This was our second stay at Michael’s picturesque loft. Everything was perfect and there wasn’t one thing that could have been added to make our stay better. Michael’s property is a little piece of paradise on a stately avenue in the grand part of Yuba City. We stayed with our dog this time and we enjoyed walking under the trees to the nearby park. Michael is warm and welcoming, his loft is supremely comfortable and peaceful, and we felt right at home. The views from the upstairs are soothing to city eyes as well! We look forward to returning when we are back in town.

Liked the house. The kitchen is well stocked. The bathroom layout is a little unusual. Both bathrooms are adjoining to each other so you need to make sure the door between them is locked. Great responsive host.

Great location for exploring Grass Valley, easy walking distance to restaurants, theaters, and downtown. Very nice inside remodel, great place to relax and enjoy friends.

Kara was super responsive. It was extremely easy to gain access to the house. It had just enough of the right stuff inside but left plenty of of room for us. It was a perfect stay.

Jess’ place was both incredibly well designed and cozy at the same time. It was immaculately clean, had a well stocked kitchen and was a perfect distance to the main drag in town. In addition, Jess was the most responsive and flexible host - answering all our many questions and asks for local recommendations (we were staying with a big family and kids over Christmas). Would 100% stay here again!

Rocky was such an amazing host!! The home is on beautiful property plenty of space for my dogs to run and play fully fenced in property! I would definitely recommended this home for anyone who is considering the area Collin’s lake is very close and all the small town stores and restaurants were great and close by ! The check-in process was so smooth, I almost felt like I was breaking into my own vacation. The decor? A perfect mix of ‘cozy getaway’ and ‘mystery thrift store finds’—truly unique! The bed was so comfortable, I debated skipping my plans just to lay there and contemplate my life choices. An adorable little slice of heaven just outside of town. I visited with my young family (myself, my wife, and our two boys age 5 and 1.5) and we had a blast. Lots of toys and activities inside, plenty of space to roam on the property, and access to lots of fun activities in the Twin Cities area. Melissa is highly responsive and our stay went off without a hitch. 5 stars!

Lorrie’s place exceeded all of our expectations! It was impeccably clean, beautifully designed, and every detail was clearly thought out with the guests in mind. From the comfortable furnishings to the little touches that made our stay extra special, it was clear how much care and effort went into creating such a welcoming space. Asha's place is truly magical! The land is special and rejuvenating and she has clearly put a lot of work into cultivating it. I loved the gardens, the house and being in the forest. Very clean and comfortable. Feels like you are in the woods, but still very close to town. Could even see snow capped mountains!!! Asha is an awesome host and I highly recommend staying here.

We were very grateful to find the rental exactly as described. Plenty of space to spread out and a beautiful kitchen with everything we needed.

This was a great place for us to stay. The host was very friendly and accommodating. We needed to extend our stay and were given that opportunity.

A lovely spacious home that accommodated 6 of us comfortably and then some! We are an old group of friends that loves to cook together and the kitchen had everything we needed! The backyard is lovely and we enjoyed our morning cup of coffee out there while listening to the birds. It’s fenced in so it was perfect for our 3 small dogs ( (all under 12 Lbs) We didn’t use the pool but it’s wonderful! Instead we drove about 30-40 minutes to enjoy the South Yuba River and the distance to Purdon Crossing and Edward’s crossing was perfect for us! Grocery stores are about 10 Minutes away so were able to stock up once we arrived in Grass Valley. Overall a well loved home that made our visit so great! Thank you Patrick!

We had 3 couples from our family and 6 children, ranging from 2 to 11. There was plenty of room for all and we had a great visit. The kids loved the pool. The adults liked it also. This home is up to date and we'll equipped. We would definitely come here again. The host was extremely helpful and great to work with.

We had a wonderful stay. The pool and hot tub were amazing. There was plenty of room for all of us. The pots and pans were a really nice brand.

We really liked our stay at Ted & Katrina’s place. It felt like home. And the hosts are very helpful. The place is very spacious. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking (stove, coffee maker, pots, etc.). There a laundry room with two driers. There’s more than enough space for two people. We liked the neighborhood too. It’s a good choice not only for short-time but long-time stays as well. We’ll definitely come back for our next stays in Grass Valley.

This is a lovely little cottage in a very dog friendly area. Despite being dog friendly there was no fur on the furniture. Just an FYI there is no T.V. so you will have to interact with your travel companions.

I appreciated how professional and helpful the hosts were. The whole trip was easy and all of our needs were met.

Donna was super responsive and helpful and the place was incredibly comfortable, clean, well stocked and beautiful. I would 100% stay here again. It has everything you need and is so peaceful and quiet but close to town!

The cows were so welcoming! They were there when we arrived. They loved the cow cookies that Nicholas provided to be given to them. We are a family of three, my husband and myself and our lab Rose. We enjoyed our stay at Nicholas and Rebecca’s home. The property is beautiful and the home is just as pictured. The artwork around the home is lovely. The surroundings peaceful. We had a nice stay. Nicholas made some great recommendations for dining and places to hike with our dog. He’s a good communicator. Thank you!

This was a great place to stay. Karl was very proactive in communicating with us prior to our stay and checked in with us over the course of our stay to ensure everything was ok. The kitchen was thoughtfully equipped which allowed us to cook a dinner for family we were visiting. Would stay again.
