Nous sommes restés 2 semaines chez Jenna , le logement correspondait parfaitement à ce qui était sur l annonce, la maison est très propre, déco agréable, bien équipé, accès par l arrière privé, petit coin extérieur sympa , jeu à disposition, place de parking, nous sommes très satisfait de notre séjour, hôte sympathique et très réactif, je recommande.

Beyond expectations. I cannot wait to return here at least annually. One of the best airbnbs - surrounded by nature and serenity. Wish I could buy the home lol!

Beautiful house and surrounding property. It really feels like you're a million miles away from it all while only being a 5-10 minute drive from town. It was great for our group (5 adults, 1 kid) - we had plenty of space to stretch out but also never felt sectioned off from each other.

We had such a wonderful stay at Clare's home. The hosue is comfortable and the pool was perfect for beating the summer heat! The door to the pool is off the family rooom area but it is easily closable for keeping young kids away from teh pool if needed. The house is tastefully decorated with some homey additions like books and toys. We found it difficult to choose where to sit-- outside on the front porch or our by the pool lounge area. Although the house is not close enough to town to walk the location is very central and wooded. The view out the back is really wonderful. This is a great place for a family or anyone looking for an authentic Nevada City stay. Highly recommend!

A great place to stay if you're looking for some peaceful surroundings but also want to be close to downtown. Samuel and his partner were communicative and helpful, and check-in / check-out was a breeze.

All the previous reviews are spot on! Quality everything. Bedding, appliances, cookware, etc. .. It was hard to tell if the home was newly built, or if it was just super maintained. Extremely well priced! These are hosts that truly care about their guests. Amy & Don

Tammy’s home is a charming and comfortable home away from home! It’s a well appointed stay nestled in a quiet cul de sac and close to plentiful shopping and restaurants. Centrally located, it’s perfect for a day trip to Tahoe, Napa or the Bay Area. Just the right place to stay for a busy vacation! Tammy is very attentive and goes the extra mile to make sure you have a wonderful stay!

What a beautiful location! Horses, cows and chickens right outside of your door. Room to roam and be with nature. Fresh eggs for your stay! It was so peaceful and laidback. We appreciated how responsive and friendly the hosts were.
