Ivančica hat uns sehr lieb in Empfang genommen. Die Wohnung war modern und sauber, vor allem das Badezimmer war top :) Vorhanden war wie in der Beschreibung eine Grundausstattung in der Küche und ausreichend Handtücher im Badezimmer. Es befindet sich unterhalb der Wohnung eine weitere Wohnung, die möglicherweise genutzt wird. Als wir da waren, war niemand vor Ort. Insofern hatten wir auch den Außenbereich für uns alleine, hier findet man sowohl einen großen Esstisch als auch eine Loungeecke zum Entspannen :) Die Umgebung ist landschaftlich sehr schön, man hat sowohl die Berge als auch das Meer direkt vor Ort. Zudem ist die Nachbarschaft sehr ruhig, außer den Schafen hört man hier selten jemanden :) wir konnten uns gut erholen. Man braucht aber auf jeden Fall ein Auto, um zur Unterkunft zu gelangen. The apartment is spacious and easy to find. A few small supermarkets are nearby. Beautiful view from the waterfront just next to the apartment. Domagoj’s parents were very kind and welcomed us very well. It was also easy to communicate with Domagoj.

This place was amazing! The best part is having your own private beach, just a 30-second walk from the house – you step out the door and you're already by the sea. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a private yard with a BBQ area, perfect for relaxing and grilling. The beach was all ours with no one else around. The host speaks excellent English and was always available to answer questions and help out. There are lots of national parks nearby, and Zadar is only about an hour’s drive. Groceries and restaurants are also easy to reach by car (20-30 minutes).

We stayed two nights here and everyone is right about the view - it's stunning. The apartment is beautiful and pristinely clean. Fully equipped kitchen - the best Pag cheese was left for us in the refrigerator along with some fruit and other drinks in the fridge. Very kind. The location is a bit far from certain things - 50 minutes to the Olive Gardens of Lun, 35 minutes to Novalja, 45 minutes to start of Life on Mars hike. But here's a tip - if it's a calm day (with no wind), take the kayaks and paddle across the sea and you'll end up right on the Life on Mars trail! We realized this on our last day but didn't have time to do it - we already told Robert and Irena that we will come back and do this! It takes 45 minutes to cross. We loved going swimming on the secluded beach and using the kayaks - the scenery with the mountains is breathtaking and the water is crystal clear. 1 minute walk to the stairs and then 124 stairs down to the beach - easy!

Everything was perfect. There was fast wifi and all necessary appliances for cooking and washing. Marina even went as far as providing various drinks in the fridge and coffee pods for the machine which was a very welcome addition. They also provided fresh linens on a weekly basis which I found to be above and beyond other place where I have stayed. Overall great apartment and host and I would not hesitate to stay here again. 5 stars!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Stein Haus Mirko! Die Lage auf einem großen Grundstück mit schönem Garten ist perfekt, um sich zu entspannen. Obwohl das Apartmenthaus auch auf dem Grundstück steht, fühlt man sich völlig ungestört. Der Zugang zum Privatstrand ist super und wir durften sogar das Kanu und SUP nutzen. Mirko ist ein großartiger Gastgeber, der uns herzlich empfangen und mit tollen Tipps für Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Region versorgt hat. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht, um sich rundum wohlzufühlen. Der perfekte Ort, um die Seele baumeln zu lassen – wir kommen gerne wieder

We stayed in Slavicas house in Ugljan for 5 days. We really enjoyed! The house is nice with the balcony and view to the sea. Fresh fruit from own garden was for us in the kitchen. We could use bikes, which was great! The house was quiet, very clean and location was perfect, 10min from the ferry. Slavica and her Mom helped and answered all our questions. Internetes szálláshely foglaláskor nagyon ritka és kiemelkedően jó dolog amit itt tapasztaltunk: a szállás leirása alapján (fotók és szöveg) elképzelt helynél egy sokkal csodálatosabb ingatlanba érkeztünk. Minden úgy volt, ahogy le volt irva, csak még jobb: látszott, hogy folyamatosan gondozzák, fejlesztik a helyet, mind bútorzatban, mind a kertben és más kinti terekben. Egy kis gyémánt ezt a hely egy nyugodt, békés öbölben a vizparton. A házigazdánk nagyon segitőkész volt, mindenben segitett és nagyon kedvesen, türelmesen tűrte kérdéseinket, problémáinkat, mindent megoldott. A környezet rendezett, a szomszédság csendes és békés, itt tényleg lehetett nyugodtan pihenni és relaxálni. Külön kedvesség volt a házigazda által tulajdonolt vizi sportszerek felajánlása használatra tartózkodásunk alatt (pl. SUP), erre nem is számitottunk. Mindent köszönünk, csak igy tovább!

Our stay was everything we hoped for and more. It's a perfect place to decompress, since it is completely private and peaceful. The house is so beautifully designed and furnished and has everything you need, from washing machine to extra towels, kitchen is fully equipped and toilet and shower outside so you don't have to go inside after a swim in the sea... it's home away from home. You can relax in the shade in the hammock or lay on a sun-bed right next to the sea. The owners are so friendly and nice and make you feel welcomed. This vacation was one of the best ever!
