la casa está hermosa grande y agradable sobre todo muy confortable, pero lo mejor son las personas que te reciben te hacen realmente sentir que llegaste a casa tanto Heriberto como Dalia son personas muy agradables.

Gigi’s place was absolutely spotless and matched the description. It is in a quiet suburb of Oaxaca which was nice to come back to after a busy day. We were comfortable and felt very safe. Gigi was an excellent hostess who was proactive and responsive. She went out of her way to be helpful to us and checked in from time to time to make sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. We would recommend Gigi’s place to other travellers.

Everything about it was great! The rooms were so nice, the kitchen is well equipped and the welcome gifts were such a nice touch! Marianna checked in on us and met us at the airbnb for check-in and was very responsive to every question. The courtyard and pool were amazing and I think look better in person than the photos show. Would absolutely stay here again

Trust the reviews on this one… Antonio’s place is amazing! The house is expansive, beautifully decorated, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything you need. I don’t think I have ever felt so welcomed at an Airbnb with fruit and drinks and a friendly and responsive host. The location is perfect for access to Oaxaca’s restaurants and shops, as well as Hierve el Agua and Mitla and Teotitlàn del Valle. History, culture, natural wonders, sophisticated cuisine are all at your fingertips. That is, if you can put your mezcal down and bring yourself to leave the poolside chairs!

This is a very unique and special place to stay in Oaxaca. The location is perfect for getting into Central Oaxaca. It was wonderful to have the alfresco living in March when it was warm and we could use the dip pool every day. It was great to hang out by the pool upstairs and look out at the lights of Oaxaca in the evening and watch the sunrise in the morning. Damien was very fast to respond when we needed a ride to the airport and in general, we would absolutely rent this place again when we return. We found that the kitchen and the upstairs area provided ample group gathering places for our family. We really appreciate the loving restoration of the house and the traditional architectural details.

Olivia fue de mucha ayuda, le avisamos que llegábamos temprano, y nos ayudó con dejar nuestras maletas antes de la hora del check in. Además nos dio tips sobre Oaxaca. La casa son 2 casas en 1 entonces es muy amplio todo y cuenta con amenidades que si hicieron una gran diferencia (como filtro de agua). Está caminando del centro, súper cerca y cerca de los restaurantes más famosos y de Santo Domingo. No leí bien, y me dejé guiar por las fotos pero se me hace importante resaltar que las camas son MATRIMONIALES porque yo en las fotos me las imaginé king size. Pero todo estupendo, una excelente host y muy bonita casa

Very charming property on the edge of the Centro- about a 15 minute walk to the Zocalo. The property is several townhouses around a very large and pretty landscaped courtyard. I didn't end up staying in this particular unit, but another unit on the property. The overall property was clean and tidy, very nicely appointed, in a wonderful and quiet residential area near a major grocery store. Hosts were so hospitable, and I felt very safe and looked after during my stay! Highly recommend!

We were really impressed with the apartment, especially the views. We loved the location and spent Christmas as a family enjoying superb Oaxacan vistas and walking into and the city every day. It’s a steep uphill walk back, but well worth it. Our family loves to self-cater and cook when we’re in Airbnbs, and while the apartment didn’t have everything we needed, Emily was very responsive and helpful in trying to source kitchen items. The apartment is spacious and the view is truly stunning.

Le logement de Cynthia est très agréable et la terrasse est superbe avec toutes ses plantes, canapés, hamac et lumière tamisée pour le soir. L’appartement est très bien et même mieux que sur les photos. Il laisse toute l’intimité souhaitée. Il est très bien situé dans la ville et en même temps on n’entend pas les bruits de la ville. Nous avons très bien dormi. Le lit est confortable et la chambre silencieuse. La communication avec Cynthia était très bonne. C’est une hôte vraiment sympathique. Elle nous a accommodé pour nos bagages avec beaucoup de souplesse. En résumé, nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans ce logement très agréable.

El departamento está lindo, cómodo y limpio. Tiene todo lo que necesitas. Si necesitas comprar o comer algo, hay tienditas, panaderías, cafeterías y lugares donde venden comida, todo entre 3 y 15 minutos caminando. Aunque no está en el centro, te puedes ir caminando y llegas super fácil en 10 y 15 minutos. Margarita y su hijo Elí son muy amables y atentos, siempre estuvieron al pendiente si necesitábamos algo. Si necesitas un taxi, ellos te ayudan a conseguirlo. ¡Muchas gracias Margarita y Elí!

