Beautiful property with tons of off amenities including a waterfront. The place was very clean and the owners were very helpful with whatever requests we had. They responded very promptly as well. We would not hesitate to book here again!

We booked Martin's cottage for rest/relaxation during the holiday season with our growing extended family. The space was appropriate for young children, our aging parents, and our beloved furry family members. Thank you for your hospitality and warmth throughout the booking process. Our stay at Cliffhouse on the Bay was wonderful. Rose and Mat were very communicative and responsive right from the start. Their instructions and expectations were very clear which made check in, check out and everything in between very easy to manage. The description and photos provided were accurate and the house was very beautiful with all the supplies and amenities promised… and a lot more! It was the perfect space for a large group with teenagers. The location was also amazing - Prince Edward County is beautiful with lovely wineries and charming towns, even in the winter. Overall, our family had an amazing time and made some incredible memories - thanks Rose and Mat for providing such a great backdrop for our fun!

We had a great stay here! Very easy to access and had a clean and welcoming atmosphere upon arrival. We loved all the cozy corners throughout the house and the property to sit and chat and play board games together. The fenced backyard was a huge plus for the two dogs in our crew, and we thoroughly enjoyed the back patio. With it being winter, we didn't get to enjoy the pool or basketball court, but even without access to those amenities, Liz's AIrbnb was the place to be (and would be even more so in the summer I can imagine!)

Emily's place felt like home. Her home was pristine with a very warm feeling upon entry. Emily has been very thoughtful throughout her home, paying attention to every detail which allowed for a very comfortable and convenient stay. Her home pool was a fabulous touch; very clean and enjoyable. Emily left a thoughtful guide of her home and the area which answered any questions we had. Should you be visiting the Kingston area, Emily's home should be your first choice for accommodation.

Lovely stay at the house. Everything was well thought out and the lack of clutter really made the space more breathable. The lights were a bit tricky for figure out but the overall feel of Scandinavian style was lovely. We didn’t luck out with the weather but the house had everything we needed to have a great time inside. Great accommodation for 8 people!

This was our second stay, and once again, it exceeded our expectations! Suren is an exceptional host—attentive and welcoming. The property is absolutely perfect, surrounded by the beauty of nature, and maintained to the highest standard of cleanliness. A truly serene getaway. We can’t wait to return for another visit!

we have family in Ottawa and family in Toronto and this was an excellent spot to meet halfway. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. the place was exactly as described, there were nine adults and we were all very comfortable. I would highly recommend this place

Amazing place! Salina is a great host

Great place to stay close to salmon streams we were fishing. Had enough space for the kids to entertain themselves away from the adults. The grass driveway got a little muddy between the two houses and is a tight fit if you have a full size truck but you will fit and some people may not like the well water smell but we did not mind. There’s plenty of stores to buy bottled water. Overall a great stay at a good price. We would definitely stay here again.

It was great that it accommodated our family so we could all be together. We were not used to using gas stove so that was a bit tricky. Some things need to checked and updated. The toilet paper holder was not very secure and fell off during use and there were light bulbs out in the upstairs master bathroom. I would suggest changing the carpet under the table because the corners roll up and someone could trip. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated her quick response.

Heather’s place is very nice, comfortable and cozy. It’s the type of place you can make yourself at home, check in instructions were very clear and easy to understand. Host is a great communicator and quick to respond, would highly recommend. We really enjoyed our stay and will keep in mind next time we come to Kingston 😊

This home is stunning, and well equipped, in a beautiful location. It was outstanding to be right on the lake with kayaks and canoes. Nights were spent grilling, having bonfires, and looking out over the lake (or up at the stars) in the hot tub. Everything was fantastic - the only downfall is accessibility, as you need to take a ferry to the island. At the end of the day though, the ferry was just an extra piece of planning and research, but was unproblematic. Great house - thank you Maria!

What a jewel right in the heart of Kingston! The place was so clean and very beautifully decorated. Had plenty of pots and pans and dishes to make it feel like home. Everything worked great and we felt safe, comfortable and cozy while there. Princess St is so close and there are so many places walkable if you don’t want to drive. The host and co-hosts were available anytime and always were quick with responses or answers to any questions about the area as well. We would definitely stay at Jorge’s place anytime we are traveling to Kingston if it’s available in the future. Absolutely wonderful stay.

Iryna was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and allowed for a very seamless experience. When we arrived at night there was a full driveway of snow and Iryna got the driveway shovelled that night very quickly. The house was very clean and had plenty of room for our team. This allowed our sports team to spend time together bonding and perform at our best with its close location to Queens University. Overall Iryna was a lovely host and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I would highly recommend Sami’s home. It’s spacious yet extremely comfortable. In my opinion, it’s better than the pictures :) Everything you need is there. Sami provided a very fulsome list of things to do and websites/maps/brochures, making planning our adventures easy. The open concept living room/dining room/kitchen were very nicely setup and the beds, bedding and towels were all very clean and comfortable, with all our needed amenities readily available. As we visited in March, we didn’t try to walk to the downtown area, but it seemed that every place we wanted to go was about 10 minutes away by car (and Ubers were inexpensive and quick). Sami was very responsive and flexible, which we greatly appreciated. We had a wonderful time and would stay there again next time we’re in Kingston.

Such a peaceful, beautiful place. I felt at home immediately and loved every moment spend there. Would definitely stay here again!

For our curling team and coach and meal planners Walter’s place was perfect. The bed arrangements were just as described and everything we needed was at the house. Walter always answered us when we needed something and was very fast to always respond. Would definitely stay here again for our next event.

Our stay was delightful! The location was perfect, and the decor made it feel cozy while being away from home. The host was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond. The wifi was spotty, but they were also very accommodating with our holiday stay.

Our six weeks stay at Heathers place was amazing. She is one of the most accommodating hosts we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. The house was supurb, well heated and cozy for our winter stay. The kitchen modern and well equipped. The two bedrooms we used were a little small but more than adequate for our needs and the yard spacious.
