We stayed for 2 months, and it was by far the best Airbnb we've stayed in. The house was relatively new and very clean, very nicely furnished, kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need including a coffee bar, beds were comfortable, bedding and towels were good quality, fenced in backyard with patio and outdoor furniture. The house is located in a newer community with a Community Center with pool, playground, pickleball; it was quiet, and we felt very safe during our daily walks. Located approximately 10 min. from Historic St. Augustine and 20 min. from the beach. Michaela was very responsive and would check in to see if we needed anything. We will definitely stay here again if we return to St. Augustine.

Great host and property! The house was equipped with new appliances and had sufficient supplies including laundry and dish detergent pods. The house had sufficient utensils, pots, and dinnerware for our family of 9 and everything was clean and well organized. Jonathan was very responsive to issues reported and able to coordinate the needed assistance on the priority maintenance issues. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and enjoyed our stay.

The pool was excellent and the house was just right for a family!

Cozy place, clean and quiet. A carport with an outlet, convenient for an EV. I’ll be staying there again the next time I visit my grandkids, who live close by.

Great stay for a week with our pups. Very clean and quiet location, near everything but off the main drag. Updated interior with a large backyard. Kitchen had all the necessaries including Keurig. Heat & AC worked well, washer & dryer seemed brand new. Bathroom was clean & modern, with plenty of towels. Beds were comfortable. Richard was a great host, even got the backyard mowed at our request, super appreciated. Couple of notes for pet owners: there's no direct access from inside to the backyard & the gate is a bit large & heavy to open, but the kids loved running around in it! Highly recommend a stay!

The house was good for a group of 5. Plenty of space.

Our stay at Christine's house was a true pleasure, from the moment you open the door you will not cease to be surprised, every detail is a sign of the love put into each piece. The house is quiet, as is the neighborhood. We do not find a detail that has been lost from sight. Everything is impeccable, which was an important point for me. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay there again when we return to Jacksonville. The lilly's house feels like an extension of ours... it's a place to call Home outside of your own.

We really enjoyed our stay at Zac's property. The house smelled great, was very clean, and was exactly as described. Zac was a great host; he was very responsive and attentive to any of our needs. We brought 2 dogs and he had food and water bowls available. The fenced in yard was wonderful for the dogs to be able to play outside. There are lots of beach accessories and the beach is just 3 blocks away! There are several good restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance and the neighborhood was great for taking the dogs on walks. The beach is also dog friendly so we were able to take them most everywhere with us.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was clean, cozy, and well-equipped. Nikki was incredibly helpful and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Check-in was smooth, and the little touches really made it feel like home. I highly recommend staying here if you're in the area. I would definitely book again!

This was my first time in Jacksonville Florida. I couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. It wasn’t that far from the beach also most of the night clubs were only like 8 minutes away for those who love to go out at night like me. My kids absolutely loved the pool that’s where they spent majority of their time. They were also able to swim at night as well while I was in the jacuzzi because of the lights in the pool. All of the main essentials were provided that were needed for my stay. This was my first Airbnb stay and it was a really smooth process. The property owners were very responsive and polite. I’ll definitely be back when I visit Jacksonville again..

This house was exceptionally clean & we had everything we needed. Really nice backyard area where we enjoyed meals because the weather was nice.

Jenny was awesome the house has a large fenced backyard for our fur baby. We love the south side so we knew our way around.

Terry's place was everything our family needed for time together. We were able to cook meals (the fresh eggs from the hen house were an extra bonus), hang out by the pool, play board games in the pool house, and we had a fire in the firepit (the wood was stacked and ready for us to just light the match). We will be back next year. Thank you for making this a very special vacation.

The host was very responsive and proactive. This by far was the best home I've booked on Airbnb for my family and myself. It was the perfect location. A short drive between downtown Saint Augustine and Jacksonville. Very quite very neat and clean Also up-to-date appliances! Overall extremely satisfied with my stay will book again in the future. Quiet and peaceful home. Beautifully & simply decorated. Kitchen is stocked with plates, pots, pans, utensils; very convenient and accessible. Beds were very relaxing and there are easy to use TVs in each room. Overall very accommodating! Would recommend to anyone visiting Jacksonville. 15 minutes from the jaguar stadium. It is in a school zone so there may be light traffic on early morning weekdays. But that’s minuscule and manageable.

Great spot for a wedding nearby! Check-in and check-out instructions were clear and the location was clean and sizeable for a party of three.

Beautiful home in a quiet beautiful neighborhood. Stocked kitchen. Lovely firepit. Plenty of towels and toiletries. Very responsive host. Fully recommend and will stay again when we are in this area.

Josh was a fantastic host and loved staying at his Airbnb again! Love the location as it’s close to all the great restaurants and shops of Avondale and Boone Park is right down the street, which was nice for walking the dogs.

Clean place that had everything that we needed. It is about 5 min walk to the beach, bikes were a great touch. Caroline was very responsive and offered great recommendations for places to eat and places to go. It was our first time in Jacsonville and It looks like the area is up and coming, lots of new construction, condos and housing, this propery was in a bit older area, but still felt safe and propery owners were nice. It was close to Atlantic beach, which had good restaurants and St Augustine, which we also visited. Overall a good stay. Thank you Caroline.
