Yucatan : locations de vacances avec lave-linge et sèche-linge

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt, sie war sauber und ordentlich. Durch die 3 Türen zur Wohnung haben wir uns auch sehr sicher gefühlt. Sie hatte nur leider kein direktes Tageslicht, was uns aber nicht großartig gestört hat, da wir eh die meiste Zeit unterwegs waren. Das Zentrum ist mit dem uber nur 10 min entfernt und die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und angenehm. Etnya ist sehr freundlich und hat auf Fragen immer schnell reagiert. Wir würden die Wohnung wieder buchen.

Miguel/michael is a great host and will always take care of you. I would ideally give this place 4.5 stars because whoever does the cleaning only does a very surface level cleaning. We usually have to do more of the detailed stuff. But the host is very responsive and he speaks English which is a nice bonus. The building itself is well maintained (I didn’t like that one time someone rented out the top floor without telling us) but besides that it was nice.

Excelente lugar, muy cómodo y tranquilo

Very nice condo on the 11th floor of a high rise complex with floor to ceiling window wall and great views of a lake, greenbelt and the La Isla mall, inside the larger private gate guarded community of Cabo Norte residential. Beautiful tree lined streets and greenbelt areas with lakes and a great place for walks. Nice well equipped and maintained gym and a huge outdoor swimming pool and lounge area. The mall is right there with restaurants, movie theater, lots of shopping and ice cream and smoothie shops and a large department store with a basic market for water and supplies. I really enjoyed my stay in Merida and would definitely go back again. I highly recommend Mayra's place. Great place!

Ich muss sagen, die Unterkunft ist wirklich toll. Gut ausgestattet mit vielen Gewürzen und einer Waschmaschine. Ich möchte lediglich darauf hinweisen, dass sie für schreckhafte Personen und „Angsthasen“ eher nicht geeignet ist. Die Türen und Fenster klappern und rascheln permanent. Ich habe mich nachts häufiger mal erschreckt wegen ungewöhnlicher Geräusche. Wir haben dann Blumenkübel vor die Eingangstür gestellt, dann ging es. Die Wohnung ist etwas außerhalb gelegen, aber mit dem Uber ist man für ca. 2€ im Stadtkern.

Un appartement de bonne qualité. Une jolie rénovation avec des matériaux nobles. Mobilier traditionnel et joli carrelage. Climatisation et ventilateurs de plafond. La petite piscine est un vrai plus quand on a passé la journée à visiter en marchant dans la chaleur. Simple, authentique, confortable et propre. je recommande ++++

We booked this Airbnb last minute and Francisco was very responsive (answering within minutes) and helpful with all my questions. I was working remote so I needed to make sure the internet was good, and it was great! I had no issues with speed or connection at all. The beds were really comfortable with the softest sheets I've ever slept on. Everything felt very clean and fresh. The beach was beautiful, residents in the building cleaned the beach every morning so there was no sea weed or shells. The condo was really well designed, beautiful furniture, smart TV with netflix, etc. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which was great, the 4th bathroom near the kitchen smelt a bit like sewage, but it was very clean and we just kept the door shut so it didn't bother us. Finally the location was really easy to find, there are some restaurants within a 10-15 minute walk and we used uber to visit Progreso which only cost like $3 CAD each time. Definitely recommend this Airbnb!

Me encanto el alojamiento… la sra que auxilia con el servicio de limpieza muy accesible y atenta en todo momento , al igual que el chico de mantenimiento… muy cerca de la zona moderna en Mérida la vivienda.. muy amplia y acorde con lo que pagamos … volveríamos sin dudar en absoluto… muchas gracias por todo.

Acogedora, fui con mi familia. Perfecto para desconectar, todo lo que se indica en fotos, es tal cual lo encuentras. Super recomendado, Maria Eugenia, muy atenta y siempre con comunicación para brindar ayuda en cualquier duda. Regresaría sin dudar.

