Linda’s place was great. It was clean and comfortable and the location was great. A quick walk into the adorable town of Glen Ellen. The backyard is gorgeous and the spa pool was a fun perk to enjoy.

What an amazing stay! 🌞 Jesse's place really has it all, and he is such an awesome host! My entire family was SO impressed with every little thing! We enjoyed the game room, watching movies in both living rooms, the sauna, hot tub, pool, hanging out by the fire, and the park right down the street when the kids wanted to run around! We had no problem receiving instacart and doordash deliveries, which was great because with all the amenities we never wanted to leave the place and were able to just enjoy family time together ❤️ Jesse went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyed! Sweet touches throughout, super fast communication, and very understanding and friendly!! We can't wait to return and have already booked our summer stay here! Definitely 5 Stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

This house/Airbnb is amazing! Host communication was great and helpful. Every corner and furniture was pristine clean. House style is perfect for any kind of vacation stay. We were a group of 4 friends and 3 of us came with our babies/toddler. High chair and crib was super helpful. Kitchen is fully stocked to whip up any kind of meals (simple or complicated). We enjoyed many of the amenities including hot tub, fire pit, brand new high end grill. The property sits on a beautiful 20+ Acers of vineyard, we took walks every morning and evening. Even got lemons 🍋 from the garden and added to our water. We enjoyed going to wineries within 5-10 mins away as well as Napa and Sonoma wineries. Highly recommend anyone to book this Airbnb if you’re looking for a worry free, comfortable, clean, and beautiful wine country get away.

The house was exactly as described and comfy. Plenty of room for 8, and in a quiet neighborhood. We didn’t use the pool but it looked so inviting for summertime! Great place to stay with a group. Thanks!

We loved our stay in this peaceful and super comfy retreat! It is extremely inviting, homely and tranquil, with every amenity supplied. The beautiful gardens, comfortable bed, the wonderful and warming gas fireplaces and the short drive to tonnes of local wineries and town are worth special mention! If you don’t like a cold plunge, definitely get the pool heated up beforehand. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

This home is a peaceful retreat that was perfect for a family with three children who love to swim. The house is adorable. A classic California ranch house that has been fully modernized with new everything. Comfortable, clean, fully stocked, and easy to find supplies like towels and pool toys made the stay easy and relaxing. The location is walkable to a large grocery store and a wonderful bookstore, in addition to a full shopping center. Yet you feel far from everything when napping under the enormous palm tree in the middle of the yard. The pool is beautiful and clean. The hot tub was the perfect temperature and clean. And the host, Stewart, was kind, thoughtful and 100% professional. We are definitely going back!

Griselda was a wonderful host. Our stay was super last minute and she was very accommodating, responsive and flexible. The location was perfect. We came to hike in Armstrong Redwood Park and her place was only about a 3 min drive there. It was also a three minute drive from the downtown so great location. Beautiful house with lots of space and a huge yard. I'd love to come back in the summer when we could use the outdoor space more, but the hot tub was perfect for the winter.

Photos did not do this place justice. The deck was such a nice surprise with so many small moments & touches tucked away to discover. As for the place itself, pitch perfect for a family and absolutely the most fully stocked kitchen I've ever encountered in an airbnb rental. I had absolutely zero reason to interact with the host because their directions were so clear, helpful, and concise! After experiencing a string of extremely disappointing rentals, this location was a perfect reminder of airbnb at it's best. Will definitely put this on the short list for return visits!

This was the perfect spot for our quiet weekend. I usually prefer not to use guesthouse Airbnbs but this one was totally private and felt like entirely its own space. Super clean, cozy, and comfortable. We’ll be back!

I cannot speak highly enough about our stay! We had the perfect weekend staying at this idyllic property. Julie was very easy to communicate with, and everything at the house was perfect. Five stars doesn't do it justice. We will absolutely be back!

Jason was a great host and his place was fantastic for our stay while we visited family. Great place if you have kids, our son loved the backyard. Will definitely be staying here again in the future! We felt right at home.

