Great day short taxi ride to so many things beaches, etc. poncho helped us every step of the way, answered all our questions. I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend the place.

La casa es muy amplia, más de lo que se ve en las fotos, fui con mi familia y es muy seguro para niños y cómoda para adultos mayores! En toda mi estancia me dirigí con Leticia, súper amable, buenos consejos y excelentes recomendaciones, todo el tiempo al pendiente! La casa está súper bien acondicionada, suficientes platos, vasos y cubiertos. Las hoyas en buen estado y la limpieza impecable! Excelente opción la secadora al estar en un lugar donde se visitan constantemente lugares con agua y no quieres regresar con ropa mojada en la maleta. Simplemente muy acogedor, en cuanto tengamos oportunidad volveremos sin duda, apreciamos mucho la tranquilidad del lugar!

Excellent choice. Exactly as described. Very clean and welcoming touches to make us feel at home. Appreciated the amount of towels, paper products, kitchen staples, water jugs. This home has it all, two outdoor spaces, nice pool, outdoor eating and lounging day or night. Comfortable beds. Enough hot water for a short shower but more than enough for what we needed. Well equipped kitchen. As mentioned you need a car for this house. Great markets and convenience stores 5 minutes away. Restaurants in nearby Chicxulub or Progresso or Telchac, 10-15 min. Recommend the restaurant at Sayachaltun near Telchac and Osteria italiana 386. The beach is good for walking especially early morning low tide. During our stay there was a lot of sargassum. There is a breakwater at the beach directly in front of this house. Very quiet, bit of construction nearby nothing terrible. The neighbours were not in during our stay so it felt very private. Pool would always be private. Recommend!

This house was just want I wanted! Great for groups of people who want to commune but still have their privacy. We were able to fit 16 people comfortably. It’s a beautiful house with a great pool. The pool was used often. One thing to note is that the street the house is on is unpaved so driving on the street can be bumpy. 10/10 would still recommend for a group

We had such a great stay! The house is amazing and the location is unbeatable if you want to have a calm area. Silvia was always reachable and everybody was super supportive and helpful. Thank you very much! We really enjoyed our time!

The house was beautiful and the service from Marilyn our concierge was wonderful. She responded to our texts in 1-2 minutes! She was there to collect us at the airport, and she arranged our entire vacation. She was wonderful. I didn’t realize we needed to take a boat to San Pedro. It was a 2 minute ride with Senal our captain, and 2 round trips were included daily at no charge. Senal was great! He was on site every morning cleaning the pool, and he was there to ferry us back and forth whenever we requested. Our dryer blew a belt while we were there and Senal had it fixed by the next day. He took our wet laundry to another home and put it in the dryer for us…amazing! We had several meals prepared at our villa which we arranged thru Cellina which were great. The restaurant, Coconuts, is on site and we had several wonderful meals there. Our meals were prepared and served by August and another lady, and they were so friendly, and the food and service were top notch!I highly recommend !

We had a great stay. The property was spacious with lots of enclosed yard space around the pool that was great for our kids, and having the separate guest house was really nice. The location was also great, just one block from great restaurants and shops. Short drive to the beach and cenotes as well.

nos encantó el espacio, es muy bonito y muy cómodo , la piscina pequeña en el patio uff fenomenal ,la piscina del complejo no tuvimos oportunidad de meternos pero está muy linda y todo el área muy limpia está muy amplio y si vas a hacer uso de la cocina está muy bien equipado, está a unos 5 minutos el Chedraui y tmb está acerca un super AKI , la zona es muy tranquila y está a 15 min de la playa y la zona hotelera por lo que todo queda cerca en realidad , volveríamos 1000 veces . gracias por las atenciones Irlanda y por estar al pendiente de nosotros. nos vemos pronto 😎

We had a wonderful stay at PalAlma. The house was clean, spacious, and well-furnished—perfect for our group of five. The location was ideal, close to great restaurants and everything we needed. Nancy was an excellent host—attentive and responsive—which made everything smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended!

Olivia was a wonderful host and her apartment was a beautiful retreat for our family. She was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. The apartment complex was a great blend for our teenager and younger child with pools and a playground, and we loved walking across the street every night for delicious gelato. Just a short walk to town, we loved taking daily adventures. Highly recommend.

Excelente dpto, lo básico para armar una comida o calentar. El dpto es muy agradable y como se ve en las fotos. En la cuadra hay minimercado, frutería, restaurant y puestos en la plaza. El dpto está a unos minutos de la terminal del ADO.