Highly recommend staying at Nuria’s place! The location is perfect, plus the garage was great to have as the rules for street parking weren’t super clear. We particularly loved that the outside patio area was always pretty shady, so we could lounge outside without completely baking. Laundry was also a great resource that helped us pack a little lighter! Overall, a beautiful place!

Muy lindo y acogedor. Fue muy fácil llegar en Uber, y aunque batallamos brevemente en acceder la casa, el host no tardo ningún segundo en ayudarnos. Está a solo unos 10-15 minutos de la plaza Altabrisa y un montón de restaurantes al cual escoger. El agua caliente funcionaba de maravilla y las camas estaban realmente muy cómodas. Y eso para nosotras era muy importante.

,This was our second year at Casa Wayib. It truly feels like our home away from home. We appreciate the location, it is walkable to all of El Centro, plazas, el mercado, great restaurants. We cooked breakfast each morning, & cooked several dinners as well. BBQ on the roof is great, the kitchen is well appointed & had everything we needed including sharp knives. The thoughtful supplies are also very appreciated (insect repellent, After Sun products, coffee, etc. The pool is a wonderful way to cool off after walking in the heat of the day. The guest staff were responsive, very helpful answering questions & making recommendations, & arranging a taxi for us to the airport. The only issue was the washer/dryer not working, but that was also handled helpfully by the hosts. We plan to return next year again!

Excellent location and house, and pool, and very quiet centre bedroom. Highly recommended.

Where to begin? THE most amazing host I’ve ever had, for being a kind, helpful, attentive, full of great suggestions and a beautiful human being. I felt right at home, it’s a wonderful space with all you need AND a pool. You definitely need a pool! Coffee shops (Mumu/Coffrapia), grocery stores (Soriana, Super Aki, Dunosusa) and a mall all close by. If you want or need for anything Mauricio is a great source of information. We will miss you and Mérida ❤️

Super comfortable spot in Mérida, close to a beautiful park and a nice walk to the city center. We felt right at home and Adam was super responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at Elena's condo! The place is clean, great location and had everything you need to call it "home" for your stay. Washer and dryer in the unit is a bonus! The pool is great and they look after it daily. Elena was very prompt with her replies and was always available or had someone available if you have any questions or need anything Thank you Elena for a great stay and positive experience! We would definitely recommend and be back!!

Had some issue with hot water when I first arrived but the host was very responsive and people came very quickly to solve the issue. She even offered partial refund without me asking for it for the days without hot water. It’s better to have a car from this location but still not that far from the malecon. Again, quick and responsive host for any questions/ issues you might have.

Mariterre is an excellent host. She is very responsive and was very generous with her time and attention. She made many suggestions and even showed us around the boardwalk and nearby wetlands. We could not ask for a better greeting from her and her son. The place itself was very comfortable, fully equipped, and well maintained with excellent AC. Every little detail was considered from wall magnet's that hold the doors in place on windy days to full window blinds that are easy to use etc...

We had a great stay at this two-bedroom apartment in Merida. The space was incredibly large and airy, giving us plenty of room to relax. The house was clean, well-maintained, and felt very comfortable throughout our stay. It had everything we needed, and we’d definitely stay here again!”

This is an excellent rental, every detail has been taken care of with an eye for detail. The rental exceeded our expectations. Oscar is a marvellous host, very responsive and a pleasure to work with. I would not hesitate to rent this or any other property that Oscar has available.

We stayed only two days in Mauricio’s place because it was only a short visit in Progreso. The condo is very nice, well furnished and supplied. The neighbours are nice and the place is quiet. There is a nice pool and a rooftop patio with a nice view, shaded area and a nice breeze. There is a convenience store nearby as well as a few nice restaurants with a varied offering of dishes. We recommend this place for a nice stay in Progreso.

We had a wonderful time at Roxanna’s condo in Playa Chaca! The unit was clean and comfortable and it was easy to walk to the beach or restaurants. Roxanna replied quickly whenever we had questions or comments. We highly recommend!
