El lugar es espectacular. Está súper bien ubicado, cerca de muchos restaurantes y bares, supermercados y sitios de interés. El edificio es seguro, moderno y el personal de seguridad siempre amable y servicial. El apartamento es bonito, limpio y está equipado con todo lo necesario para tener una estancia amena. Juan Carlos y los demás hosts, siempre atentos a responder dudas e inquietudes. Definitivamente, un excelente lugar al cual volvería.

Great apartment in one of the best areas of the city. The apartment looks exactly like in the pictures, with a large bedroom and living room that connects to a kitchen that has it all. Although the apartment is located just one block from the busy Carrera 33, it is actually very quiet. There are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby. There is a supermarket right in front of the building, actually. The beautiful Parque San Pio is one short block away. Same thing with the Parque Las Palmas. Service is excellent, with the landlord always available to assist or help with any question. Will come again!

Me encantó quedarme aquí. Un apartamento súper limpio, igual a como está en la fotos, súper bien ubicado y con una anfitriona muy amable y dispuesta a colaborar! Sin duda me quedaría de nuevo :)

We were very lucky to find Charle's place available as we own a flat in the same unit but it's rented. As I had to assist to some hospital appointments I wanted to feel as familiar to home as possible. It's a great location I highly recommend it. Thank you Charle's for facilitating our stay. Angela

El lugar igual a las fotos, demasiado bonito, nos fue un poco difícil de encontrar la casa pero nada que con una llamada no se solucionara. Todo organizado y ideal para compartir con amigos o familia. Cada habitación tiene su baño propio lo cual nos gustó bastante.

Un lugar muy agradable y confortable

El lugar es increíble, incluso más lindo que en las fotos! Nelson, el encargado de la casa estuvo siempre pendiente y fue supremamente amigable. Lo único es que el internet y la señal en el segundo piso es poco estable, pero igual las instalaciones de la casa son una cosa de locos. Uno se siente como en casa y es muy cerca del Salto del Mico, con vistas espectaculares. Es retirada del pueblo, eso sí, pero para una estadía tranquila es ideal.

Excelente sitio, Curiti es un municipio que tiene mucho para mostrar, La casa es amplia, comoda, igual que las fotos y el anfitrión es excelente, rapido y claro.

Es un apto muy lindo, limpio, la ubicación es buena, tienes todo lo que necesitas. Jorge es un excelente anfitrión, a pesar de algunos malos comentarios … me fue muy bien con el. No tuve ningún problema, muy atento y respetuoso. Súper recomendado.

I felt right at home! Pierre and Nora’s place was a wonderful stay. The bed slept so comfortable, I cracked open the windows at night to allow fresh air to enter the bedroom. It made for a very soothing and refreshing deep sleep experience. I was given excellent recommendation choices for exploring the city and enjoying the food. If you want a nice place to stay while in the Bucaramanga area I suggest you stay here!

Buena ubicación, un lugar agradable

I had a fantastic and pleasant stay with Mario and Maria in their apartment. They were very accommodating, respectful and understanding. Moreover, I felt very comfortable bringing up any doubts or if I ever had questions in general. They are always full of helpful advice. I am glad to have had the opportunity to get to know Mario and Maria, and thankful that I even got to travel with them around Colombia as well. I stayed with them for about a month, and if you're looking for a place to stay long-term I'd definitely recommend them. On the other hand, their cat Pria was also super loving and great company.
