Everything was great

We had a great time in PR for my daughter senior spring break trip. Our rental was nice, clean & quiet. The beds & sheets were comfortable & the A/C kept us cool. We appreciated the beach umbrella, beach chairs, beach towels & cooler. There were plenty of bath towels & extra blankets as well. The hosts were quick to reply with any questions we had. We would stay here again. It was very close to the rainforest entrance & not far from Luquillo Beach or the excursions on the East side. We didn't get to take advantage of swimming in the ocean in front of the condo complex as it was red flags all week. We kinda expected that though from all the research we did ahead of time. The north shore beaches are generally too dangerous for swimming, especially in the winter. The beach was beautiful & natural though. You can walk in either direction. Loved all the palms & pines. The pool was the perfect temp. We would take a dip after exploring for the day. Lots of great restaurants nearby too.

This was such a spacious and great place to stay with a group! Carlos was very responsive and made our stay seamless! Loved the views from the balcony

We had the best time as a family of 5 @ Lionel's place. Beautiful location with easy access to beach and the pool. The beach was quiet and beautiful. We felt safe and at home the entire stay. Great location as it was close to many sought after destinations. Host was super responsive and helpful, especially when my husband accidentally locked us out of the place. He had it opened for us within 15 minutes of calling. Great place and would recommend 100%.

I was excited to stay here from when I booked and it was everything I hoped it would be! The view is something you have to experience in person because pictures can’t capture how beautiful it really was. Rafael was very sweet from the minute my mom and I arrived. We can’t wait to stay here again.

This is a wonderful spot! we now visit this beach every year. Beautiful beach, pool, and surroundings. Super safe! Lying in the hammock on the balcony and listening to the ocean is the absolute best! we cooked all week and had mist everything that we needed. Super easy to do day trips to Vieques and Culebra from this area, as well. Don't hesitate to book your stay!

We absolutely loved our stay here and wouldn’t hesitate to come back! Jose was very thoughtful with all of the little extra touches that made you feel right at home - from the toiletries to the games and snacks. There was even a little flashlight in every room in case the power were to go out. The condo itself is wonderful with plenty of space and comfy beds. We all slept like champs. The rooftop terrace was an awesome extra space that is fixed up perfectly to enjoy the sunshine with lounge chairs, a hammock and hot tub - we loved it all! He was very responsive and helpful. The water heater broke midway through the stay and he was there within a couple hours to install a new one and have it working again. We really enjoyed our time here and would love to stay again next time we visit Puerto Rico 😊🫶🏼🇵🇷

Located a very short walk from a spectacular stretch of beach, the house is clean and loaded with amenities. It is extremely quiet and peaceful. Gretchen is obviously an skilled & seasoned hostess as she seems to have thought of everything. We were welcomed in such a thoughtful way. We are a family of four and had plenty of room. Very close to everything...shops, bars, restaurants, casinos, and the El Yunque National Forest is literally like a 10-15 minute drive. We loved our stay and I have no doubt you will as well.

We loved our honeymoon stay! Hector was super responsive and so accommodating. We had low batteries in our CO detectors upon arriving, he immediately sent the fire department within the hr to ensure safety and replaced the old detectors with new ones in the same day. That gave us total peace of mind. Space was clean and had everything needed in the kitchen. Restaurants near by were great. There is a rooster at the neighbors, but that’s most all of PR, and I personally like the wake up call. Police station is right down the street and the neighborhood was a quiet residential street. They supplied a beach kit with chairs, blanket, towels, and snorkel gear which came super in handy! Even gave us a bottle of champagne to toast our marriage. Definitely go to Amor & Harina and get a pastry and sandwich! Luquillo beach nearby is beautiful but more a tourist attraction. We hung out mostly in Farjado and Las Croabas for local vibe beaches and Seafood.

We had such a great time at the Nice Beach House! We went for walks along the beach every morning and loved looking for shells and exploring the shallows. They have a large shaded table on the porch that was perfect for meals and looking out at the ocean. Comfy beds, great AC and WiFi, and light blocking shades in all of the bedrooms. Grounds and house are meticulously maintained. No downsides here. We did have a couple of minor mechanical issues while we were there, but we were AMAZED by the responsiveness of our hosts. We’ve been regular Airbnb users for years, and Tim/Sarah are special. Within 15 minutes of reaching out, they called and fixed the issue. They also sent along a list of recommendations after booking (many of which we used) that saved me a ton of research. Highly, highly recommend! We would love to return!