We enjoyed our time at David’s place. It is a beautiful space and a perfect location right downtown Centro Cozumel! Everything was super clean and good quality. The showers and bathroom felt very luxurious. We also appreciated having access to the rooftop pool. We’ve stayed at a few different places in Cozumel (including an all inclusive resort) and this was the best place by far! A great price and would definitely stay here again. I only bring this up for awareness and not to complain! We had a few problems at the start of our trip. Our access code to our front door wasn’t working. As well as some technical hiccups with the buttons to the stove. We also experienced a Wi-Fi outage for two days. However, the property manager Beto was very quick to respond and helpful in having these issues resolved in a timely manner. None of these issues made us regret our stay here. We had a great experience and would recommend this place to anyone! Thanks for making our trip great!

Ahi te va : Recomiendo totalmente el lugar. Cuando voy a tulum siempre busco a Liz como host y esta fue una excelente recomendación que me hizo. El departamento tiene todo lo necesario y fue perfecto para estar lo suficientemente cerca del barrio mas bonito de Tulum y de la playa en la zona hotelera sin padecer del ruido y el ajetreo. Para transportarme liz me ayudó a rentar un scooter a muy buena tarifa y también hay un sitio de taxis en el hotel mistiq que se encuentra a unas cuadras. Ahi mismo hay dos restaurantes deliciosos que tienen que probar!!! Lo que más me enamoró fue la terraza, subi a comer ahi todos los días y el jacuzzi al atardecer es lo máximo. Los ruidos de construcción fueron mínimos, no fue un problema. Sin duda volveré

Un lugar excelente para conectar con la naturaleza, cero ruidos, buena ubicación, muy buena la comunicación con José.

Un lugar mágico, esa es la descripción correcta, es cómodo y es privado. Tiene temazcal y los servicios de masajes lo complementa a la perfección. Un cenote super cerca. Las cabañas están de primer nivel, limpieza, orden, espacio. La alberca es el plus, un chapuson y a continuar con las experiencias q te brinda el rancho. Comida y bebida exquisita. Y la anfitriona, es muy amable y esta al pendiente en todo momento, vale por completo lo que se paga y no dudaré en regresar pronto y llevar amigos y familia. Literal es una escapada del exterior con todas las comodidades para disfrutar y descansar.

muy bonito el lugar, tal cual en las fotos. el único "problema" es un poco la zona, pero nada que no haga excelente la estadía en el lugar. hay cosas que hacer cerca y la zona es muy segura.

La estancia fue increíble. El lugar es hermoso y con mucha privacidad, cuánta con todo lo necesario para pasarla increíble. La comunicación con Geraldine es excelente, me retrace un poco a la hora de mi CheckOut y fue muy amable al respecto. súper recomendable

The location is outstanding. Private and breathtaking views. Your steps away from the ocean and awake to the sound of waves and birds. A rooster does make a bit too much noise at all hours. You can hear the outdoors very well and is overall gratifying. The place could use a few small things to help the older people like us get up the stairs at both entries, a railing to make the first high step and keep your footing as both stairs are crooked and not spaced evenly. The step out of the bathrooms is also an ankle twister in the night. We had a very restfull stay and i would love to return again. The area is worth doing some exploring as it has special things you may not get to see again. We done a 3 hour boat tour and saw dolphins and several birds on one island. It was very windy when we were there so the water on the ocean side was stirred and cloudy but we also had no issues with bugs because of wind. We greatly enjoyed the dock on the eco side of the property.

What a great little space at the end of the road near the lake. We appreciated the suggestion of the Restaurant Tono where the food was great and the owners were extremely friendly and accommodating. Definitely will try to book again on our way back home.

I really enjoyed my stay here for a few reasons, the first and biggest reason was how great Stacey and her family was. I was coming out there alone and was on edge but Stacey quickly made me feel safe and comfortable. She also made me a great breakfast every morning. Secondly, If you love nature or just want a peaceful, private getaway, this is the place for you. I got to see spider monkeys and kayak on the creek, it was pretty cool. Lastly, The cabin was very clean and modern, and they provided everything you would need— I loved the shower! It was pretty far from everything, and the road getting out there is pretty bumpy so just be prepared for that, but everything else was great. I had maximum peace out there just journaling, reading, chilling, and spending time with Gods beautiful creation.

Może to nie jest miejsce dla wszystkich, ale dla nas było cudowne. To jest raj na ziemi i spelnienie moich marzeń o pobycie w dżungli. Codziennie masz kontakt z dzikimi zwierzętami, jak małpy, ptaki, piękne motyle, legwan. Do tego na posesji jest prywatny cenot, gdzie codziennie możesz pływać i jesteś tam tylko sam. Christiam jest wspaniałym gospodarzem. Szybko reagował na nasze potrzeby. Jest bardzo przyjazny. Przepiękna oaza z dala od turytecznego ruchu. Ale na tyle blisko od sklepów, miasteczka, restauracji i barów, że poradziliśmy sobie bez samochodu przez 3 dni. ❤️
