Josephine is a host that goes above and beyond the expectations. She has excellent communication and was flexible with us when we encountered some challenges in our travel plans. She also offered her kind support in helping us resolve those issues. The house manager and cleaning staff were also incredibly professional and proactive in remedying any challenges we had with the internet connection and electricity. They were quick to resolve these challenges and made our stay incredibly pleasant. The home itself is lovely in a nice compound. My husband, 20 month old, and I were all very comfortable calling this our home for 3 weeks. We loved walking around the area and enjoyed the quick access to shopping. It was a great location and house for my little family. I recommend if you are looking for a home stay in a quieter part of Lusaka.

We absolutely adored this place! The landscape provided a peaceful atmosphere perfect for relaxing. One of our favorite activities was going for walks along the fields to see the sunsets and waking up early to see the sunrises. We also spent a lot of time by the pool, which was very nice! Mandy, Rowland, and Pablo was incredibly kind to us, providing everything we needed as well as showing us their farm and their production. The food prepared by the cook Stanford never disappointed and we were all in all extremely satisfied with our stay! We payed to participate in a cooking class which was interesting and the food turned out very tasteful. We did expect that we would be cooking with the chef, when in reality we only observed him. However, we learned a lot from this and it was a good experience. We were five women in our early twenties staying here for three nights, and we highly recommend this place both to other friend groups, families, and couples of every age!

I had a very good stay at Bernadette’s place. The home was just as described — clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything needed for a pleasant visit. The location is lovely, with plenty of nice places to eat nearby and several farm shops where you can pick up fresh produce, which was a great convenience. One of the key benefits was the solar panel setup. Despite the current power challenges in Zambia, there were no issues with electricity during my stay, which was a big plus. Bernadette and her siblings were very responsive to all our requests, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout the stay. It made the experience much more comfortable and hassle-free. Overall, it was a comfortable stay, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful place with easy access to amenities.

My 3rd & soon to be my 4th stay next year 2025. Centrally located which makes it easy to get around Lusaka. Located in a beautiful & peaceful neighbourhood, the place is kept spotless & recommendations are taken on board & Implemented (as seen on my most recent trip) has 24 hour back up power on solar which is a treat to have during loadshedding schedules. A friendly & approachable family that will go above & beyond where possible to make your stay pleasant.

I stayed here for 2 weeks and I can say this is such a beautiful apartment. It is so spacious and clean. The ppl who work on the property are so friendly and accommodating too which I loved. Helen is so helpful and proactive with anything you require. I arrived quite late and needed water urgently and she managed to arrange a contact who could deliver water to me. The pool and gym is where I was spending the majority of my time to keep fit during my stay. I highly recommend this place because it is clean and the security is top notch so if you are new to the area, you actually have nothing to worry about on this property. Also, because of the beautiful trees on the property, you hear the birds chirping in the morning around their nests and is so refreshing to wake up to each day.

This is a great location with some of Lusaka’s top malls and restaurants within walking distance. I booked a one bedroom apartment but only to find it occupied. Thankfully, they gave me a two bedroom apartment. Other than the usual blackouts the apartment is cozy. For most of the days, I was able to watch TV and use my devices with the backup power.

The place is beautiful and perfect for a family retreat within Lusaka: it is on the closer end of Meanwood, so it is still very easy to access the highway and city hotspots from the Chainda gate. The place is clean and green, staff are helpful but Incognito, lovely swimming pool and spacious gazebo, the host was very responsive, and their chefs prepared lovely hearty meals; all in all, we highly recommend this place.

our stay was about 13 days and we felt really well at this place. We found what the fotos promised. the staff helped with any questions. we already know where we want to book our next vacation. Thank you for the friendly communication.

Beautiful house with all the amenities. With the power issues in Zambia, there was an inverter that was charging our gadgets.

Dalitso's place is very private with great surrounds! He is always attentive and goes beyond his call of duty to ensure I was comfortable! The place is real value for money! I'm looking forward to my next stay!

The place is very lovely and really clean. Beautifully furnished and all the listed amenities were available. It was wonderful to have overnight security, and the ladies were amazing getting the place cleaned. Will definitely stay there again.

Super clean , nice hosting

First let me say that the pretty is exactly as is in the photo. A lovely lovely lovely home.and the price is more than reasonable for this place. We are diplomats so security and safety are of paramount importance. Also, the electricity outage situation in the country was of concern. The property was perhaps the most secured we have been to with round the clock security. The grounds were emasculate with loads of fruits tree all around. The staff were brilliant and the host was perhaps the best there is. Through the use of a house generator, they also arranged for 2 hrs of power in the morning and 2 hrs in the night whenever electricity goes . It is great place to be for a family. Lizell has a wonderful business with the cutest cottages, all with privacy and that African bush feel. She went above and beyond in ensuring that our stay was comfortable and complete. She helped book a last minute safari, where we saw Rhinos! There were bugs, but that’s expected. Only thing that may help is a screen door, but otherwise the netting was helpful over the bed. Thank you again for a truly memorable experience!

I had a fantastic stay in Zambia at this wonderful accommodation. The location is perfect for anyone looking to relax and unwind in a peaceful and safe environment, surrounded by beautiful nature! The accommodation itself was very comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. I loved to be able to cook and the kitchen has everything you need. The bed was cozy and comfortable, the amenities were excellent, and everything was exactly as described. I especially liked the attention to detail, which made the stay even more enjoyable. You can really feel the love and hard work the family put in the house, which they build themselves! The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and helpful, ensuring that everything was perfect throughout my visit. Their hospitality made me feel right at home, and their local recommendations were a great bonus.
