Rob's apartment perfectly matches the description on the Airbnb listing. It has everything you need for both short and long term stays. it's clean, modern, and close to all amenities, including grocery stores. What appreciate most is how quiet the place is and how easy it is to live there, with his parents always available if you need anything. I'd definitely recommend this!!

Checkin was very easy, the apartment was very clean and as the pictures showed. Old Town Nin is only a few minutes walk away with lots of shops and cafes. Highly recommend this place!

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Denis war sehr Hilfsbereit und hat jede Frage die wir hatten zügig und ausführlich beantwortet. Die Unterkunft war in einer ruhigeren Gegend und alles war fußläufig erreichbar (10 Minuten bis zum Strand, 5 Minuten zum Einkaufen und zu Restaurants). Ich kann die Unterkunft nur jedem Empfehlen!

a very nice apartment, clean well presented, everything you need. only a 10 minute walk to the old town area across the footbridge. shops and bars nearby. parking is a bit tight and scarce but there is a massive free carpark a 2 minute walk away. Even though the area looked a bit grey and cramped we felt comfortable walking around during the day and night.

Ana ´s apartment was just perfect! Location is super top. we had fiew minutes into the city. next is a nice grocery, bakery and cafe. We loved the privacy on our terrace, big living rolm, aircondition and the mosquito net agains biting (actually not so much this season). we are coming definitely back. Ana and her family were super nice, great parking next to the apartment. Lovely people and super vacation.

Aufschließen ✌️ durchatmen 👌 und einfach nur wohlfühlen 🤌 in jeder Räumlichkeit absolut möglich. Andrej ist mega bemüht, angenehm und schnell in der Kommunikation. Verlängerung spontan unkompliziert. Sehr sauber und sehr angenehme Gerüche. Zadar war nicht unsere Stadt um Kroatien lieben zu lernen. Atmosphäre und kroatischen Flair geht entlang der Küste 100x besser. Aber um sich nach dem Abenteuerurlaub zu entspannen, definitiv in Andrejs Apartment 🤩 Dankeschön, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und neu. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und wir bekamen immer frisches Obst gebracht. In ca. 15 Minuten erreicht man einen schönen Strand. Die Restaurants in der Nähe waren sehr gut.

Einfach ein Traum und nich schöner und größer als es auf den Bildern erscheint. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Selbst Fahrräder um damit mal schnell ans Meer zu fahren. Aber eigentlich möchte man das Grundstück gar nicht verlassen. Franka ist immer schnell zu erreichen und wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Der Pool wird jeden Tag gereinigt. Außengrill, verschiedene Sitzbereiche zum Essen oder Chillen, einfach ein Paradies mitten zwischen Olivenbäumen und Weinreben. Die Betten sind super bequem. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Nur zu Empfehlen! Es war eine tolle Unterkunft für 8 Personen. Besonders der Pool war Grandios. Durch die Nähe zum Strand konnten wir die Sommerzeit ideal genießen.

excellent séjour dans cette maison très agréable malgré des réveils très matinaux en raison de la proximité de l'église. une très belle piscine très bien entretenue ainsi qu'un beau terrain de boule. bien située pour rayonner. Elwis est très réactif et reste disponible durant le séjour pour répondre aux questions ou renseigner. nous conseillons .

10/10 stay, the place was just as described and shown in the photos. We enjoyed our stay a lot and will definitely aim to come back in the future. The host are lovely and very responsive with lots of local recommendations. The rooms were perfect and the activities in the villa were amazing. Highly recommend

We had a really nice stay! The host was most welcome and accommodating, our flight came in late and was no problem to check in at a later time. The pictures doesnt give the accommodation justice it was much better irl! The area was really nice aswell with walking distance to everything, nice restaurants and placeses to buy drinks and food. Sehr nette Menschen und sehr hilfsbereit. Ich würde immer wieder das Haus buchen, wenn ich nach Kroatien fahren würde. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und der Garten und Pool sind nicht einsehbar und sehr privat.

What a wonderful stay in Zadar!! The villa is stunning with a beautiful pool and outside area and 6 rooms, 5 with en suite bathrooms! We had such a lovely time and the hosts were very helpful and kind. It’s around 25 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes into Zadar and 10 minutes from Nin. Throughly recommend especially if you can get a car!
