I enjoyed staying here and the surroundings are beautiful. You have many restaurants to choose from and cafes. There is a beautiful park to walk around and enjoy. The room is very cozy. The only issue was that the room is located on the first floor which is technically the second depending on where you're from. The stairs leading up to the room are very narrow so carrying my luggage up the two flights of stairs was truly a hassle. The bathroom is located outside of the room but it's private so you're the only one with keys to it. Fahima is very responsive and helpful in any situation.

Heel mooi en net verblijf, vlak bij de citadelle en het centrum van Namen. Met vriendengroep genoten van enkele dagen Namen, uitstekende communicatie met host. Bezienswaardigheden en centrum op wandelafstand. Voor herhaling vatbaar.

Super séjour dans l’appartement de David, très bien situé entre Ixelles, Saint-Gilles et Uccle. L’endroit est propre et spacieux. Le quartier est super agréable avec plein de restos et de cafés sympas. David est accueillant et réactif et les instructions d'arrivées sont précises. Je reviendrai sans hésiter lors de futurs séjours à Bruxelles !

My stay at Sylvie's apartment was exceptional. Moving to a new country is always difficult, and staying at Sylvie’s apartment made my transition so much easier. I instantly felt at home in her apartment. The apartment was spotless upon arrival, and I appreciated the attention to detail. The kitchen had everything I needed and even a selection of spices. The living room was warm and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Sylvie’s warm and genuine hospitality truly made my stay exceptional. She was incredibly helpful with recommendations for local restaurants and shops. She even shared invaluable insights about Belgian culture, and even recommended some hidden gems that I wouldn't have found otherwise. I think we have a new friend here. I strongly recommend Sylvie's apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and welcoming place to stay in Belgium.

Un endroit très tranquille, l’appartement était parfait, et le plus de pouvoir stationner à l’intérieur.

On a réservé l'appartement de Jean-François spécialement pour un marathon série, et franchement, c'était parfait ! Le vidéoprojecteur et l'installation home cinéma sont top : on a pu profiter à fond de nos deux nuits. Le canapé est confortable, la connexion WiFi rapide, et tout était nickel à notre arrivée. Merci à Jean-François pour son accueil chaleureux et sa réactivité! On reviendra sans hésiter pour une prochaine session.

The apartment itself is fantastic, and the hosts are very gracious. I stayed for a week and had zero issues. Fantastic natural light, great amenities and spaces. WiFi was great (I had some video calls with no issue). plenty of space to work. a bit of noise from the business downstairs and the street, but no more than you’d have in a hotel. The washer and dryer were easy to use. The bed is very firm, but I found it to be very comfortable. The apartment entrance is shared with a business; in the evenings the building doors are propped open. the apartment itself is very secure. The area is convenient- only a 15 minute walk to the midi station, and a 15 minute walk to the tourist area. However, the walk itself is not great at night. Lots of homeless on the street, and lots of trash and broken glass on the street/sidewalk. I was alone; if I were with someone else it might have felt ok. I wound up changing my route to be longer but on busier streets. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed at Engleberts place as a stop destination travelling from the North of England down to Europa Park in Germany. Every step of the way from prebooking he was great to speak to and helped with our need for flexible check in- we ended up arriving around 4:30am. A secondary point for booking was its proximity to Walibi Belgium- fantastic park. Back onto the property itself it is in top floor (loft) (separate entrance) of a massive house in huge grounds which Englebert tends, huge garden, 2 lovely dogs and a pool full of fish. The inside is decorated nicely and had everything we needed for a stay including huge larder fridge and separate standalone freezer. Englebert made the effort to say hello and we used translate to have a couple of friendly conversations. Would recommend this property to others and would love to come back again.

Wir waren für ein Wochenende in Brüssel und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war wie beschrieben, Austausch mit dem Vermieter und check-in top. Rundum empfehlenswert. Die vielen Bars und Restaurants sind für Ruhesuchende möglicherweise etwas störend.

Impecável apartamento exatamente como nas fotos. A Única observação sobre a estadia, é que acomoda melhor só 2 pessoas, outras duas tem q dormir no sofá q não não é sofá cama. De resto tudo ótimo.

L'appartement d'Alexis est très bien situé, à quelques pas du tramway pour accéder au centre de Bruxelles. Situé au calme, il dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires à un séjour serein. La literie est très bonne, rien ne manque ! Merci encore Alexis pour votre accueil, vos explications pour l'arrivée et votre disponibilité.

Logement confortable et bien équipé, dans un quartier calme. Parfait pour une pause.

Tout c’est très bien passé, le logement est agréable. attention, l’escalier pour monter à la chambre est assez raide. ça ne m’a posé aucun problème mais doit être difficile si vous avez des problèmes de genoux. j’y reviendrai avec plaisir.

J’ai passé un séjour très agréable dans cet appartement : propre et avec tout à disposition pour s’y sentir bien. Il est également idéalement situé. Les instructions de check-in étaient très claires. Je recommande à 100% et reviendrai avec grand plaisir !

Bertrand et Judith ont été très réactifs et à l’écoute. Le logement était niquel et très sympa. La seule « contrainte » on entend bcp les voisins du dessus.

Excellent séjour à Bruxelles , avons beaucoup apprécié l’appartement ! Plus grand que ce qu’il ne paraît en photo Vraiment parfait rien à dire ! Jacuzzi , literie , tout était parfait reviendrons avec grand plaisir

Zawar a été adorable et à répondu à toutes nos demandes. Il m'avait prévenu que le quartier était pas forcément accueillant comme dans beaucoup de capital et pourtant je n'ai pas trouvé spécialement. c'est un hôte 5 étoiles voir plus. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter. Tim

Mon séjour a été incroyable. L’endroit est parfait pour un moment romantique ou entre amis. La gentillesse du couple d’hôtes et leurs explications étaient vraiment appréciées. Merci d’avoir chauffé le jacuzzi à notre arrivée, et le temps était magnifique, ce qui nous a permis de profiter du coucher du soleil. L’hôte était très aimable et disponible. L’endroit est encore mieux que sur les photos. Je recommande vivement ! Merci pour tout !

Super fijn verblijf! Zeer schoon en netjes. Prachtige sauna. Goede locatie. Flora was erg behulpzaam. Een puntje van aandacht is de douchekop die nergens aan kon hangen. Verder hebben we met onze kinderen genoten van het appartement.

Très bon séjour chez Fernando malgrès une nuit agitée à cause des voisins du bas. L'appartement est très bien située pour ceux qui arrivent en train (de l'aéroport notemment) - pas très loin à pieds du centre ville. Fernando est disponible / excellente communication / & flexible. L'appartement est très bien équipé, bien décoré et parfaitement propre. On s'y sent très bien! Je recommande+
