A beautiful home located in the very southern part of Cebu. Although a long drive from Cebu city, the location was beautiful. Literally located right on the beach with an aquarium right outside your back door in the ocean! You don’t even have to go anywhere to snorkel, just write out side! Close enough to Oslob where we part took in swimming with the whale sharks. The staff was wonderful and breakfast was prepared each morning for us included, and the price which was a nice bonus. We got lucky and had the whole place to ourselves, which I must have misunderstood that in the listing. ( that there would have been a chance other people would have occupied the house; which would have been strange. ) The only couple things that I would give feedback on was the condition of some of the rugs. ( mainly in the master downstairs bedroom and bathroom had many stains. ) also no propane for the grill outside. The house was perfect to host myself and my team and great for cooking and relax

Nice place! It is a small property with 4 domes. Private beach and restaurant. Didn’t try the bar but they offer bar service as well. The team do their best to make your stay comfortable. Unfortunately some day users of the facilities don’t share their dedication and left a lot of garbage on the beach. We had a good time picking it up with the kids who live there and had fun with some glow lights I had leftover from night diving. The team is really great’. They work hard and are very helpful. The beach at high tide has a sandy bottom but on low tide can be a. Bit rocky. But you will definitely enjoy it. Bring bug spray! Star gazing on the beach is a must.

Had an amazing stay here at AivyMaes! The room was very cozy and so close to the beach. It was also close to restaurants, shops and an atm. Had some absolutely spectacular dives with the dive team at Apo Island. Couldn’t recommend the room and the dive team enough. Thank you for an amazing stay. Special thank you to the owner Mark and his family. They were a pleasure to deal with and made me feel right at home during my stay

Amazing Place. We stumbled upon this place accidentally and we dont regret booking it. The place is amazing, the staff is very helpful and it has an amazing diving team. It's a no frills place that has all the essential. We can't wait to go back!

We recently stayed at this resort and had a wonderful experience. The staff were exceptionally attentive and accommodating. The resort is also incredibly pet-friendly, making it an ideal destination for those traveling with dogs. Our furry companions were welcomed with open arms, which added to the overall enjoyment of our stay. The combination of excellent service and a pet-friendly atmosphere truly made this resort a standout choice. We highly recommend it for both humans and their four-legged friends.

We had the pleasure of staying at Gloria's villa for two months, and it was a truly wonderful time. The villa itself is stunning, offering a breathtaking view of Apo Island. The garden, filled with lush palm trees and plants, is beautifully maintained and just fantastic. We particularly appreciated the tranquility, privacy, and the soothing sound of the waves in the background. The pool was a perfect retreat, whether we wanted to cool off, swim, or simply relax while gazing out at the sea. Gloria is a very warm and accommodating host, always ready to assist and quick to respond to any queries. A special thanks goes to Jeff, who cared about the garden and was very friendly and helpful . To explore the area and shop for groceries, we rented scooters, which gave us the freedom to discover the surroundings at our own pace. We can highly recommend Gloria's villa and hope to return again in the future.

Super endroit propre et calme ou j’ai pu finalement bien dormir. A 7min seulement en moto du centre commercial, des meilleurs restaurants comme Mooon café et Melting-pot. La piscine était très propre. Les oreillers et matelas super confortable comme j’avais vue sur les photos. J’ai bien aimé aussi la pression dans la douche et l’eau chaude. Pas évident de trouver au philippines un endroit comme ça. J’y retournerai sans hésiter.

we loved staying here at Clide's place. the rooms were quite clean and spacious. the pool is overlooking the ocean, and the restaurant served delicious food and drinks. the staff were very attentive to our needs, even after we asked to check out really early at 4am! i highly recommend Clide's place, will definitely stay here in again

We stayed in this apartment for 1 night on our way to Siquijor. Minche and her brother met us at the airport which was great. Very comfy bed and extremely clean with everything you need. Also in a great location near to many bars and restaurants. We walked to the port which took 20 minutes. Would recommend!

So clean! They were also responsive . Need to to sound proof and proper communication sa guard for easy check-in and parking.

Good modern condo about a kilometer or so from the main downtown area, but with its own cluster of restaurants & nightlife going on right next door. The host was very accommodating, and even picked me up from the port, which was unnecessary, but a nice touch :) and a tub of fresh ground coffee + cafetiere was appreciated! Everything within the unit was clean & working, including the WiFi. Only slight complaint is that it's one of those rather over-regulated condominiums: Lots of questions/looks/interrogation every time you leave & enter the building; and one of those places that lock down all the amenities at 8pm (ridiculous, imo. No earthly reason why the gym at least can't be left open til 10pm, they have the staff on duty already). As such, don't expect to be able to get on any of the machines or equipment after 5pm because it's packed. If they simply extended the hours they could ease the pressure, but nope. Anyway, other than that, it was good.

