This is a lovely and comfortable house. The host is extremely generous. We very much enjoyed are stay and are trying to return as soon as possible.

It was very cold when we arrived, but the heaters quickly heated up the place. We liked being close to downtown Nevada City which had many charming stores and restaurants. We all liked our beds and they were comfortable. I'd say the full size bed was the most comfortable. You did have to wait awhile for the hot water to kick in. There were plenty of towels. Thank you so much.

We felt very lucky to stay at Linda's beautifull and well appointed house. It struck a great balance between a warm, homey place combined with a clean, non personal space. the house itself, a charming Victorian, felt antique but the kitchen and bathroom were very modern. The kitchen was well stocked, and using the laundry machine was a life saver. Our kids loved the well maintained and quirky garden. Lastly, we loved how walkable the neighborhood was, close to a market and restaurants but just blocks away from a forest. We would definitely stay there again.

Clean space lots of amenities and owner is proactive and friendly. Overall had a great stay and would book again!

Liked the house. The kitchen is well stocked. The bathroom layout is a little unusual. Both bathrooms are adjoining to each other so you need to make sure the door between them is locked. Great responsive host.

Great location for exploring Grass Valley, easy walking distance to restaurants, theaters, and downtown. Very nice inside remodel, great place to relax and enjoy friends.

Kara was very helpful and attentive even when she was at work! She got back to me! Lol she also had her other tenant that lived in the guest house in the back on cal for anything I may have needed. The house was homey and me and my kids felt very safe and comfortable. Everything we needed was provided and it was in a familiar area so I knew my way around. I'd definitely stay there again! It was my first stay at an Airbnb so I didn't know I had to request threw the app for late check out (totally my bad lol) so I was rushing out of there bc I knew another family had early check in Andi was unable to fully clean the place back up and I deeply apologize for that I hope it wasnt to much of a hassle And I hope to get the chance to make it up to you and redeem myself in the future!!! Great little place to call home away from home!

We love staying here as it’s close to the airport and is always a great way to start our vacations before we fly out! It’s definitely a place we could stay longer too. We have stayed here a few times now and Jaime is so responsive and helpful. She saw we were traveling with an infant and offered to upgrade us to the larger unit since it was available! Will definitely be staying again. All her units are so nice!

I'm a repeat guest and very much like all of Ashley's properties that I have stayed in. This one is no different. Free of clutter, very clean and stocked with the basics. The beds are all different to ensure everyone has exactly the one they need. The house is spacious and the water pressure in the front bath is fantastic. It was the perfect place for us.

This location was private, beautiful, comfortable and close to town. I was extremely happy with my stay and will be looking forward to returning. The road leading to the cabin is not for low profile cars and in certain weather situations may need AWD. Other than that I would 110% recommend.

Wonderful stay for a family event (four adults) in Roseville. The house is lovely, and everyone agreed it would be a great home to return to in the future. This home would be great for a family with children.

The house was as advertised and a great stay. The host provided very clear driving directions, which were helpful. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub after a day of playing in the snow. Overall, a good experience

Our group had a wonderful stay at Lindsey’s home—she was super responsive but the house was also clean, well stocked, well taken care of so we didn’t need to reach out for anything during our stay. The sauna, hot tub and cold pool were amazing. Plenty of space, two options for dining areas—the weather was perfect and we dined outside a few times. The sound of the creek running through was also so peaceful. You could hear birds chirping in the mornings too! A beautiful escape from the city.

What an absolutely gorgeous, picture perfect home with everything you need and the location can not be beat. Just a 2 minute walk from old Folsom - so many restaurants, bars and fun shops. Stunning views from each window and the outdoor space is incredible. We can't wait to come back in the Summer to enjoy the pool and fire pit!

In most things, getting the details right, is difficult. Sarah knocked it out of the park. This place is so thoughtfully put together. From the well appointed kitchen, to the great bedding, and the clear instructions, this place was so welcoming and comfortable. The location is very private and peaceful. We enjoyed using this place as a base to do daily excursions to some great snowy places for snowshoeing. We said, multiple times this weekend to each other, “I love this place and we should come back here soon!”.

Very comfortable and well appointed house in Roseville. We had everything we needed for a volleyball tournament weekend in town.

Wonderful property for my dog and me - Suz was the ultimate host! Loved the Christmas decorations-it helped being away for the holiday ... Suz even surprised me with a "build a gingerbread house" that I said I really wanted to find!! So very thoughtful - I will absolutely be back!!

This place was amazing. My granddaughter and I wanted to stay.. it’s was clean and what I forgot to bring Nicole had it.. plenty of bedding, towels and cleaning supplies. Instructions if you had questions. The pond was peaceful and we had a few ducks visit the am. we left. Even my dog enjoyed the place. Nicole even put up a happy birthday banner for my granddaughters birthday.!!! Bring dvds if you have favorites to watch ..

Sam’s place was super convenient and close to the activities I needed to go to. He was quick in response and helpful whenever I had questions. All was accurately described and at a price that worked for me.

I usually stay at Marriott Courtyard. Jenny's place is more comfortable and of good value.

We decided to escape the chaos of Sacramento during NYE, as the fireworks by the river have gotten out of hand. Chris' place was the perfect peaceful retreat. Upon arrival, Chris greeted us, gave us a tour, and mentioned he was available if we had any questions or needed anything. He seemed like a genuinely nice guy from our brief interaction. The guesthouse was spacious and just right for both us and our dog. The property itself was beautiful, with plenty of room for our dog to run and explore. Overall, it was a fantastic experience—peaceful surroundings, great hosts, and the ideal spot to unwind. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Vicky's place was awesome, perfect for a family and friends weekend. The kitchen is well stocked and we loved the huge dining table. Beds are comfortable and the couch was big enough for all of us to fit after a long day of skiing! The house is in beautiful, serene surrounding, with huge backyard. We will be back.
