For a single mum I found the place perfect the beach’s omg with real sand that is a must , this place amazing was a home from home but with loads of bench’s and felt like a Holiday also , the owner also amazing I made a little mistake and she was nothing but helpful kind and caring which as a single mum means the world when booking , I will be back for sure as my son and dogs loved the bench’s I loved the bath and cosy feel the place gave me , x

A beautiful property just a few minutes walk from town yet felt really secluded. Spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable, a real home from home.

Everything about our stay was perfect. Communication with Paula was brilliant and we really appreciated her message asking how we were getting on during our stay. Everything we could have needed was provided. The cottage was so clean and comfortable and the outside area was beautiful. The location was lovely with great cycling routes nearby and we visited Mablethorpe Beach which was a short drive away. I cannot fault anything and would highly recommend staying here. We had a wonderful time and we will absolutely be visiting again!

What can I say... Absolutely fantastic place. You couldn't ask for anything more. Really peaceful location with fantastic views of the hills etc. We had a strange issue but this was sorted out very swiftly by Malcolm 👍 We will definitely be looking to book again and have another peaceful time just watching the world go by. "We had a fantastic 1-day stay with 5 members at this place. The host was wonderful and accommodating, and the club facilities were a highlight for us. We especially enjoyed the swimming pool and had a great time there. Overall, we had a memorable experience and would highly recommend this place to other guests looking for a relaxing getaway." We spent 5 nights here at the end of March and start of April 2025. We were really fortunate with the weather and took full advantage of the wonderful location: scaling Slight Side and Scafell on one day, riding to Coniston via the bridleway on another and 'bagging' most of the Coniston fells on another day via Wrynose Pass. We ate in on a couple of nights and also went to the Wainwright's for some pub grub, as well as Stoves for their evening menu. Simon and Belinda's place is very well situated in Great Langdale for all kinds of walks and rides, food and decent pints. The house itself is a lovely place to return to in the evening with easy parking outside for our van and once inside, everything is spotless, well equipped and cosy. We really appreciated all the helpful information on bike routes and walking routes and spent the late evenings by the fire pouring over the Wainwright books planning the next day's adventures. 100% recommended.

Swallows cottage was perfect for our girls weekend. We were so glad to have good weather to enjoy the gorgeous patio area with bbq. The kitchen was so well prepared with all the essentials we needed and more. The living room and kitchen are so spacious and we loved the carefully considered decor. Izzy provided excellent info and suggestions locally, and was really responsive to any questions we had. We'll definitely be keeping this place in mind for future trips.

Lovely place peaceful and relaxing place to stay. Loved the fresh clean smell that emanated throughout the complex. The appointment was immaculately clean and would definitely recommend.😁

Beautiful little cabin surrounded by stunning scenery, with many great places to visit within a short driving distance. The cabin had everything we needed for our stay. Andy provided lots of useful information and tips regarding the local area. We'll definitely be coming back again!

A Lovely Stay at Collie Cottage, Filey We had a wonderful couple of nights at Collie Cottage with our 18-month-old and couldn’t have asked for a better base for exploring Filey. The cottage was spotless, cozy, and beautifully decorated with lots of thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home from home. The location is great—peaceful yet just a short walk to the beach. Our toddler loved having space to toddle about safely, and the cottage had everything we needed, including a travel cot and high chair which made things so much easier. We particularly appreciated the welcome pack and the clear, helpful communication from the hosts. It’s obvious a lot of care goes into making guests feel welcome. We’d happily return and would definitely recommend Collie Cottage to anyone visiting Filey, especially young families.

We spent 2 nights at the apartment. Everything was as described. The location is fantastic within a beautiful holiday village and only 5 mins walk to the amazing never ending sandy beach which is absolutely perfect for your four legged friend. Filey is only 5 mins drive with lovely shops and restaurants and bustling Scarborough only a 15 mins drive. Will definitely be back!

I have had to give this lovely lady a full 5stars for everything as had we stayed I know for a fact it would have all been 100% perfect! Unfortunately our trip couldn’t go ahead due to unforeseen circumstances but Helen was so lovely and helpful and hopefully in the future we will be able to book again. Thank you for being so attentive xx
