這次跟朋友來慶生的，包棟的整體氛圍跟體驗都十分好，玩得很盡興！

房東人超級好，很貼心，環境非常舒適之外設備也非常齊全，是非常適合家庭聚會的好地方。

整體很不錯，床很舒服，前幾天下大雨噴到熱水器導致沒熱水洗澡，房東趕緊開另一間浴室讓我們洗，解除危機～

We really enjoyed our stay here for 3 nights. There's lift access which made it really convenient for us with our kids and our multiple luggage. The heater works really well. Also, there's also washing machine and dryer. Loved the beautiful view of Bitan lake and it's within 5 minutes' walk from the apartment. It's also conveniently located, just 7-mins walk to Xindian station and a shopping mall with restaurants and supermarket. there's also a direct bus to Taipei Zoo. The hosts are also really responsive and friendly. Appreciate that they took the time to give us helpful recommendations and also gave us the option to deposit our luggage.

As a group with elderly and children, Mia's place was very convenient to stay. Large space for everything, accessible to public transport and a very superb view of taipei 101 tower. Albeit must improve on check in procedure and cleanliness, some old stuff inside the house and need minor renovations. Over all we have a nice stay and enjoyable stay.

The Airbnb is clean, spacious, and comfortable. It has an awesome location, just a short walk to the MRT exit and Taipei 101. Additionally, Wuxing Street is nearby, offering access to delicious local food ! The house rules are clearly stated, making us easy to follow, which also made the check-in and check-out process incredibly smooth. Kudos to the host and their team for being so responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend this place to everyone !

很簡單的房間，兩張雙人床，有大溫泉池可以泡 如果要去公眾池需要向櫃台登記付款、要帶泳衣

廁所除了洗面乳還有卸妝產品以外 還有提供卸妝棉以及牙線棒跟棉花棒 雖然都是小東西 但都是很細節的東西 床也很舒服 很喜歡 雖然沒有面海的景觀 但一早也有讓太陽灑進來 很舒服～

雖然是自助入住但房東的行前指示相當清楚，捷運站步行可達，路線非常明確不複雜。空間寬廣，洗衣機、廚具等設備齊全。陽台即可看到碧潭內划船的景象，是個愜意又便利的好地方！

Yu is an excellent host, always quick to answer questions and providing information in a timely manner. The check in process were clearly instructed. The house is also conveniently located, with easy access to convenience stores and the metro. The location was unbeatable with walking distance to the key shopping mall, but also had many street adventures to explore from coffee shops to local food delights and more indulgent options all easily accessible. The place had a view of 101 from the bedroom and the balcony in the living room. We were initially worried about the bathroom as there was no separator between the shower and the toilet, but clever design and attention toe details meant that the toilet was not wet. The house is well equipped with everything that makes the trip highly comfortable and enjoyable for us to live like locals. Thank you once again for hosting us. We will stay again when we are in Taipei next time.

Amazing and clean place with everything you need! Also close to many restaurants and the Daan station is very walkable in under 10 minutes. The host was very responsive and helped us with any issues we had. We had an amazing stay and would definitely stay here again!

It’s expensive! But you get what you paid for. The house is super convenient, at the very door step of the metro. There’s a7E, Family Mart, eating places, super market, pharmacy, boba, you name it! T101 is about 10mins on foot. The unit is at 8th floor, view is overlooking Zhongxiao Road, but T101 view is blocked by Breeze Xinyi tower building. It feels like home. Full kitchen, huge SmartTV, 2 bedrooms on split levels, in a flavourful ID design. The upper floor is fully glass with roller blinds, there’s a long bath fully encased in glass with views to the outside. Toilets come with washlet, and one even welcomes you every time to come into bathroom. The washer is a whopping 9kg with dryer. Will even accommodated my special request. TQ. All communication was via AirBnB msg. Sandy, the mother, came to the house one time to send an iron board and to ask if everything’s ok. It was unnecessary, but we appreciate the gesture. We were there for a week. We dont mind staying longer if we had to

優點：離沙灘真的很近，入住資訊詳細又用心，整潔度很好 缺點：隔音不太好，然後百業窗不夠密合一大早就會被亮醒🥲

真的很有家的感覺 很舒適 一點都不拘束 屋主的擺設讓人覺得很舒心 外頭的火車緩緩開過去加上海邊籠罩在薄霧的龜山島 總之這種感覺真的很難用言語形容 只能說 真的很適合渡假 遠離工作 過著緩慢的步調 讚

We love our time Kate’s place! My husband is attending school in NTU, so the location is impeccable. The apartment is quaint and the roof garden brings precious calmness to the home. We had everything we need and were able to cook simple meals. We invited family & friends over for tea & chat and they all were impress by the special gem in the city. Kate is a wonderful host. She is patient, prompt, responsive and helpful. We look forward to staying here again soon!!

We had a great time as a group of 7 with little kids. The house was spacious and had enough separation between the two families when needed. I will definitely recommend this airbnb to people who wants to visit Taiwan. Thanks so much!

This was my first stay in Taiwan and while it didn't have a kitchen in was a great place to rest and had everything else I needed. He gave very good instructions as well as pictures to help me find my way there! I definitely recommend for short stays around Ximen.
