Had a lovely few days away here. Great home to stay in. Had everything we needed and the hot tub was great. 😃🩷

My wife and I enjoyed our stay so much. 10/10 recommend. Close to historic wool mills, numerous distilleries and the North Sea. The farm shop is a nice way to get eggs, veggies and proteins for eating in. The shop is easy to use with clear instructions for using your credit card or cash for self check out. The hot tub was such a nice perk. From the hot tub in the morning, we saw the livestock grazing in pastures and deer meandering through the property. In the evening, the star lit sky was beautiful. We can't wait to get back and visit here again!!

Monika’s place was perfect for our family get away, lots of space and everything you need at the caravan. Comfortable beds and spotlessly clean with a lovely view out the back decking. The site was also really nice and peaceful with lots of nice dog walking spots and a great play area. We will definitely be back when we visit the area again! Thanks so much!

The cottage was perfectly located with amazing sea views. The cottage retains its old, traditional facade but is tastefully modern and open plan inside and is very comfortable, cosy and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Boddam is a quiet and authentic little village with beautiful walks right of your doorstep and Peterhead is only a few miles away for shops etc.

I felt like the queen of my own private little castle while staying at The Gatehouse. Being from Australia we just don’t have the opportunity to stay in places like this - and it exceeded all my expectations. Spotless inside with luxurious touches throughout, lovely wildlife roaming on the estate grounds, and the convenient location all made this the stay of a lifetime. I’m so glad I stayed at The Gatehouse and I will take home many wonderful memories of the property.

Beautiful cottage, gorgeous area. Walking distance of the beach, harbour, shop and local pub. Jackie was a super friendly host, lives right next door so on hand to help. Modern corrage with everything you need, including a hot tub, lovely weekend break!

we wanted somewhere that we could be together as a family, this house gave us all we were looking for and more, the big kitchen diner was the hub of the home, we used it well, with the little lounge close by for that old man sneak away for 30 winks in peace, house was clean and tidy with plenty of those needed items, laundry, cooking and cleaning. good size rooms spread with bedrooms on 1st and 2nd floors, old man called shotgun on first :-), not because bigger, just less stairs. 2 good size bathrooms, like that 1 had over bath shower whilst the other had walk in shower. location is brill, 2 mins walk down to harbour and along to the very warm and welcoming Harbour bar and chipper with very tasty suppers. this was a great home, not house.. as it felt like a home, in a great location, very friendly. this is def a place to add to your list of pla es to stay

We felt so at home within the first hour we actually wish we had booked longer. The property and the area were lovely and great for both myself and my partner as well as my toddler. we didn't have much interaction with the host but when we needed anything they were very responsive and helpful. Would definitely look to be back!
