We loved our stay. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed to feel at home. We spent most of our time at night on the roof top deck. The view was amazing. The only negative reviews I have is the lazy river was under construction while we were there. So if you're planning on booking any time soon for that, you might want to find out first. The fitness center is no longer at this complex. Those were 2 of the biggest factors for our group.. The location for us was perfect. We ventured to both sides of the Island. So many things to see. The private beach is very clean. Bring your snorkeling gear. There's lots of marine life to see. We will definitely be back.

The place was wonderful, and comfortable. Had everything you would need when traveling. But, the best thing was the incredible view it had of the Rio Mar resort, villas and the extending ocean into the horizon! Really great!!!

Alvy was an amazing host. She had everything I could have needed including beach chairs, a cooler, and towels. She was super responsive and had great recommendations for my kids and I. I would 100% stay here again.

Esta propiedad es increíble. Lo Recomiendo 💯 desde todos los puntos de vista. Empecemos por la anfitriona Rosa. Ella fue muy amable en contestar todas mis inquietudes prontamente, fue muy servicial al recomendarnos hermosos lugares y buenisimos restaurantes a tan solo 5 min. Gracias nuevamente Rosa. La propiedad es hermosa, limpia y muy cómoda. Tiene un patio gigante de recreación con piscina, lo que ves en las fotos es lo que recibes… ya quiero volver con toda mi familia, por qué la propiedad tiene 4 mini apartamentos individuales equipados es como si te quedarás en un mini hotel ..afortunadamente para nuestra estadía nadie más reservó. Eso quiere decir que tuvimos privacidad.

The property was fabulous, we had a quick walk to the private beach, a quick walk to the hot tub, a quick walk to the heated pool. We really enjoyed the roof top at night. The air conditioning in all the bedrooms was wonderful. We stopped at the Walmart about 20 minutes away and stocked the refrigerator and bought items for laundry. We will plan on staying at this property again. The miniature golf needs work but that is a property issue. The basketball court was fun, and the big water slide come on every Saturday and Sunday. We are thankful for the memories made at Aquatika.

Great apartment for our family of 5. We had lots of room and everything we needed. We liked the location because it was less than an hour to the El Yunque trailhead, and about 30 minutes from the middle of San Juan.

Apartamento lindo, cómodo y limpio. La zona tranquila. Excelente ubicación cerca de playas y restaurantes.

This is such a gem, I wish I stayed at this place the whole time I was in Puerto Rico. The place is totally private and has a beautiful view of the rain forest. Getting to the rainforest is super easy if you have a car. Judith is extremely responsive, friendly and has great recommendations. There are banana trees growing out back. Highly recommend!

Fin de semana en familia en una casa con todo lo necesario para pasarla bien y no tener que salir a nada. Cómodo, acogedor, bonito en excelentes condiciones. El patio es una experiencia maravillosa con una piscina estupenda y área de descanso. Estacionamiento cómodo, aires acondicionados excelentes, cocina equipada y hasta juegos para la familia. Definitivamente la recomiendo y espero volver pronto.

Nous avons séjourné deux nuits chez José. Nous avons beaucoup aimé ! La maison est impeccable et José est très réactif. L’emplacement est parfait pour rayonner dans la région - forêt d’El Yunque, Fajardo, Luquillo. Il est par contre indispensable d’avoir une voiture car aucun restaurant / magasin à proximité à pieds, mais on trouve tout à 5-10 min en voiture ! Merci encore Jose!

We are extremely pleased with Nelson’s attention and he was always looking out for us. A great host and we had everything that we needed and more. Personally, I really appreciate it that he offered us a place to stay for a wonderful price when we needed it the most. Thank you Nelson for your excellent service and hospitality!

5 years and we won’t stop until we permanently relocate to Cubuy. Samuel and his family are kind and friendly. They are a pleasure to talk to but also give all the space. The house is naturally cool because of its location but there’s always a sunbeam to lay and read in. The rain is a treat. As a mom traveling with 3 kids (one has become an adult since we began staying here), I feel safe and secure on this piece of the island.

