Myself and three friends were in PR for a golf trip. The home is located in a development directly adjacent to the Grand Reserve golf club on the 14th hole of the championship course. This home was perfect as each of us had our own bedroom. The beds were very comfortable, the home was spotless, and we had everything we needed. Christophe was very responsive and helpful as well. I would definitely stay here again!

It was a beautiful place for my whole family (10 of us) to visit comfortably. It is near the rainforest and beach, which made it easy for quick trips. Mostly we lived the outdoor space to visit and eat together. There were personal touches as well. Brenda responded quickly to any questions we had.

Loved our stay here. Better than the photos! Lots of space. The best part was the location, 360 degree, gorgeous view. Cute pool. Just note, it’s quite a steep hill to get up.

This spot was a fantastic last minute find! The host was easily to communicate with and gave great tips. The house itself has so many spaces to hang out and entertain. There are a few outdoor cats that hang out at the house. It was lovely to fall asleep to the rainforest sounds at night.

Beautiful and safe place! Great for larger groups as there is ample seating with a larger dining table and patio, washer and dryer in unit which was helpful with a toddler, beach accessories, games, kitchen essentials, gated community. Host was very responsive, friendly and communicated proactively.

Stayed here with my three friends for a girls trip to Puerto Rico. The place is definitely one we would come back to. The beautiful views, lush mountainside and birds chirping and night noises all made this a memorable experience. The area felt very safe close to everything you would need. Also would recommend going to the restaurants that Vicvelyn and Ramon have listed on the link they send out. They were all super tasty and some of our personal favorites. Thanks again.🙂

It was a very nice stay. We enjoyed the comfy beds after a long day hiking the rainforest and strolling the beaches.

We did a perfect family vacation here. Included six adults, and five teenagers! Every bedroom in this house has a bathroom in full shower. So there was no complaining about who’s in the bathroom.! Large area areas to hang out and chill with the family! If we weren’t at the beach, kids were definitely utilizing the pool.!.!.Super clean, very well-maintained! Nobody got on anyone’s nerves , because the place was that huge! Carlos was the best communicator, response back generally in under a couple of minutes! He gave us a great photographer and food recommendations! The beach was right there too, maybe 150ft. Could go on and on! If back with a large group, will stay here again!

Everything was beautiful and safe. I will definitely be coming back. This place was spotless. Everything was clean. It was so clean you barely wanted to touch anything and I mean I felt like home. It was so peaceful and just romantic, and it was a great memory overall thank you for giving me this opportunity to visit a place like this thank you❤️

Hello fellow mama! This is a great place to bring your kids! It’s a private apt complex with a private beach. It’s very clean and very safe. I always recommend staying at a place where you can walk to the beach to be able to take breaks midday, etc! The hosts were INCREDIBLY responsive and no question was too silly. I was nervous about checking in late but they sent pictures and very clear instructions that all matched what we needed to do. I really loved the area too. We could easily go to San Juan or to our tours at El Yunque or Fajardo. I would highly recommend this place over and over again. I’ve even already sent the link to my friends who asked while watching my socials! I loved the hosts and the place.

We had an amazing stay at Cookie and Enrique’s Airbnb in Rio Grande! The location is absolutely perfect and was great for our family. I was able to wake up in the morning and walk with my toddler to the beach. Cookie and Enrique also had towels, beach chairs, a ton of beach toys, and a travel crib, so we didn't need to bring a lot of things to have a great time. The location was also an easy drive to daytrips, so we did a trips to Old San Juan, El Yunque, and to a bioluminescent bay tour, all of which were 30-45 minutes away. The space itself was spotless, comfortable, and Cookie and Enrique were very responsive, and full of great recommendations for local restaurants and activities. One thing I'll note is that infants were not allowed to use the larger pool. That was a surprise to us, but not an issue as the beach was right there. There is also a smaller infant pool next to the larger one to use. We would definitely recommend this Airbnb anyone staying in Puerto Rico.