Eve’s place was great. We had my family of four and 2 other guests stay with us. We had more than enough space and everyone had their own bathroom to utilize. The location was perfect. 10 minutes from Luqillo and about 15 mins from El Yunque. Wish we could have stayed longer but we cant wait to come back and visit again.

Great location! Great views! Slept 11 people comfortably!! Having an elevator was clutch!! Pool was perfect!! Even the neighborhood was great for a nice morning walk!! I’d stay here again!!

Beautiful and safe place! Great for larger groups as there is ample seating with a larger dining table and patio, washer and dryer in unit which was helpful with a toddler, beach accessories, games, kitchen essentials, gated community. Host was very responsive, friendly and communicated proactively.

We had a large group and the house was great. It felt private, but is only steps from the beach. It isn't a private beach, but as close as you can get, only a handful of people on weekends, sometimes none through the week. Renting the 15 passenger van worked out great. Our flight was delayed and we got there after dark. Omar delivered us, was attentive and made sure everything was in order before leaving. We were more interested el Yunque National Forest. It was surprisingly crowded for weekdays and time of year. Rio Grande was so much better than San Juan for the PR experience we were looking for. Local food and people. Parking is a big issue everywhere in Puerto Rico, and is disaster San Juan. The pool was great for the young ones. Overall a great overall family experience, Thank you Carlos.

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay at Loly’s place. The complex is nice and right by the pool and the private access beach with plenty of gear to use. Comfortable beds for all of us. It was a great spot to go explore the rainforest as well. Loly was helpful about how to get groceries since we had a late flight, and she is very responsive.

Our stay at Diana’s was like having a home away from home. The pool and seemly private beach were just what we were looking for. The location was also perfect for day trips to El Yunque rainforest, local restaurants and multiple other pristine beaches. Diana was an amazing host super responsive and understanding to all our needs. Highly recommend this stay!

Casa Osobuena was a lovely place to stay! The location was great being about 15 minutes from El Yunque National Park and 30-45 minutes from San Juan! The pool right outside the condo and a short walk right down to a nice and sandy beach was also amazing. Casa Osobuena provided a a boogie board, beach chairs, and towels which was very useful. Would HIGHLY recommend this place for a relaxing stay in Puerto Rico!

Me and my family Loved everything about this place. It was wonderful. Nice, clean, peaceful, and very quiet. The condo was right next to a private beach. What more could you ask for! Peter was very friendly and always very responsive to any question or doubt I had. His place is very easy to find and he made sure me and my family was comfortable by providing all the amenities that I need to ensure I had a great stay. I would recommend his place 100%. I'll be back for sure. Thank you!

This place is spectacular! Gorgeous views, the most relaxing balcony, comfortable furniture, plenty of towels and beach equipment, beautifully decorated rooms and great communication from our host. He was fantastic! I could go on and on. Our family was in awe from the moment we walked in and saw the huge windows and the view. My kids spent hours out on the balcony in the hammock and I enjoyed morning and evening reading time out there as well. This was by far the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at!

Our stay at the condo and having Dally as a host was beyond remarkable. The place had everything we needed and more, and the location on the beach is heavenly. We had a number of hiccups during our trip, and Dally went above and beyond to help us. We are a family of four with two young sons and my boys loved the place and all it had to offer. Tears were shed when it was time to leave! We will be booking this place again when we return to the island!

Overall, our stay was well worth it! Leslie is an excellent host. Appreciated the bottle water already in unit. Right next to El Yunque and only 25-30 min from San Juan. It would have been nice to use the oven. There was a post it on the appliance that said under repair. We were craving a frozen pizza and were unable to cook it. The WiFi is also pretty spotty. We were there for vacation so not a huge deal to use my hotspot on my phone, but anyone working remotely would need to be aware of this. The location is unbeatable and the view exactly as described. The AC worked well in both living room and bedroom and the washer dryer in unit was amazing. Parking is definitely tight and we rented a Kia Soul. I will definitely be back to utilize same air bnb next time I am in PR, mostly because my husband fell in love with Don Pepe restaurant down the hill from place. Definitely a must do if renting this air bnb.

We had a wonderful time at this peaceful home away from home. So convenient to walk to the beach, and they provided boogie boards, beach chairs, games and mroe. I loved sitting on the patio in the mornings and evenings, as well. This served as a perfect home base for us with easy proximity to San Juan, hiking at El Yunque, visiting the Luquillo Kiosks and more. We utilized the kitchen, laundry, and had comfy beds and plenty of hot water for showers!
