Mauricio’s home is the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at . I have been to so many of them. He has stocked up everything that a traveler would need. Everything is clean and organized. Location is amazing Loved everything about this house. Highly recommend this beautiful home

Our family vacation at Cascadas is unforgettable. The beautiful location with the constant sounds of waves, lovely villa with so many great views especially the sunrises seen from every bedroom. Our family of 6 adults and 3 kids (ages 4,7 & 10) had lots to do exploring the area on golf cart and short walk to the beach. Armando & Andrea cooked 4 dinners for us and absolutely delicious!! They are lovely people and prepared continental breakfast each morning. The comp massages were amazing. Crystal and Lisa were our therapists and were professional and skilled, enjoyed the outdoor experience with sounds of waves & birds. Definitely recommend La Buena Vita for happy hour, Turtle Cafe is adorable & delicious food. Snorkeling at YalKu lagoon is definitely worth doing. We took the Collectivo and it was safe & cheap when visiting Atkun Chen cenyote. The food is also great across the bridge in Town of Akumal. Great tacos! So much to see and do - would love to return some day!!!

My husband and I travelled with 2 of our boys, ages 13 and 6, and my in-laws (early 80’s) joined us mid-week. I cannot speak highly enough of the property and the attentiveness to our needs by the staff. Everything as pictured and then some. We absolutely loved our stay and would come again in a heartbeat. We are currently trying to plan our next stay. The private area along with convenience to a cenote, town, a grocery store - we did not feel like we missed a thing and everything we needed was so close! I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here and would highly encourage you to. I worried our boys wouldn’t like it, but they had so much fun in the pool, along the shore in tide pools, hunting for crabs at night, watching the birds - it was all amazing. Definitely in our top 3 vacations and we hope to go again!

It was a truly peaceful and beautiful place. I hadn’t have such a peaceful sleep for a long time hearing all the birds and the jungle. The place is loved and very well taken care of, very clean too. And the hosts and staff are just super nice you feel at home straight away. It is just a very special place and I hope to come back very soon!

We had a great time. Dream house with a private beach. Diego was responsive to all our needs even gong above and beyond with thoughtful touches like offering to bring us groceries. Really appreciated Maria’s help with cleaning, cooking, laundry, ironing and all other chores around the house. Also appreciated having a full time guard. Made us feel safe. Highly recommend to anyone looking to have a peaceful time on a private and secluded area.

Bon logement avec des services proposés comme la piscine, ou le petit déjeuner buffet pour 35$ par personne ou 95$ en tout inclus avec les repas. Logement dans un hôtel 4 étoiles, avec une belle vue, mais l’appartement lui n’est pas digne d’un hôtel 4 étoiles, avec surtout la propreté de la salle de bain et des moisissures. Un coup de peinture serait nécessaire. Après c’est une chambre a prix réduit qui est proposée sur Airbnb ce qui explique que la chambre soit moins bien entretenue que les chambre à prix standard plus élevé. Bonne réactivité des hôtes au moindre soucis !

Nous avons passé un mois incroyable dans cet appartement ! L’hôte a été extrêmement réactif et disponible tout au long de notre séjour, ce qui a rendu l'expérience encore plus agréable. Avant notre arrivée, nous avions été informés de travaux aux alentours, mais nous les avons à peine entendus, donc cela n’a eu aucun impact sur notre confort. Le coucher de soleil depuis la chambre était tout simplement magnifique. Le club de plage ainsi que la plage publique sont parfaits pour se détendre. En seulement 15 minutes à pied, on accède facilement aux restaurants, et en plus, il y a un petit dépanneur directement dans le building, ce qui est très pratique pour les petites courses. À noter que l'épicerie n'est pas à proximité immédiate, mais il est très facile de se faire livrer de la nourriture, ce qui nous a bien dépannés durant notre séjour. Un séjour parfait, nous recommandons cet endroit sans hésitation ! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My stay at Mina's place was fantastic. The house is amazing (although you don't have the whole house to yourself, just the rooms) and they take into account every detail, each room has a private bathroom and shower, TV, and amenities. The most unique element is that you have breakfast included every day and it is delicious! The pool is really big and the area is close to Pase Montejo, one of Merida's main roads. Also every day we got our bed made. I would say this is like a hotel experience but way more private ;) Cons I have are: Wi-Fi is terrible, you don't get signal at the rooms so if you plan to work remotely from there, I don't recommend it. Also, its not specified in the description but you share space with another house. During my stay the owner was not there so the place was all for ourselves. And lastly, you only have the rooms, you don't have a kitchen or a mini fridge or something to store food or drinks.

The property and overall peaceful environment brought immediate relaxation and peace of mind, Malonie and her staff have done incredible work on this place.