Larry was incredibly responsive, attentive, and friendly. The house was on a fantastic spot—less the a 5 minute was to restaurants, food trucks, bars, the liquor store, and most importantly, the beach. Would recommend!

Staying at Rosita’s place was a pleasure. The location was perfect, the home was cozy and clean. It is close to the Ferry if you’re interested in traveling to Culebra or Vieques!! Highly recommended!

Un lugar muy espectacular para quedarse, muy limpio, organizado y acogedor. Sin mencionar que el personal encargado es muy atento. En mi caso Maryoris fue el personal encargado de mi hospedaje, estuvo muy atenta, muy amable y asegurándose que todo estuviera perfecto para así mismo pasar la estadía. Me explicó todo al detalle y a la perfección. De verdad que con el trato de ella y el lugar pasarán su mejor estadía.

I highly recommend this place if you’re looking at staying in Rio Grande or the area. It’s a short ride to shopping and the rain forest. The resort around it is amazing. Everything inside the home was extremely clean and had everything we needed. Even aloe in the fridge. Great touch for anyone needing some after a full day of sun. The host was very communicative and made sure all our needs were met. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Carlos's place was in an excellent location and close to many restaurants. The view was beautiful and relaxing. He had all the amenities you could ask for while going to the beach. My family is six was very comfortable in the apartment. Carlos's place is well worth the stay.

Loved staying at Margarita's place! It had so many great amenities, the pool being the best one! We were so close to Fajardo, Seven Seas Beach, Luquillo Beach and El Yunque, even the ferry! So close to everything we wanted to do. The views are breathtaking! We spent a lot of time on the porch watching pelicans dive for their dinner. The kitchen was stocked with all sorts of pots and pans, anything you need to make meals of any kind. The AC was nice and cold and the beds were really comfy! Thank, Margarita!

Definitely 10/10. I really enjoyed my stay. I went for a girls trip with my best friend and we had such a great time. Felt super safe everywhere we went. The location is in the perfect spot because everything is near by. The view is breath taking. So many things to do at the place they have a pool, basket ball court, and tennis court. If you don’t have rackets or a basketball don’t worry, they have. Not only that but Gabriel has towels, beach chairs, mat, and umbrellas so that you don’t have to buy anything. Honestly can’t say one bad thing about the place. I did see some ants here and there but honestly they are so small and they don’t bother you. The balcony door gets stuck sometimes but just give it a little shove. Anyways, really enjoyed staying there and taking it all in. Thank you!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Eric and Sheila's! It has everything you neef and it is incredibly peaceful--we enjoyed listening to the frogs at night and at the quieter end of the beach. We could easily walk down the beach either direction for different sized waves and activities. But we also enjoyed taking the beach chairs across the street and reading under the shade of the palm trees.

El apartamento es bien cómodo y limpio. El área es muy buena, playa, buenos restaurantes y una zona muy buena para pedalear.

Nancy was a great host. This place is perfect for 4 people. The balcony upstairs was a great feature to have. Overall the neighborhood was nice, lots a stray cats which I made an effort to feed before I left (animal lover) & there are three pools. Nancy was super sweet & if you’re a young person just looking to have fun with some friends this is a great find. Small tip: bathroom could use a shower curtain. Water was getting all over the floor which wasn’t ideal. Not a big deal though.

Enjoyed our stay at Carmen place. 1st floor apartment in a high rise. The balcony has as beautiful view of a marina. I looked watching the Pelicans dive for fish. A comfortable bed, if you want sheets for the pull out ask Carmen for them. There is no oven, only a microwave for removing the leftovers. There are many good restaurants close by but not walkable. I definitely suggest renting a car. My favorite excursions were a guide tour at El Yunque at Las Tinjas Falls. And Horseback riding at Carabali. We took the beach tour. I just loved it. This was the perfect place for my sister and I. We had such a lovely stay- can’t beat the constant sound of the ocean and ocean breeze. The generous amount of towels was much appreciated 🌞 We will be back to visit!
