Wir haben uns im BabuHouse sehr wohlgefühlt. Super sauber, mit allen Dingen ausgestattet die einen unbeschwerten Aufenthalt ermöglichen. Die Kommunikation besonders mit Bayu war exzellent, er war immer sehr sehr hilfreich, freundlich, superschnell ..... Das Haus und vor allem der Garten mit Pool sowie der jeden Morgen kommende Gärtner waren über unseren Erwartungen, wir haben das alles sehr genossen. Die 2 Wochen vergingen wie im Flug !!!

Fantastic location on the ocean, with fabulous views from all terraces and especially from the upper outside deck. Great open plan living space with views and spacious bedrooms with en suite bathrooms . The staff were incredibly welcoming, kind and discreet, always there to greet and assist. The property and gardens are really well designed and have a great flow. Superb walks to the reefs at low tide. The remote location provides great privacy and relaxation, highly recommended. We will be back!

Nakudenda House is a nice, spacious house in the heart of Jambiani village. The beach is just a stone's throw away. Lots of nice restaurants around. The house offers comfortable, large bedrooms. It's nicely decorated and has all you need to enjoy wonderful Jambiani. Eta and Romain are very nice hosts, very proactive and try to solve any problems as quickly as possible. Communicating with them was very easy and they go out of their way to make your stay a nice one.

We loved our stay at Maia’s place in Kidoti! We spent our time lounging in the perfect outdoor spaces— enjoying the hammock, beautiful sitting areas, and poolside chairs, walking along the rocky shore at low tide, and eating al fresco under the stars. This is an ideal spot for a peaceful vacation!

Die schönste Unterkunft auf Sansibar, ausschließlich super nettes Personal, das Zimmer und der Pool waren perfekt sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Lage ist unschlagbar. Wir würden jedem empfehlen, hier hin zu kommen und kehren auf jeden Fall zurück! ❤️

Wenn du im lebhaften Sansibar eine stille Oase sucht, bist du hier genau richtig. Ein privater Strand und unverbaubare Seesicht in alle Richtungen und von überall auf dem Grundstück. Ein gutes individuelles Frühstück, Abend und Mittagessen. Frisches Obst (So viel Passionsfrüchte wie man essen kann) und eine gut eingerichtete Minibar im Kühlschrank. Freundliche und Prompte Antworten und Erfüllung der Wünsche. Eine klare Empfehlung.

l'alloggio era addirittura più grande di quanto apparisse nelle immagini: Carola e Mado hanno fatto davvero un bellissimo lavoro! la casa era equipaggiata con tutto quanto era necessario e il giardino con piscina è molto curato. in meno di cinque minuti si raggiunge la spiaggia (con un paio di ristoranti meritevoli) e questo è molto positivo per chi, come noi, non conosceva la zona. molto interessante il poter ordinare la spesa prima dell'arrivo: abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario per poter fare colazione al mattino e non abbiamo dovuto acquistare nient'altro (abbiamo pranzato e cenato al ristorante). Carola è stata reattiva fin dal primo minuto e Mado (conosciuto sul posto) è stato gentilissimo, così come Salum (l'uomo di riferimento in loco). mi permetto un suggerimento: l'appartamento meriterebbe di essere illuminato con lampadine a luce calda (quelle a luce bianchissima attualmente installate non fanno apprezzare appieno l'ambiente). se torneremo a Kiwengwa, sappiamo dove dormire!

Cynthia's home was perfect for our family. Home was exactly as what was in the picture. Upstairs area of home was open, bright, and welcoming. Ester rhe housekeeper was very accommodating, what ever we needed, she would make it happen. The clear glistening pool was my getaway spot. The home was in a quiet area, but only a few minutes from shopping, this was the perfect location for us. I would definitely recommend this home.

