Cozy place to stay fairly close to Tahoe, perfect for a quick ski trip. We loved the wood stove and pool table. Nicely remodeled and fully stocked kitchen. Jodi was accommodating and flexible to extend our stay as requested. We had a great stay, thank you!

Nice spacious cabin with lots of amenities and peaceful views. Spent 2 nights. Spotless clean, very comfortable beds, and kids enjoyed the board games. Great location, easy access to everything, right off HW 80 and 30 mins away from a snow park. However you can hear some freeway noise from the cabin deck. There is a canal and trail right by the cabin. The canal trail is not accessible via property so you have walk around the property for the entrance few mins away. Excellent host, Jennifer was friendly, always promptly responded to questions, and accommodated booking changes.

This location cannot be beat. The space has everything you need to be cozy, and Lee Ann is a responsive and informative host. The space is bigger than the photos but I will say lacks many kitchen tools, so if you need something (other than plates, bowls, knives, etc.) specific be sure to pack it!

This was our second time staying at this wonderful apartment, and once again, we had an amazing experience. The apartment is very well-equipped, making our stay extremely comfortable. The neighborhood is safe and tranquil, perfect for a relaxing stay. The hosts are fantastic—attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. We highly recommend this place and would love to come back again!

amazing home, lots of amenities for all your needs. hosts were kind and responsive; they allowed earlier check-in than what was listed which was kind of them. not listed in the listing, but there was a property manager available who introduced themselves and mentioned that we could reach out to them if we needed any assistance which made us feel even better than before. overall a 12/10 stay, I would definitely book again

Staying in this home was comfortable and relaxing. The entire place was extremely clean and we had everything we needed (plus more). I appreciated the easy, quick communication with Kate, and the ability to check in early. The pack n play and high chair were very helpful too!

This is my second stay at the historic mansion. I wrote a glowing review on my previous stay and our current stay did not disappoint. If you are looking for a high end AirBNB this is the place. Accommodations as in our prior visit were excellent, beddings were very comfortable and the home itself is well laid out and roomy. Sue our host was kind enough to provide plenty of firewood so we could avail ourselves to the outdoor fire pit where we were able to roast marshmallows for the young ones. Sue also contacted me and advised the home was ready for check in at an earlier time making our check in much more convenient. We look forward to staying here again on our next visit to Yuba City.

we will return! Constant communication and Racj=hel went out of her way to have us check in early as we arrived sooner than we anticipated. The house is perfect! We have a small dog, there were dog covers, a fenced yard (with pooper scooper), a sweet fireplace, a footed bathtub, and 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Well-equipped kitchen and lots of towels and great sheets. We really loved this place and it would be great for 2 couples and/or a family. Great for dog people.

This is a repeat visit to this Airbnb. It's a very comfortable and spacious unit. And it has all the basics you would need for a short stay. We used the barbecue this time and it works great. The beds are comfortable and on the soft side. We did have a little hiccup but Ashley was right on it and everything was fine within a couple hours. She is a great communicator also. This Airbnb is in a rural area which is nice because there's a lot of space usually between you and the neighbors. Parking was easy and right next to the unit. You can easily park two vehicles. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Sharalee’s place is extremely amazing! The beds were comfy, the rooms were spacious, the place was super clean, the pool table was so much fun. We were going to a concert at Hard Rock, it’s just 10 minutes away. Sharalee was super responsive, very flexibility check in, and extremely nice. 10 out of 10!

Great location for exploring Grass Valley, easy walking distance to restaurants, theaters, and downtown. Very nice inside remodel, great place to relax and enjoy friends.

A spacious condo located in a busy area—some noise can be heard while sleeping, but overall, the value is reasonable considering the amenities and California’s pricing.

Great condo for our family of 4. Very clean and cozy. Owner put lots of thoughts in the house appliances and decoration. 5 min walk to library, grocery store, pizza, movie and restaurants.

This condo is a clean and well decorated one bedroom, one bathroom second floor unit. Bogdan is a very thoughtful host, there were extra blankets, sheets, and towels, which were appreciated for my weeklong stay. I also noticed condiments and single serve coffee creamers were provided along with a small basket of books/toys in the laundry closet if you have a child visiting/staying with you. The location is in a very nice area, close to both shopping and restaurants. I thought the bed was comfortable and the shower was fantastic, and I also really liked that the entrance’s door lock code was tailored to me personally, making it easy for me to remember and difficult for others to figure out. I’d recommend staying here, and definitely book again.

Awesome stay!

We were absolutely thrilled with our stay. Directions to the lockbox were specific, the penthouse was very clean and welcoming. The location is within walking distance to many great restaurants. Our welcome book from the host, Douglas was super helpful. We would absolutely stay there again the next time we’re in town. Thank you Douglas for being such a gracious host!

Matt was incredibly generous throughout my stay, always helping me. Being new to the area I was nervous, but Matt was so friendly and kind helping me to adjust to life in California. I always felt safe and I loved how close Matt’s place was to anything I needed! A great person, great location, and a great room! I couldn’t recommend enough!
