Excellent property!! The place worked just perfect, super clean., close to the beach. The kitchen was fully equipped, bedrooms so spacious. The view and sunrise simply breathtaking! I would definitely stay again.

This was the 2nd time I stayed at Carlos's condo and we had a great stay again. The condo is great for larger groups with the four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The common areas are nice with plenty of room to relax inside or outside on the balcony. My favorite part of this place is the location. It's a very short walk to a beautiful and clean beach that feels like you have your own private beach. On the weekend there was more activity but during the week there were hardly any other people on the beach. And the condo complex is very quiet. You definitely want to rent a car but it's within an hour of activities like El Yunque or the Ceiba ferry terminal. And within an hour of Old San Juan and the airport. Carlos is a great host and always very quick to respond with any questions or concerns. I will definitely stay here again when visiting one of my favorite places in the world.

We had an amazing stay at Cookie and Enrique’s Airbnb in Rio Grande! The location is absolutely perfect and was great for our family. I was able to wake up in the morning and walk with my toddler to the beach. Cookie and Enrique also had towels, beach chairs, a ton of beach toys, and a travel crib, so we didn't need to bring a lot of things to have a great time. The location was also an easy drive to daytrips, so we did a trips to Old San Juan, El Yunque, and to a bioluminescent bay tour, all of which were 30-45 minutes away. The space itself was spotless, comfortable, and Cookie and Enrique were very responsive, and full of great recommendations for local restaurants and activities. One thing I'll note is that infants were not allowed to use the larger pool. That was a surprise to us, but not an issue as the beach was right there. There is also a smaller infant pool next to the larger one to use. We would definitely recommend this Airbnb anyone staying in Puerto Rico.

This property is located inside of Wyndham property You need to go through gates to get in makes everything feel very safe and comfortable Place was very nice as how it’s described and the owner was very responsive Really like the place.

My husband and I reserved a month originally. A few days prior to end of agreement we contacted Norma to extend our stay. No problem she said and we extended. Prompt response every time we called or text Norma. The tenants and owners of other units were thoughtful , welcoming and helpful with smiles always. Once we learned location, we found kindness great food and gorgeous beaches everywhere ! My husband and I toured over 1/3 of the island. The only depressing part was leaving and we already miss what we called home for over a month. Thank you Norma and Padre for sharing such a safe, comfortable and welcoming place!

We have stayed at multiple vacation rentals around the world and Tara’s condo in Rio Grande was one of the best yet. The property has been completely remodeled is beautiful. The home was squeaky clean and everything you need for a comfortable stay is provided. During our 6 night stay, we ate breakfast on the patio every morning listening to the surf and then walked for miles along the uncrowded, natural beach. The Vereda Del Mar complex is very quiet and peaceful which we much prefer to large, noisy resort properties. The beach gear provided was really appreciated — right down to sunscreen! The living area and both bedrooms all have newer, large screen televisions which is rare in rental properties. We felt right at home during our stay and would definitely recommend the property to other prospective guests.

This place offers breathtaking, romantic, soothing and relaxing views. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need. The apartment was very clean and have quality furniture in excellent condition. Noranys is an outstanding host, always attentive to make sure you have everything you need as long as it's within her control. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

Lots of space, simple and clean, comfortable. Sonia is nice and easy to work with and responsive. The location is great, close to things to do and good beaches. Beautiful view, and wonderful balcony to soak it all in. Fully supplied kitchen, very functional. Overall, a great stay for the 7 of us, very happy we chose this place.

There are not enough words to describe how amazing this place is! Our family had the best experience and plan on coming back in the future. The multiple bedrooms, bathrooms and indoor/outdoor seating was very useful for our group of 7 adults. We did not realize how much we would enjoy the swimming pool but that ended up being one of our favorite parts of the stay. There was an unexpected wifi outage in the area and the hosts were extremely helpful and kept us in loop of the repairs. The location is perfect to just enjoy the ocean, go down to the ferry to visit Vieques for the bio-luminescent bay, short drive to the hiking in the mountain and visitor center or just visit some of the yummy local restaurants.

Loved our stay here. Better than the photos! Lots of space. The best part was the location, 360 degree, gorgeous view. Cute pool. Just note, it’s quite a steep hill to get up.