Vi trivdes så bra i denna villa! 4 fina sovrum med alla tillhörande badrum. två kök men vi använde bara utskicket. Stor kul och frys vilket uppskattades! Fantastisk pool och allt omhändertaget. Patrik och hans gäng tog väl hand om oss, fanns alltid i närheten men inte så att det var påträngande. Grusvägen dit var katastrof men kunde ändå köra med barnvagn på den. Stranden nådde man efter en promenad på 15 min. Finns inte jättemycket runt omkring men efter ett par dagar fann vi affär och sådant som behövdes. Patrik hjälpte oss med allt vi behövde. Vi bodde helt privat här och kände oss trygga. Eftersom vi reste med småbarn så saknade jag barnsäng och barnstol som är lätt att införskaffa så det är något som kanske kan åtgärdas. Bra AC i rummen och väldigt fin och omhändertagen trädgård.

Our stay in Paje was simply magical, thanks in large part to the stunning villa we had the pleasure of calling home. The villa itself was an absolute dream, beautifully designed with an aesthetic with a traditional Zanzibari charm. Every detail, from the hand-woven textiles to the carefully curated decor, created an ambiance of tranquility and elegance. Sonia and Matteus were the most gracious hosts, always available to assist with anything we needed. Their warm hospitality and birthday decor made us feel instantly welcome. The breakfast spread in the morning was a delightful feast, featuring fresh fruit and a variety of delicious options. The villa's location was perfect, just steps away from the pristine sands of Paje Beach. We spent our days soaking up the sun, and exploring the vibrant local culture. Evenings were spent relaxing on the villa's pool , enjoying the cool breeze. We highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our weekend at David's place! It may hands down be our favourite spot in Zanzibar, where you are surrounded by a tropical jungle with a beautiful view of the ocean. The swimming pool was incredible. My husband and I, together with our kids had a great time! The chef, Ezekiel, and all of the supporting staff were amazing as well. They gave us just enough privacy but were somehow still there when we needed services. We rented the villa for my husband's birthday and so on day 1 we invited a few friends over. David and his team went above and beyond to make sure that our guests were well taken care of also.

Private, peaceful and quiet! The place is actually much homier feeling than the pictures reflect and very clean. A huge industrial size fan made the outside very enjoyable. Extremely responsive host and manager. Accessible to the beach, but also feels very secure with the guards and gate at the front of the complex. AC, generator, and wifi all worked well and were a lifesaver. The kitchen range was having problems, which we were notified about on check-in, but was very annoying to work with which I am sure they will fix promptly - there was also the upstairs outdoor kitchen to use so not a huge inconvenience. The chef who cooked our dinner did an excellent job. We stayed for 5 nights and it was outstanding. We are already planning to come back.

Die Villa ist mit sie sehr viel Stil und Liebe eingerichtet. Die Besitzerin Patrizia sehr hilfsbereit und wirklich stilvoll. Die Gemälde an der Wand, die Bettwäsche aus Italien, die Details in der Villa und dann der Koch, der denn noch das Frühstück vorbereitet – es ist einfach nur zum Wohl fühlen und super!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dieser traumhaften Unterkunft auf Zanzibar! Der private Pool war ein absolutes Highlight und die gesamte Unterkunft war genauso schön wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern gezeigt. Alles war sauber und gut gepflegt, sodass wir uns rundum wohlfühlen konnten. Die Kommunikation mit Claudia war hervorragend – sie war jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Ein kleiner Nachteil ist, dass es keine Klimaanlage gibt, was in der heißen Jahreszeit etwas herausfordernd sein kann. Dennoch können wir diese Unterkunft absolut empfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Yolanda is an amazing hostess. My travel companions and I were in a bind because we had issues with our other lodging reservations. Yolanda was able to accommodate our group last minute in her home and made sure we were all comfortable. Her home is beautifully decorated, equipped with everything you could need, the pool and backyard is beautiful, the water is hot and the ac works great. She is also located right in between Blue Safari and Stone Town which was very convenient for the activities we were looking to do without long transits. There are also restaurants and a grocery store within 5 min walking distance. Lastly her cleaning and managing team is very responsive and helpful as well. In short, Yolanda's home is one of the best airbnb's I've ever stayed in and she's one of the best hostess' I've ever had the pleasure of meeting with. I would recommend her and her place to anyone who is considering booking with her.

