Yuba County : locations de vacances avec kayak

We had an amazing stay. Beautiful property with trails and great morning jogs… and bark house river access within 10 min max, walk each way (note return is a bit of a trek with the hill but our 4 year old made it so should be reasonable for most people). Our car had a little trouble in some steep spots coming back from the bark house but managed in the end (not 4 wheel drive), so may want to be careful and keep in mind, but I think our tires are due for a change, maybe that had an impact. Ultimately Walking there was a better option for us, and there’s a trail option as well which is easier but a little longer. Alicia let us use their private beach as well which was magical (usage based on their schedule and availability) (also keep in mind some steepish terrain and a walk down). Our house was perfect for our family of 3. Very spacious and comfortable beds. Farm provided seasonal fruit and veggies every day which was amazing. We def plan to come back next year!!

This was the perfect home away from home for a work trip recently. The beautiful backyard was an amazing restful sanctuary to revitalize at the end of the day, with beautiful bird and creek sounds. Lovely and accessible with big rooms and a nice spacious kitchen.

When we walking into Merry’s, it literally took my breath away for a few seconds, I already taken care of! Visually stunning! A perfect place to exhale from some crazy times we’d been having. 3 nights wasn’t enough and I look forward to returning! Spring was sweet there but I imagine all the seasons from Merry’s place are very special. It was our 35th anniversary and she left us a lovely bottle of wine. Every detail has been thought of!

Great place to stay. House was cozy and comfy with beautiful plants. Felt like we were in a botanical nursery. Host was great and responsive. Made a play room for my kid.

Very nice and accommodating host.

We were looking for a peaceful, private and cozy little cabin to relax in. Between the green hills, budding oak trees, large pond habitated by various types of birds, frogs and fish; we instantly knew we found what we were looking for. As for the cabin itself, it’s beautifully appointed. The fireplace made for very cozy evenings, and the bed we wanted to take home with us. (Seriously what kind of mattress is it?). We had everything we needed for the kitchen, bathroom and otherwise. My kiddos were a bit upset with me for not bringing them along so I will be back with them. Thank you so much for a great mini-vacay!

The place was greatt, just like the foto’s and description, me and my partner had an amazing time, would definitely recommend for a nice getaway, will definitely be back at this place 10/10.

Our stay at Brandilyn’s guest house was so enjoyable! The place is clean, nicely decorated and comfortable with a good view of the pond. Our 4-year-old loved the toys, basketball court and swing. The pond is great and we were able to take the boat out fishing as a family. Brandilyn was also a very responsive, helpful and kind host. It was such a relaxing and enjoyable stay and we definitely hope to return.

The property is a dream! My son adores all things fishing, disc golf and outdoors! He spent so much time in a kayak fishing that disc golf wasn’t played! The outdoor bbq hang out was amazing! Covered, spacious and functional. The fire pit is also great! Lots of hangout spots. The covered deck by the main pond is where I hung out most with a book. They are on the premises, which I loved. It was nice to know if I needed anything they were there! I can’t wait to go back next year! 😊
