This house is exactly as described and pictured. It's in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from El Yunque and many of the rainforest activities. Grocery stores are just 10 minutes away and many beaches about 15 minutes. We had a group of 11 and this house worked well since we had kids stay in rooms with their parents, it might not work so well for a large group of adults. The pool was amazing and offered hours of entertainment. We enjoyed sunrises from the deck while sipping coffee and sunsets by the pool while grilling out. Josefina was very responsive.

Really enjoyed our stay at this property. We had a total of 8 people staying on this trip. The home has plenty of space to spread out and relax. Enjoyed the beautiful views, privacy, and pool. Appreciated many amenities such as the a/c, full kitchen, beach chairs/cooler/umbrella to use. Also appreciated the small things listed in the amenities and the binder full of area recommendations at the house. The location was great. Easy to get to El Yunque, San Juan, Luquillo, and Fajardo for all of the activities. Reached out to owner a couple of times for issues or suggestions via the app and got immediate responses.

Ashley’s place was exactly as described. It was clean, comfortable, attractive, and stocked up with amenities—perfect for our group of friends to relax in after our days out exploring the area. The kitchen was great and allowed people to cook meals for 8 people. The views of the forest and ocean were just as amazing as they looked in the pictures on the listing. Ashley was very responsive and helped immediately with any minor issue that arose. I would highly recommend this stay!

Highly recommend this house for a family vacation. I have lived and stayed all over Puerto Rico and this place is a trifecta with a thoughtful host, perfect location for exploring top sites on the island, and unbeatable amenities for the family. We loved it here!

Wonderful stay! Everything exactly as described. Host was very communicative, giving us heads up on routine maintenance of things, but didn't interrupt our stay at all. Having direct access to beach with private pool was perfect for our very active kids. House was neat, felt clean, and felt like a beach home. Would visit again!

My husband and I stayed here 3 nights and we wished we could have stayed longer! It was just so beautiful and hard to say goodbye to the view. Dalys did an amazing job at communicating with us immediately when we had questions. Walking into the space everything was spotless and it was like walking into your own home. I didn’t realize in the pictures it was a double shower head which was perfect for us not having to wait on each other to shower to get ready so we could head out faster. The outdoor space was our favorite part. We spent our last day in the pool relaxing, soaking up the sun and view. It was the perfect getaway for us and to celebrate our 10 year anniversary!! Would definitely come back to stay here or at any of the other properties that Dalys has, since they were such an amazing host!

Daniel & Ana were very responsive. We had a few hiccups but things were taken care of promptly. The location is not on maps so there is only longitude and latitude used for directions, which after understanding it’s in 600 acres of private land it made sense. The big brown gate was easy to use and created even more security and privacy. It was great with lots of trails in the facility next door that does horse back riding, forest atv riding, restaurants, and more. We were fortunate to have bumped into Daniel and he took us on a quick ride into the acres of the estate. Incredible! We will most definitely return. Also note you are in horse territory, so there are stables everywhere including down the hills of the estate. They are all private residences so vacationers should be respectful of the people taking care of the horses. Our only minor bummer were noseeums. Mosquito spray was provided - you are in a rainforest - but honestly we didn’t have many. Definitely would recommend!

This Airbnb is a gem! Great experience, great place, super clean, the pool is even better than the photos! Definitely a place I would visit again. Super close to the beach, restaurants and even supermarkets. Lester was a great host. Very responsive and attentive.

This Villa is absolutely lovely with a beautiful view of the golf course! The villa was very clean, comfortable and was supplied with everything we could need. The host has excellent communication and our stay was very much enjoted. The location is perfect if you are visiting El Yunque and We definitely recommend the restaurant Don Pepe!

Comfortable accommodations for group gathering. Enjoyed the outdoor space and pool!

Awesome home, great property management. And who can beat the short drive to great golf or a 30 second walk to the beach?

Gloria is an amazing host! She’s super responsive and kind! Highly recommend her house - it’s perfect for kids as it is right by las picuas which is perfect water for kids. The pool was also a hit! Would stay again!!