The best cozy house to visit Windsor. Our family comes every year for the Pliny celebration, it was just the right distance to the brewery. The house is also short walking distance to a nice, clean park for the kids the let out energy. We couldn’t have asked for a better place or hosts. The attention to detail and thought that went into what a guest would need to have the perfect stay was amazing. 

This was a gem of a find! Booked to celebrate an anniversary and explore more of the Russian River but honestly the place made it hard to leave every morning. The space was perfect for 2 with everything we needed. The bed was supremely comfy and the hot tub after a heavy day of hiking was the cherry on top. We had our privacy, but felt like Sean was quick to respond. We loved it so much we extended the trip by an extra day. The space was clean, elegant, quiet, private and cozy. Would stay here again in a heart beat!

Our stay at Forever Sunday was relaxing, cozy and comfortable! We enjoyed the spacious kitchen and living spaces. We had a party of 8 and we all felt so comfortable being all together cooking, hanging out and playing games. We really enjoyed the wood burning stove during our winter stay..it added an extra ambiance to us relaxing. House was clean, linens were soft, beds were comfortable and kitchen had all you need to make a great meal! Downtown was only half mile away which we could’ve walked but the rain made us drive.. We loved it and would definitely go back!!!

This is a great spot - incredible view, well stocked kitchen, huge hot tub, and plenty of space for everyone. We enjoyed our stay and would absolutely come again.

This is the second time we had a family Christmas at April's place. It is very roomy, and that table is absolutely amazing!!! Kitchen is fully stocked and easy to work in. Easily accommodates 3 people working together. Bedrooms and bathrooms were great too. There are some goats on the property, was fun to watch them graze. Also, there is a walking / biking trail that passes right by the property. Great to stretch your legs and contemplate the beauty of the area. We had been there before, so had no problem finding the place. The first time was a bit confusing since you need to enter the winery's driveway and drive up to the house. Overall, a great place, which is why we went back!

We had a great time at the Villa and would highly recommend it. The hosts gave lots of helpful advice and were available whenever I had a question. They were very generous hosts, proactively offering us early check-in and providing a home that was full of everything we needed, such as lots of towels and robes, blankets and pillows. The house is an easy walk to river access or downtown Guerneville, in a quiet wooded setting without traffic or neighbor noise. House amenities like the hot tub and grill were top quality. The river was too high for us to use them, but the house also came with a very impressive number of kayaks, canoes and paddles. It was great for a Misty spring retreat, but would be an amazing summer spot too!

This was an amazing space! We only used like half of it. It was not only an ideal space but the hosts/owners were fantastic people. I had a late check out, I am on 8 new medications after finding out a couple weeks ago that I was having heart failure - they have been affecting my sleep (I sleep too well) because I did not wake up for my alarm or my phone ringing, and Erik had been trying to get a hold of me and finally was the one who woke me up by gently yelling into the home saying that I was 2 hours past checkout time but that he would give me privacy for me to get my things together. I was mortified & felt extremely badly for any inconvenience I caused the cleaners & hosts. I fully expected to be charged a late fee - & then some. Instead I got a very nice message saying that everything worked out fine, the cleaners were able to get the house done in time for the next guests, so not to worry, & that they hoped I had a wonderful time etc - and were very gracious all around!!

Our family had a wonderful stay here for the holidays! The house was perfect, so much space for the dogs outside too. We will be back!

Great property for our annual Russian River Younger trip.

Really enjoyed our stay here while visiting wineries in Sonoma and Napa! The place felt like home and was very well appointed with everything we needed. We brought our 1 year old son along and they had many baby items we were able to use and it was easy to keep the main living area pretty baby safe for a kiddo on the move. Location was great, quiet neighborhood but still close to many wineries and downtown Sonoma. Just be aware of strict noise policy at nighttime so don’t plan to use the hot tub/fire pit super late at night. Overall was a great stay and would stay again if we come back!

Excellent location. The house was clean and exactly as described. It was the perfect location, easy to get to, and very smooth. Josette and Dave are professionals—they know EXACTLY how to make this an easy place to stay!