Had a great stay here! The space is comfortable, clean, well equipped, and thoughtfully decorated. The location is excellent and makes it easy to see all of the sights in Campeche, and lots of great restaurants are nearby. It was easy to find street parking. Lastly, the host was kind and proactive with tips for making the most of our short stay. Highly recommended!

We had a comfortable stay. Clean with everything we needed. Breakfast included was so nice. The pool was refreshing and we spent a good amount of time relaxing on the porch in the hammocks, enjoying all of the birds. The sunsets on the dock were great! We used the canoe and bikes. The hotel staff were awesome! There is lively music late into the night on Friday and Saturdays nearby. You will hear mild boom boom of the base. I’m old and pretty noise sensitive but, was totally fine with my earplugs.

We stayed where for one night on our Yucatán tour, and it was great. We had two couples and there was plenty of space for all of us. Everything was clean and as described in the listing.

Leuke tijd gehad bij Susi! Er wordt goed voor je gezorgd. Ze geven leuke tips voor in de buurt. Je kunt ze alles vragen! Echt heel behulpzaam. Ik ben gevallen en had last van mijn voet en ze hebben me goed verzorgd! Bedankt!!

I’ve stayed in many B&B’s thru out MX and this is the first that I will give a 5 star rating. The owners have done an outstanding job of maintaining the property and their guests are top priority! The daily breakfast is healthy and wonderful! The heated pool is great for dips and laps with no heavy chlorine odor. The hot tub was not working heat wise during my stay (max temp got up to 92) but they were right on it contacting and waiting for their pool service vendor. The sheets, towels, soaps and even toilet paper were top notch. Their aim is always to please and excelled in doing so. Nearby restaurants within walking distance is very convenient. The main town drag is a 5 block walk. It’s a 7 minute ride to and from airport and taxi service easily obtainable. Good bikes are available at the property ($15 day) including a lock. You will hear minimal dog barking at nite but that is typical of Mexico unless you are in a hotel or resort. I look forward to my next visit!!

La habitación tiene todo lo que se necesita para descansar. Cuenta con un balcón donde puedes disfrutar una bonita vista hacia la universidad y de la brisa fresca que llega desde el mar. No tiene estacionamiento. Nosotros dejamos el automóvil frente a la casa y no hubo ningún problema. El desayuno incluye fruta, café, té, cereal, leche, pan, mermelada. Sencillo pero a mi parecer suficiente. Los anfitriones son muy atentos y amigables. Nos la pasamos muy bien, especialmente porque son pet-friendly. Definitivamente regresaría.

Great getaway. Low key comfortable accommodations with a good restaurant attached. Spacious bedroom and eat-in kitchen, with two balconies. Comfortable large bed, spacious closets with a safe. A quiet, interesting neighborhood full of locals & expats just across the street from entrance to a beautiful string of family-friendly beaches. A 20 min walk down Avenida 5 to all the noise & nightlife; 45 minute walk to ferry. Christian and his colleagues at the restaurant are lovely folks. Made us feel welcome and right at home.

Wonderful time in this gorgeous hacienda and we made several new friends with the other guests. Patricia and Cesar were gracious hosts and there were some great authentic little restaurants in the surrounding area. It’s a bit of a far walk from the center of town but there is a taxi stand 1 minute away which is super helpful. We loved our stay and will be back again!

Excelente lugar para descansar y disfrutar de la alberca con una bella vista desde la terraza hacia el muelle principal de la isla, todos los días se ven los cruceros y el atardecer increíble. Cuentan con estacionamiento y si se llegara a llenar hay lugares cerca sobre el Malecón, OJO solo estaciónate en lugares donde está marcado con color blanco, azul es para discapacitados, evita una multa y un mal momento en tus vacaciones. El desayuno y servicio en recepción (Ángel es sumamente amable) y restaurante es de lo mejor, las opciones son muy ricas y buenas porciones. Hay una panadería al lado del hotel, siempre huele a pan recién hecho (no es queja jaja). Yo renté un auto y me estuve moviendo por toda la isla, la ubicación del hotel es muy cómoda si quieres explorar el centro. Hay muchos restaurantes que se encuentran cerca de la zona o lugares de vida nocturna como la quinta avenida o el malecón.

This place is pretty magical! I’ve never experienced tiny cenotes that are just caves. Very cool, especially the one with a meditation platform built in. Our room felt like a tree house with so many windows, and greenery outside each one. Be prepared to rent a car, rent bikes, or take the taxi colectivo to get anywhere. Also, be prepared to pay to enter the beaches nearby. The guard dogs were sweet though noisy at times. The chickens were fun except being woke up by the rooster each morning. If you love the jungle, and want to be away from the city, this is a fabulous place! Gunita and Malyi don’t stay there, but they are attentive hosts. Overall, my partner and I had a very good experience.