I've stayed in a few AirBNBs in dumaguete and Mirams place was absolutely amazing. ACs are modern splits, whisper quiet and blow icy air. Showers are large walk-in, with multiple heads and powerful pressure that can provide endless hot water. The building is quiet and set back from the street, close all the windows and it is insulated very well. Internet is fast, every unit gets a WiFi strategically set up by their place for really fast speeds. Everything works well and tidy. No doors that half close, or broken steps, no sewer smell from old toilet systems. basically everything is modern and works perfectly and the hosts explained to me that they are diligent about maintenance etc. you are steps away from a few really nice restaurants and corner stores. trikes are super easy to hail and get where you need to go. i rented a scooter and you can safely park it on the property overnight..i was unable to do this everywhere else.. i will definitely be back

Wir fanden ein kleines Paradies vor uns. Unser Aufenthalt war 6 Wochen und wir haben die Unterkunft jeden Tag genossen. Da wir in der Zeit Selbstversorger waren, ist die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, auch die Einrichtung verfügt über eine hohe Qualität. Nimpha unser Juwel war sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend, wir werden sie vermissen. Auch Mike war immer telefonisch erreichbar. Eine kleine Kritik müssen wir doch noch am Rande hinzufügen, das WIFI in der Lounge war eindeutig zu schwach oder gar nicht, da wir unsere Zeit ausschließlich nur draußen verbracht haben. Auf jeden Fall ist diese Unterkunft ein Muss.

An amazing peaceful oasis that is extremely well set up & maintained. This listing is the perfect place to be your base to visit Apo Island & to explore everything this part of Negros has to offer. Beautiful views & great relaxation as well. Highly recommended.

Wir bereisen seit 30Jahren Asien und das hier war einfach der Hit. 6 Tage in der Woche pflegen 4 bis 5 Leute die wunderschöne Anlage und die Häuser. Alles ist immer blitz blank . Die Leute sin so etwas von freundlich. Wenn man etwas möchte oder eine Frage hat einfach ein Telefon und spätestens in 10 Minuten ist MaiMai oder Techi da. Wir haben echt nichts auszusetzen Ueli und Mägi Plüss vom 10.Januar bis 2. April 2024 im Green Turtle

Amazing house right in front of the ocean overlooking Apo Island. The garden is very well kept by friendly workers. The house had all imaginable amenities and was comfortable. Easy access to the diveshop next door and the amazing Tropika restaurant. Otherwise on land there is not much to do. Just what we were looking for. May may was a great host too and would take care of our needs in just minutes. 10/10 would come again.

Roy and Alexei are probably the best hosts I have had the pleasure meeting on this platform - super responsive, friendly, very accommodating and went out of their way to help us (Aleksei even dropped us off at our next location when our transfer service didnt show up or reply). The place itself is beautiful and very peaceful, the view is amazing. The apartment is spacious, bright and has everything you might need, including some board games which came in very handy. There is laundry nearby, fruit market, a small restaurant and a small grocery shop for necessities (all 5 min walk). Food panda also delivers food, you just have to meet them at the gate. We didnt get to swim at the beach in front (it's a rather small one) but we saw some people swimming. Only consideration might be if you have small kids the dogs in the area (they never bit anyone, my kids were just afraid, so it's more on us as they are clearly mentioned in the listing, everyone else seemed very comfortable around them)

The cottage was perfect for my situation. It is located on a private property in which I felt safe and peaceful. The private entrance was a plus, allowing us to come and go as we pleased. Our host was respectful of our privacy but always available when needed. I had a multi cab & I was able to park it in front of the cottage for easy access. The distance from the cottage to the ocean is about 30 yards and I was able to see & hear the ocean. The key amenities for me were the internet Wi-Fi, refrigerator, water dispenser, stove, pots, dishes, table w/ 2 chairs, rice cooker, mosquito net, working table & chair. The toilet, shower, & sink are separate but right next to the cottage. I suddenly felt at home upon arrival. Loved the vintage charm of this place! The host has done an incredible job preserving the character of the cottage. I was greeted by a nice lady, Daisy, who helped me check in and provided all the info I needed for my stay.