What an incredible week long stay we had @ Victor & Gabriel’s apartment! They were the kindest, most helpful hosts. The 2-bedroom apartment was exactly as pictured and had absolutely everything we could have asked for: quiet, convenient, & safe location; cool air conditioned bedrooms; gloriously hot showers; fast WiFi; exceptionally clean; and its well stocked with everything you would need. Also, it was extremely convenient and ideal to always have distilled water available. Claudia the sweet cleaning woman came mid-week for a full apartment service. The rooftop was also lovely. As an early riser, I enjoyed watching the sunrise, & our trio also enjoyed a couple gorgeous sunsets. Victor also connected us with the most wonderful & safe taxi driver, Omar. I highly recommend you get his contact information from Victor for any taxi needs you have. Our time in Oaxaca was exceptional, and we would stay here again in a heartbeat and recommend to all!

Cozy one bedroom, short walk from the main areas of Centro. The hosts were very responsive and were kind to let me check in early as I had an early flight in the morning. They were very helpful in answering all my questions. The apartment does not have a living space, so would not recommend for a long term stay but perfect for a few days in Oaxaca city! It can get a little nosy on weekend evenings as it is close to a bar.

Pauline was a fantastic host. Made excellent local recommendations for food, wine, personal taxis and guides. Quick thoughtful responses. The traffic noise is a thing but just a trade-off for being so central. Very walkable sweet neighborhood. Recommend.

Rene was awesome! He was super responsive when I needed help with the apt or his reference while renting a bike. The apt is smaller than how the photos show but just enough for one or two people. Enjoy Oaxaca, the magical city!

Loved staying here. Felt private, yet close to the main hub of centro. Great WiFi, weekly cleaning service (I stayed for one month), and a very responsive host. I had a very nice stay here. 🙂

For those that only read the first line of reviews , simply put we found this home perfect. Now if you are still reading we will tell you that the attention we received from our host was top notch. Constanza and Clara communicated through the app so well . When we wanted a more personal communication they meet us face to face. . We learned so much about the culture of the city and some spots we would never of found in a guide book or google searches. The home itself was as described and the plants throughout the courtyard were beautiful and soothing. Picking this location for your trip is something you will not regret

Edén es excelente anfitriona, siempre pendiente de nosotros. El check-in y el check-out fue muy flexible. Nos consiguió un corralito para nuestro nieto, se lo agradecemos muchísimo! Recomendamos este lugar 100%.

Mi esposa y yo la pasamos muy bien viviendo y trabajando desde casa en este Airbnb. Es uno de los mejores Airbnbs en los que nos hemos alojado para estadías largas en Oaxaca. Los anfitriones son muy amables y atentos a cualquier cosa que surja. Ivet y Zazil nos orientaron al espacio y al vecindario y responden rápido a cualquier necesidad. Doña Paty, quien hace el mantenimiento de los espacios comunes también es muy querida y responde cualquier duda. Esta es una buena opción para las personas que quieren más tranquilidad fuera del centro. Es un espacio visualmente atractivo y tiene una agradable estética minimalista. Se encuentra en una zona segura con muchas familias y en general bastante tranquila para la ciudad de Oaxaca. Hay varios comedores y restaurantes cerca. ¡Lo recomendamos!

The good: clean, good location, responsive, great to have a small, well-equipped kitchen. The bad: as they warned-many tall stairs, stairs appearing in very unusual places, -dogs barking at night, -occasionally noisy neighbors who left outdoor lights on that shined into the bedroom. Pool was pleasant until water got so cloudy it was unusable

We absolutely loved staying at the apartment. The neighbourhood was a great mix of local flavour and feel (shops, market, neighbours, yes including the dogs) and specialty bakery, cafes and restaurants. It was an easy 20-25 min walk downhill to Santo Domingo/the north part of the historical centre, where you can get good coffee at Mundo cafe, a torta at Torta Hormiga or sit in one of the very green squares. The walk uphill can feel challenging in the heat, especially after a couple of days, but we felt the privacy, view, the apartment itself and the terrace was unparalleled. The apartment came with free filtered water, shampoo, soap, work desk and chair, fully equipped kitchen and cooking necessities (oil, salt etc), which I really appreciated. Leonila was friendly, always responsive and when she couldn’t meet us, her husband came to hand us the keys. We are super grateful & we have fond memories of our stay in Oaxaca!

A great accomodation! The location is a quick walk from the centre but far enough away to be peaceful, located in a private and secure courtyard. The communication from the host was very prompt and helpful and they gave lots of recommendations for things to do in Oaxaca. Check in was easy and flexible, and check out was good with the luggage storage available. The bed is really big (super king) and was firm & comfortable, we got a great night's sleep. A drinking water pump/tap is also provided in the kitchen, which is a nice touch.
