We absolutely loved our stay! We booked it last minute and Rich was quick to respond. The hotel manager David was so kind to quickly get our room ready for us and was so helpful throughout our stay. The bar/restaurant attached to the hotel has excellent food and extremely kind staff. The location is beautiful, private and looks out over the water. Will definitely be back and would give 10/10 recommendation!

Me and my husband enjoyed very much, pool was very clean and refreshing, room was also super clean and atmosphere is really fantastic 💓can’t wait to come back again

Simon's place was more Baptiste's place in my case as Baptiste was our main contact. Baptiste is very friendly and easy to communicate with. The place itself is a little magical. When you come from the busy street to the entrance hall, the world changes into a peaceful oasis, filled with sounds of birds and fountains, with never ending alleys that lead from one courtyard to another. The architecture is light and elegant and with a sense of time passed and standing still at the same time. You feel the presence of previous generations that lived here, with a sensation that the architecture beauty will outlive us. The room was stunning with high beamed ceilings. Loved the terrace under cover. Enchanting! Only downside the place is a bit far from decent coffee options,

We loved our stay at Icaco! The room and property are beautiful, especially the rooftop pool area, and the balcony. The daily breakfast is perfect - fresh juice, coffee, yogurt, granola, bread, spreads and a gorgeous assortment of fresh fruit. They even accommodated my request for gluten-free. Such a lovely property, and fantastic team. You are right across the street from the beach. Note that the street is busy and thus loud, but if you prepare and bring some earplugs, it's no problem. The road quiets down by 10pm on weeknights. Highly recommend!

Had a great stay in San Pedro at Hummingbird Suites. Yunior was more than accommodating and even helped me catch a ride after I left my keys with the ride that dropped me off. My studio was clean and close to many things, but also a quick shot away from them. I enjoyed being able to cook small meals with the local food, any type of kitchen in this area isn’t common, so it definitely stood out. The cleaning gals were friendly and take great care of the place. Would absolutely stay here again.

Wir waren drei Nächte hier und waren vollauf begeistert. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und die Vermieter waren in allen Belangen sehr hilfsbereit. Wir hatten Zimmer Nr. 2 und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Gut funktionierende Klimaanlage, Kühlschrank, Seife, WC-Papier und vieles andere war vorhanden. Zu unserer Überraschung gab es auch kostenlos Fahrräder. Wir danken für die freundliche Aufnahme und können die Unterkunft nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Nos encantó el lugar Zhenia, tiene bonito estilo su hotel, consideramos que su vista fue espectacular, el servicio fue muy bueno y el personal también fue atento y amable, considero que se podría mejorar la infraestructura de red para todos aquellos que tengan que trabajar aún estando descansando un par de días en el hotel, desde la comodidad de sus cuartos.

Perfect for our party of 8! We booked the 3 apartments, so nice each apartment is in it’s own building. We used the main kitchen building for cooking all of our meals. Rooftop sat all 8 of us. Power went out in town, we still had all the basics like refrigerators, fans, lights, phone charging and starlink. Super close to beach and restaurants. We will be back next year for sure!

La recomiendo, es bonito, buena ubicación, el preció fue justo, me agrado mucho que me dejarán ingresar antes. Eso le da puntos extra, he ido a otros lugares son muy estrictos.

Beautiful room and exceptional view of the ocean. Amazing shower with view of ocean waves crashing. Plunge pool was very private and felt luxurious while also relaxing in comfortable chairs on private deck. Best room on the property by far. Lovely sand pathways to private access to the well maintained beaches and short walking distance to the pool, hanging beds, yoga stage overlooking the ocean and restaurant. We loved it so much at check in we immediately booked a second night. We did switch rooms since this room was booked but loved this property. Unfortunately the following day we had a mishap with the front office. Complaint: the white/brown bracelets needed to access the hotel & park was not provided—even after asking, it is a service they do provide. He directed us to the ruins instead. This persons caused an enormous delay in our plans and a lot of headaches because they did not offer them at the ruins. It was extremely offensive at checkout the he was offering them to guests

La verdad pasamos unos días muy lindos... la tranquilidad del lugar y la belleza de la laguna nos dieron la mejor estadía... los espacios compartidos son enormes,la habitación muy bonita, y tiene todo lo necesario para poder cocinar y divertirse en la laguna ( como Kayaks,chalecos , juegos de mesa,libros etc) .. Ramón y Pedro unos genios estaban siempre para lo q necesitábamos... si volvemos no hay dudas q elegiriamos este lugar de nuevo... gracias!!! Terasu Riviera Maya es sinónimo de paz , conexión con la naturaleza y buen gusto. Os recomiendo esta propiedad , he disfrutado mucho mi estadía. Pienso regresar muy pronto🫶🏻.

Probably our favorite place along the Yucatán peninsula. So quiet nestled within the jungle. This place is great if your looking to relax and enjoy being amongst nature. One of the most unique airbnb and the heated pool in the morning and evening was a great touch. Staff was very attentive to our needs. Can see this place becoming the go to place in Bacalar in the future once the area is developed. Would love to return here in the future.

My stay at this beautiful Casa 1 was simple amazing. When I say All the wonderful reviews & pictures posted are True, they are!!! The host Tiffany & Ryan are so friendly and helpful in every way. From the moment of arriving and being greeted with fresh juice and fruit, to simply making my birthday experience so memorable and amazing. There's nothing more I could have asked for during my visit. I appreciate them for helping me with reservations for dinner, excursions and a go-gart. As well as their recommendations for places to go in town that were spot on. Also, the Breakfast was truly amazing, so fresh. So please dont skip out on the opportunity to eat there. I soooo stand by my decision in booking this property a 100 percent and will definitely book again when I return to San Pedro. Thank you again Tiffany & Ryan

Our stay in this nearly three hundred year old building was full of pleasant surprises and unexpected camaraderie. The room was spacious and comfortable, regularly looked after by Alex’s staff, and easy to feel just right in with fans, air conditioning, and windows to let in the frequent breezes. As others have said, the breakfasts were delicious, lovely to look at, and varied. Alex has long experience in Merida and connected us with everyone we needed, from private car trips to haircuts. The location, in easy walking distance from three of the city plazas, could not have been much better. Most surprising of all was the rooftop patio on which we spent several evenings enjoying the breeze and getting to know a fascinating variety of other guests. We will enjoy our memories of the visit for a long time.

Excelente opción si lo que buscas es quedarte en el corazón del centro de Playa del Carmen. Acceso cerca a diferentes lugares y a la vuelta de la playa. El ruido no fue molestia a la hora de descansar. Todo fine.

Pasamos unos días increíbles en familia, nos gustó mucho el concepto y el esfuerzo que hacen por mantener a los huéspedes satisfechos, con tips y una actitud muy proactiva en todo momento. ¡Regresaremos de nuevo!

I liked staying here. The best part was Luis, the host. He helped me find so many extra things to see and do. He was very friendly and spoke English. I’ll be back.

excelente lugar y muy céntrico

This property saved us, we were booked into another location round the corner and upon arrival late at night were unable to stay due to the noise and mess of the property. At 11pm we booked this hotel and the staff were extremely accommodating and extremely helpful and really saved us in our time of need. I would recommend staying here if you are in Valladolid, it is a short walk from the bus station and a lot of the central town activities. The hosts even ran after us in the morning to provide us with some homemade breakfast to have on the go. It’s the little things that make stays memorable.