La Brisa was exactly as it was described! The location was perfectly situated in the rainforest in close proximity to all of the activities we wanted to do. The bedrooms were perfectly suited for both families. The kids loved sharing the room with the triple bunks. The pool was a great way to start and end the days at the beach, exploring the islands, visiting Old San Juan, and adventuring through El Yunque. We would highly recommend.

Michelle‘s place was great. It was extremely spacious for our group of five with more space to spare. The outdoor area was perfect for lounging and entertaining. The pool was a perfect temperature. Michelle provided all of the necessary items needed to make a beach trip a success. There were towels, cooler, umbrellas, and chairs. The kitchen was stocked with the necessities for a longer stay. There was tanning oil, sunscreen, after sun care that may have been left by other guests, but was definitely nice to have. The place was clean. The neighborhood felt safe despite it being close to the rainforest. Plenty of parking for vehicles. Michelle was very responsive, she checked in on us after we got to the home. We had absolutely no issues during our stay. Would most definitely stay again and will be forwarding her listing over to friends and family for their future visits.

My stay in Chloe was absolutely spectacular! From the moment my husband and I arrived, we felt truly immersed in nature. As soon as you enter the apartment, you are welcomed by the most beautiful view of El Yunque Forest, setting the tone for a peaceful and romantic retreat. It only gets better when you open the sliding doors and the sounds of the forest invades the room. The amenities were outstanding. The saltwater and temperate pool was so refreshing and added to the overall relaxation mood. The open-concept space was beautifully designed, with special attention to those little details that makes you feel at home. And the dual shower was an unexpected hit for my hubby and I (I asked him to get me one for home :)). We would also like to thanks Dalys, our host, for being always available to help, offering recommendations for restaurants, activities, and places to explore. We really enjoyed our time in Chloe and look forward to come back soon!

We enjoyed the location of the house. It was pretty centrally located near the beaches and to the rainforest. We enjoyed the pool and the house was nicely equipped . I will note that the house has two separate entrances, one for the upstairs and one for the downstairs, which I missed in the description. It worked out for us as our kids were older and could put the older ones upstairs. Christopher was a great host and communicated quickly and was very helpful. We did have some plumbing issues while there, but they were fixed in timely fashion.

We had a large group and the house was great. It felt private, but is only steps from the beach. It isn't a private beach, but as close as you can get, only a handful of people on weekends, sometimes none through the week. Renting the 15 passenger van worked out great. Our flight was delayed and we got there after dark. Omar delivered us, was attentive and made sure everything was in order before leaving. We were more interested el Yunque National Forest. It was surprisingly crowded for weekdays and time of year. Rio Grande was so much better than San Juan for the PR experience we were looking for. Local food and people. Parking is a big issue everywhere in Puerto Rico, and is disaster San Juan. The pool was great for the young ones. Overall a great overall family experience, Thank you Carlos.

This place was phenomenal!!! First of all, I don’t know if there is a better location that places you directly adjacent to all of the best excursions in and around the Rainforest. We were a 4min drive from Carabali Rainforest Adventure park where there’s horseback riding, ATVs, go carts and even a restaurant. We were a 7min drive from the meeting point for El Yunque zip lining, the BEST way to view the rain forest and 10mins to Luquillo beaches and restaurants. Secondly, the property is amazing. Chip and Joanna Gaines would love this house. The aesthetics of the interior are “farmhouse chic.” it felt like high and luxury, but still very close to the natural element. I would The views of the mountains and rainforest from the pool, the Master bedroom, the kitchen and the back patio are breathtaking. Each day our children as well as those of our travel companions wanted to head back early enough to enjoy the house and to have dinner together. PERFECT end to our PR vacation!!!

The house was wonderful! Very clean and spacious. They also had it fully equipped with all the essentials. The bar/restaurant next door was convenient and never an issue with sound. The view was fantastic!! Great location. Manny was very responsive and super helpful!