Eve’s place was great. We had my family of four and 2 other guests stay with us. We had more than enough space and everyone had their own bathroom to utilize. The location was perfect. 10 minutes from Luqillo and about 15 mins from El Yunque. Wish we could have stayed longer but we cant wait to come back and visit again.

The beach house was epic! Huge location and private oasis with pool, hot tub, grills, and beach access. Had a great time hanging out at the house. Roads were very easy to navigate. Manny, the property manager, was excellent. Extremely responsive to any questions and always helpful. Being close to the national park was awesome, and having the small town nearby made shopping/eating/entertainment a breeze.

We did a perfect family vacation here. Included six adults, and five teenagers! Every bedroom in this house has a bathroom in full shower. So there was no complaining about who’s in the bathroom.! Large area areas to hang out and chill with the family! If we weren’t at the beach, kids were definitely utilizing the pool.!.!.Super clean, very well-maintained! Nobody got on anyone’s nerves , because the place was that huge! Carlos was the best communicator, response back generally in under a couple of minutes! He gave us a great photographer and food recommendations! The beach was right there too, maybe 150ft. Could go on and on! If back with a large group, will stay here again!

Such an amazing place to stay! Wish we were still there. The amenities and all the extra activities right on the property made it extra fun for our family. We truly hope to be back next time we are in Puerto Rico!

We had a great stay here with 3 adults and 2 kids. The setting is beautiful and the property was clean and spacious. We went to the resort pool which was a great added benefit. Olivia was in touch the whole time and graciously allowed us to drop our bags off early. The driveway is steep and takes some getting used to, but not a problem at all. I would strongly recommend this property to others!

We had a fantastic stay at Loly’s unit and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a calm, relaxing vacation in Puerto Rico. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and pool. The gated community felt very safe, and the neighbors were friendly and welcoming. Loly was an excellent host—friendly, accommodating, and quick to respond. The unit was well-stocked with thoughtful extras like beach towels, chairs, and toys for little ones, making our stay even more enjoyable. While there were minor issues, like some dust (likely due to the tropical climate) and a refrigerator seal needing cleaning, they didn’t affect our overall experience. When the sun shutter stopped working, Loly responded immediately and did everything possible to resolve it, but unfortunately it was resolved, still Loly assured the safety. Overall, this was a 5-star experience, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again or recommend Loly’s properties to friends and family visiting Puerto Rico!

Excellent stay. would stay again 100%. A little confusion on finding the place. why not just share location so people can use maps app on phone? we were always given directions which wasnt even the road we were coming from. was frustrating but once arrived everything excellent.

We loved the location of this condo with its easy access to the beach. The beach felt private and was very quiet, the condo complex was very clean and well kept. Easy access to El Younque and tasty restaurants were nearby.

The airbnb was a perfect beach home getaway we needed. It has everything one may need on a vacation in Puerto rico. We loved the first floor balcony and walking around the community in the evenings. There is a private beach few minutes walk away from the airbnb which is amazing. Would definitely recommend.

Very convenient, especially if traveling with kids. Juan made it especially easy for us to have our first trip with our five month old. He accessed a Pack N Play and bought a new sheet for us! The pool is right out the back door and the beach is a few hundred yards away. My five year old was so excited about the beach toys available for him to play with and my husband and I were happy with the beach chairs and cooler. The house was equipped with just enough that we needed. Everything we needed beyond the apartment was close by as well. I would definitely return :-)

Me and my family Loved everything about this place. It was wonderful. Nice, clean, peaceful, and very quiet. The condo was right next to a private beach. What more could you ask for! Peter was very friendly and always very responsive to any question or doubt I had. His place is very easy to find and he made sure me and my family was comfortable by providing all the amenities that I need to ensure I had a great stay. I would recommend his place 100%. I'll be back for sure. Thank you!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Moises’s condo. The location was quiet and peaceful, and only a 3 minute drive to the beach and restaurants at the Wyndham. It’s also close to the rain forest and Luquillo for fun adventures. The condo itself was nicely furnished and decorated, and everything was very updated. It was so clean and well cared for, I immediately felt comfortable and at home. We spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying the warm weather. It was the perfect space for my family of five.

We loved staying at Nataly’s place. Great location and super cute and very clean space.