We have stayed at multiple vacation rentals around the world and Tara’s condo in Rio Grande was one of the best yet. The property has been completely remodeled is beautiful. The home was squeaky clean and everything you need for a comfortable stay is provided. During our 6 night stay, we ate breakfast on the patio every morning listening to the surf and then walked for miles along the uncrowded, natural beach. The Vereda Del Mar complex is very quiet and peaceful which we much prefer to large, noisy resort properties. The beach gear provided was really appreciated — right down to sunscreen! The living area and both bedrooms all have newer, large screen televisions which is rare in rental properties. We felt right at home during our stay and would definitely recommend the property to other prospective guests.

The place was super pretty! The pictures dont do it justice. Everything was super accesible and Jessica was always available to answer our questions!

Súper buena estadía’

This was the nicest place we stayed in Puerto Rico. We really appreciated the private and peaceful location. We had come from a really crummy place that was very noisy and coming here was just such a welcome relief. The back patio area is a wonderful place to relax. The beds were super comfortable, and we were thankful that she supplied beach chairs and towels. Lovely artwork as well. Wonderful place!

We have stayed in this area multiple times, and found Juan's place a great option. The outside patio area is one of the best we have had in Rio Mar. The inside was a bit small compared to some other units, but was utilized very well and had high quality furnishings. A big benefit for Cluster 2 is the large pool in the center, which keeps us coming back to it over other areas of the complex. It is also the shortest drive to the Villa beach resort area, which my son has proclaimed to be his favorite beach in Puerto Rico (he has seen quite a few of the in our visits). This area in general is where we keep coming back to on the island. The Rio Mar complex is very relaxing, with lots to do close at hand. The last note is that Juan had the place prepared for the occasional reality on PR right now of power outages. We had one for a few hours, and there were lanterns right on hand to light up the place and make for quite an enjoyable last night without much light and sound in the near vicinity

We loved the location of this condo with its easy access to the beach. The beach felt private and was very quiet, the condo complex was very clean and well kept. Easy access to El Younque and tasty restaurants were nearby.

The airbnb was a perfect beach home getaway we needed. It has everything one may need on a vacation in Puerto rico. We loved the first floor balcony and walking around the community in the evenings. There is a private beach few minutes walk away from the airbnb which is amazing. Would definitely recommend.

Very convenient, especially if traveling with kids. Juan made it especially easy for us to have our first trip with our five month old. He accessed a Pack N Play and bought a new sheet for us! The pool is right out the back door and the beach is a few hundred yards away. My five year old was so excited about the beach toys available for him to play with and my husband and I were happy with the beach chairs and cooler. The house was equipped with just enough that we needed. Everything we needed beyond the apartment was close by as well. I would definitely return :-)

A great place to stay! Very comfortable condo with air conditioned bedrooms and each bedroom has its own bathroom which is a plus for after the beach! We explored el yunque national forest, San Juan, and the bioluminescent bay as well as multiple beaches all within a 30 min drive of the condo. The location is not easily walkable and is on a stretch of privatized beaches so I would recommend having a rental car for your stay. We loved our time there.

Me and my family Loved everything about this place. It was wonderful. Nice, clean, peaceful, and very quiet. The condo was right next to a private beach. What more could you ask for! Peter was very friendly and always very responsive to any question or doubt I had. His place is very easy to find and he made sure me and my family was comfortable by providing all the amenities that I need to ensure I had a great stay. I would recommend his place 100%. I'll be back for sure. Thank you!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Moises’s condo. The location was quiet and peaceful, and only a 3 minute drive to the beach and restaurants at the Wyndham. It’s also close to the rain forest and Luquillo for fun adventures. The condo itself was nicely furnished and decorated, and everything was very updated. It was so clean and well cared for, I immediately felt comfortable and at home. We spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying the warm weather. It was the perfect space for my family of five.

Jose was a great host! He was incredibly responsive and proactive with check in/out instructions, and responded quickly when we had a few questions over the course of our stay. The location is quiet and beautiful as well. The apartment was as described and matched the photos. We had great weather during our stay, but the beach can have some awkward breaks and make it hard for young kids to play or swim in at times. That said, we were able to spend a lot of our time at the beach in the water. We’d absolutely stay here again!
