Un buen lugar para conocer Cancún, el condominio es muy lindo, buena ubicación, el dpto limpio, ofrece todo lo que indica en la descripción, Antonio y Teresa son muy amables, te ayudan con todas las dudas, solo para tener en cuenta queda en el tercer piso y no hay ascensor por si va un adulto mayor o presentan alguna condición, el baño de la habitación es chico pero el principal es muy cómodo, volvería a alquilarlo sin duda alguna

Stefania's place is as seen in the pictures, and things work as expected: the AC in the bedroom works well; kitchen is fully stocked; Internet is fast; a jug of drinking water was provided. The outdoor patio is really nice, especially in the morning as the sun is coming up, and in the evening when the temperature cools off. The location is close to restaurants and the Ultramar ferry terminal for a trip to Isla Mujeres. The bedroom has air conditioning, but the main unit does not. It wasn't an issue for us, as a nice ocean breeze came in through the windows and back-door when we were there. It really helped to keep the front-door open. The room was warm but not hot. As others have noted, there can be loud noise from car speakers and loud motorcycles later in the evening.

We loved the layout, the condo is very private. We enjoyed the fresh air when we opened up all the windows and sliding doors, the breeze coming through screens. We spent a lot of time reading/napping on the roof top terrace, lovely breeze. We so enjoyed the pool, almost every day we spent time there. Everyone is so friendly. I was very pleased with this condo and hope to return soon!

We had an amazing stay! Hilary and Pike picked us up and dropped us off at the Ferry Terminal themselves and made us feel very welcome. The appartement is clean, with both AC and a ceiling fan as well as a fully equipped kitchen and drinking water. Would totally recommend staying here whilst on Caye Caulker!

This Airbnb is in a great location. Grocery stores are a block away, as well as a fruit stand and several restaurants. The apartment was nice and clean, the air conditioning worked great and the pool was refreshing. As others have noted there is a bar near by that plays loud music…but you can just dance along or wear ear plugs. Our stay was wonderful.

The location was wonderful with the large, beautiful beach just steps away. We walked most places but the bus stop was very close. Simple decor, comfortable bed and pillows, great balconies. Would definitely visit again.

We stayed 4 nights and absolutely loved the place. Great location and super clean. All the reviews are correct. Just an FYI, the apartment is on a busy street so you will hear scooters whizzing by often. Other than that, it was perfect!!!

had a great stay at Kelley Michelle's. the apartment is walkable to Centro but a little further south to be a bit closer to my dive shop at Marina Fonatur. Kelley Michelle was very responsive and helpful, the right door was a little tough to find but once I was in everything was as described and great. Internet is very fast (200+mbps down/100+up), no issues with Teams meetings all week.

If you get the chance to stay in the La Veleta neighborhood- take it! This listing is so close to many neighborhood restaurants and it’s not touristy… just walk out the door to the resort and you’re there! The pool is quiet, private and relaxing. It’s a clothing optional resort but we only saw nudity at the pool which didn’t bother us at all. Everyone was polite and respectful. Would definitely visit again!

Unit is ok, old stuff inside, kitchen ustensil were rusted a little bit, BUT the spot is soo awesome that everything else is non-relevant. I do not think you can get something that near the water with such a long private beach for that price anywere in the world. So yes I would recommend.

Everything as expected. Clean. There's street parking (free) right in front of the apartment. Check in was easy, Josue was waiting for me when I arrived.

Valentina is a great host! Responds quickly to whatever is needed. I felt safe my entire 3 month stay! Laundry, local market, Maple bakery( YUM) , pharmacy, and several great local food “stands” within a few blocks. I walked to the beach and all around every day. Everyone was kind and helpful. The time I needed a can Valentina helped me. I highly recommend staying here! I’m definitely coming back! ❤️

Buena ubicación, cerca de la quinta avenida y de avenidas principales. El departamento tiene todo lo necesario para tu estancia si requieres cocinar. Ricardo estuvo atento a cualquier duda o comentario de nuestra parte. Fácil acceso y lugar seguro, ya que nosotros traíamos carro y no tuvimos ningún inconveniente. Recomiendo la estancia con ellos.

El alojamiento es tal cual en las fotos, al igual que la vista la cuál es increíble desde el balcón, así como la playa preciosa la cual tiene directamente el hotel está a pasitos 😍, tiene un bar del cual se pueden comprar bebidas y snacks a un precio accesible, el alojamiento como tal es seguro te piden para entrar y salir el num de habitación, y en cuanto a la habitación no tenemos ninguna queja, estaba limpia, ordenada y tiene todo lo que uno necesita para la estadía 🙌

My partner and I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place is absolutely beautiful, and what really stood out to me were the high-quality pillows and bed sheets—truly classy. The location is perfect, just a short distance from downtown Tulum, making it easy to get to everything. The reception staff was also fantastic, helping us with our luggage and ensuring we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Xibalba hotel was truly amazing! Really good value for money. Looks just as on pictures, beautiful design, everything new and modern, very large room with balcony & jacuzzi; large kitchen with everything needed ( toaster, pots, pan, cutlery and blender for fresh smoothies), beautiful large and clean bathroom; gym and joga room. Really enjoyed my stay and would recommend to anyone who is looking for a comfortable place to stay in Tulum.

The location is awesome! There are plenty of great bars, restaurants, and even taco trucks nearby. It’s a safe and quiet area, just a couple of blocks from the main street.

Je suis demeuré 4 semaines dans le logement de Victor. Logement bien situé , près de la plage (Mamitas 1 km), beaucoup de restaurants près.Grand logement , bien équipé. Victor répondait très rapidement . Il m a fournit plus d eau que ce que J étais capable de consommer. Ménage une fois semaine inclus, très apprécié . Tout était parfait , il ne me manquait qu un balcon, mais ça je le savais avant d arriver. Robert
