We had a lovely time staying in this roomy home by the ocean. All accommodations were clean, nice, and the decor was cute and thoughtful. Elizabeth was so kind to go out of her way to return an important item we left. The view of the ocean was awesome. The whole family loved staying here!

There may not be many photos but this place is incredible! Clean, easy to get to, and the beach access is by far the highlight! All we heard was crashing waves and bird calls.

Incredible home, location, and host! My family has been coming to Cannon Beach every fall for the last eight years, and this house has surpassed all other homes we have stayed in. We will most definitely be booking this one again. It is exactly as the listing describes (*actually, better): very clean from top to bottom, with a well-stocked kitchen, spotless bathrooms, comfortable beds, and high-quality furniture. It is on the south side of town, so it is a 10-minute drive to get into downtown & restaurants/shopping if that's your thing. We came for the beach, and it was a 20-second walk to a delightful pathway to the sea. This house allows dogs (*with a small fee) and provides extra puppy towels, treats, pick-up bags, and bowls. A thoughtful touch. I highly recommend this home, but I selfishly hope it doesn't book solid so we can return!

The house and property are Beautiful. Trees, Green, and in the Country where it is peaceful and quiet from tourists but close enough to things that it is a quick car ride. The space was clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated, and the kitchen had all the dishes/ pots, and pans we needed. Neighbors had cows and pigs that stared at us when we walked down the long driveway and a friendly little barn cat that said Hi while outside on the property. There is ample space for parking. Wish the weather wasn't so rainy and windy so we could have spent more time outside around the firepit, but maybe next time. Would love to stay again.

Beautiful house with lots of cozy and comfortable living areas to hang out, a well-stocked kitchen and everyone couldn't stop talking about how comfortable the beds were! We were a party of 8 and there was plenty of room. It's true what the other reviews stated - the house is a lot bigger than the photos make it look. Andrea was a wonderful host: very responsive, her instructions were clear and it was easy to find whatever you needed in the house. Being so close to the main street of Manzanita and the beach made it very convenient too!

Very clean and cozy place. Appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was and plenty of games/ activities for kids of various ages. Monica was responsive and let us know in advance about a potential issue with the fridge (was noisy but repair person was to come after our visit). I am sure if it had been a bigger problem she would have helped to solve it. Easy walk to the beach and hiking trail. And a yummy coffee spot on the same block!

A perfect house for 6 adults and 3 dogs. The house was very nice and Kristin has done a great job in making sure you have everything you need for your stay. A beautiful walk to a fantastic beach. I recommend it highly.

Our third winter at Sea Villa. Three months on the Oregon Coast has become a winter tradition for us, and Sea Villa has been our home away from home three years in a row. Very reasonable pricing for an oceanfront condo with everything we need. The kitchen, bedroom and bath have all the supplies we need for an extended stay. We have even setup our Christmas tree the last two years to make it feel even more like home. Thank you so much to our gracious hosts, and thank you to Rockaway Beach for being part of our family tradition.