We loved loved loved our stay at Wakushi house. Rebecca and Amani were so helpful and sweet people to be around and their place is just amazing. It is simply beautiful and very airy which is important on such a hot island. But it was the little details that stood out- fresh flowers, self-colored towels and handmade soap (which you can also purchase as a souvenir). Rebecca was also super helpful to arrange some trips and even took me to her yoga class. This might have been my best Airbnb-find ever!

The house has got a beautiful view and 2 min walk to the ocean when the tide is low. When the tide is low, there’s a staircase to the ocean and you can walk into the ocean and have fun. When the tide is high, then you just enjoy the sound of waves as they hit the rocks. The house was beautiful, clean and fresh! The chef was affordable (when needed and she made us lovely local food that we all enjoyed). Everything in the house is new and works perfectly. The pool was clean and so was its surroundings. To Mundhir and his team, thanks for making our stay a dream vacation! Mundhir always got out of his way to get us groceries,takeaway, call for a car hire, negotiate on our behalf and all his connections were always on point 👌🏾 A special thank you to Mundhir! I’d surely love to come back!

We felt right at home! We found the place to be actually exceeding the expectations from the pictures and the description. Generous space both internal and external, and easy to make yourself right at home. The team of the property was extremely proactive, and we were pleasantly surprised to also have a cleaner that comes by every day. Overall really exceeded what we anticipated. The location as well is easy to get to and just walking distance from the beach, restaurants and a fun little yoga bar/spot. Would def. recommend staying here!

Tahira House e‘ una grande casa con un magnifico terrazzo sotto un grande tetto di Makuti ad un minuto dalla spiaggia e 3 dal centro del villaggio. La casa e‘ grande e comoda, la security disponibile e attenta. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. La proprieta‘ e‘ molto bella e proprio per questo meriterebbe di essere rinfrescata perche‘ sicuramente dimostra gli anni che ha.

Un séjour parfait dans la maison de Weyni a Jambiani. Parti a 7 en famille, nous avons apprécié d'être au coeur du village pour s'imprégner de la vie locale mais également d'être dans une réelle proximité de la plage. L'emplacement est parfait. Weyni est une hôte qui m'a accompagné et a communiqué dès la réservation jusqu'à la fin du séjour. Elle est très réactive et a toujours répondu avec gentillesse a nos demandes. Je remercie sincèrement Weyni et j'espère revenir dans sa maison pour un prochain séjour a Zanzibar tellement j'ai apprécié cette île et les personnes qui la composent. Je recommande fortement.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem sehr schönen Haus in einem wirklich wunderschönen Garten. Der Windzug durch das Haus und die Deckenventilatoren haben die Temperaturen sehr angenehm gehalten und für die Abkühlung sorgten der Pool oder die Aussendusche auf der bewindeten Dachterasse. Frank und Zulfa waren sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir wollten eigentlich gar nicht wieder weg.

Séjour très agréable, maison confortable, grandes chambres avec ventilateur et climatisation pour l'une d'elles, super terrasse abritée et beau jardin Présence rassurante du gardien pour 2 femmes seules, communication pas toujours facile mais possible de passer par l'hôte qui est très réactif Surprises par la première coupure d'électricité aléatoire du quartier, mais ensuite on s'habitue et cela fait partie de la vie locale et on s'adapte Réelle proximité de la plage et des bars restaurant du village Magnifique plages et lagon, petit village sympathique avec une population accueillante Taxis disponibles pour excursions et courses si besoin Nous sommes ravies de notre séjour chez Waziri et prêtes à y revenir dès que possible !
