The wooden house is very cute, warm and clean + the location is great! We had a great time with my family there. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need for cooking. Also, there is a fireplace, so you can prepare meals outdoors and just behind the house there is a forest where you can have a nice walk. The only inconvenience was sleeping area that is too small for 10 people. The sofa in the living room is great for 2 people, but 3 feels already crowded. And a small sofa on the second floor is not really comfortable. All in all, we liked our stay and the communication that was meaningful and timely.

We had a great 2 night stay. Really nice place and location for bigger groups. Check in and check out could’ve been a little easier, but overall, excellent

Дуже чисто і затишно. Хазяйка дому дуже приємна пані , мешкає в будинку сусідньому на цій же території , але взагалі не помічали її присутності (тільки тоді коли нам щось було потрібно і ми її самі знаходили). Дім знаходиться біля проїзної дороги , що трохи заважає , але не критично . На території є затишне місце для відпочинку : мангал , місце для вогнища та велика альтанка . Можна орендувати сауну або джакузі . Дім затишний, теплий і великий. Вид на гори кращий ніж на фото). Нам все сподобалось, рекомендуємо.

Bardzo polecam domek! Idealny dla dużych grup znajomych. Jest on bardzo przestronny i dobrze wyposażony. Dom znajduje się w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji. Termy Chochołowskie 20 min od domku, lokalne sklepiki i restauracje w pobliżu oraz dobre połączenie autobusowe do Zakopanego. Bardzo fajny pobyt i super kontakt z właścicielką.

We've had an amazing stay at Karolina's place! It was an excellent base for skiing at the nearby Czarny Gron resort (10 minutes drive). The garden was lovely, and despite it being winter we really enjoyed being in the garden and bbq'ing. The rooms are very comfortable, and the kitchen had everything you would need including a great coffee machine with coffee! One of the best AirBnb's we've stayed at over the past 8 years.

We stayed at this beautiful house for a birthday and it was truly unforgettable. In real life, everything is even better than in the photos. The house is carefully designed to the smallest detail — everything is high-quality, cozy, and extremely comfortable. It feels like visiting family, not a rental. You can tell it was created with heart and real understanding. The barbecue area is fantastic: firewood, kindling, fire starters, gloves — everything is prepared for a perfect experience. The territory is huge, about 60 acres, beautifully maintained but natural, with old trees and a perfect lawn. The hosts are some of the kindest people we’ve ever met. They answered quickly, helped with everything, and even provided maps with activities and places to eat nearby. The service and atmosphere are truly outstanding. The price feels like a gift for such an experience. We would love to come back again and highly recommend this amazing place!

miejsce jest cudowne, okolica spokojna, cicho, otaczającą natura, można spotkać wiele dzikich zwierząt. nam udało się dostrzec stado około 30 jeleni które spacerowały sobie tuż obok naszego domku, widzieliśmy je zza szyby, coś pięknego! Sam domek jest cudowny, ciepło, klimatyczne pomieszczenia, duża łazienka, super telewizor, wygodna kanapa. Pokoje dobrze wyposażone, w każdym można znaleźć bardzo dużo gier planszowych i książeczek dla dzieci co się rzadko zdarza. gdybym był z dzieckiem to miejsce z pewnością by mu przypadło do gustu. Kuchnia wyposażona w sporo rzeczy, jacuzzi nagrzane od początku. żyć, nie umierać! z minusów jeden palnik kuchenki elektrycznej, nam na weekend to nie przeszkadzało ale jeśli miałbym tam być na tydzień to raczej słabo gotowac na jednym palniku. i przede wszystkim czystość. po rogach gdzie niegdzie pajeczyny i kurz, nie powinno tak być. Nie zmienia to jednak faktu że miejsce jest cudowne i na pewno jeśli będę miał okazję to wrócę do niego i każdemu polecam

What an amazing place to stay, lovely accommodation which had everything we needed, spotlessly clean and really cosey and warm. The location is great with Zakopane just 20 minutes down the road (by car), a shop a couple of minutes walk away, as well as a great burger restaurant ( Zgorburger) just up the road. A really helpful and responsive host, who we felt we could have asked anything if we had needed. The hot tub was brilliant and really added to the whole experience. We had a great time and can thoroughly recommend staying here, we would definitely come back. Many thanks.

Great location not far from the main shopping street & restaurants. Clean apartment, one large room with dining table, one small room with single sofa/bed. Kitchen was small but functional and had everything we needed. No oven though, just induction hob & microwave. Parking behind the apartment was very limited/ tight (local residents etc), but we managed to park on the path, blocking the steps sometimes without an issue, i had hire car with full insurance so had no worries 😀 . Parking free at front on weekends (was busy though). Not far from a Lidl 😀 beware though, need to register your car for 1hr free parking

Had a lovely time, the cottage is beautiful just like the pictures, so clean and the hot tub in the basement with the sauna and tv is a massive plus also the outdoor hot tub in garden is great you do have to pay extra but worth it especially if you have the weather. jakub/koba and his wife we so lovely and helpful, they respond to any questions immediately would definitely recommend and will definitely return on the future!

Wir haben bereits mehrfach Häuser gemietet und können daher auf einige Erfahrung zurückblicken. Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohnsiedlung, unweit eines Ski-Gebiets, und liegt am Rande der Siedlung mit einem wunderschönen Blick in ein Tal. Von den anderen Häusern der Umgebung bekommt man nichts mit, was für eine sehr hohe Privatsphäre sorgt. Die Einfahrt bietet ausreichend Platz für Autos. Ansonsten entspricht das Haus in allem den Bildern. Das Haus ist in seiner Bauweise leider recht geräuschintensiv. Man hört jeden Schritt aus den oberen Etagen sehr laut und deutlich. Besonders störend sind die Betten im Keller, die von sehr minderwertiger Qualität sind. Bei jeder Bewegung knarren sie so laut, dass man davon aufwacht. Hier hat Krystian bereits zugesagt, Nachbesserungen vorzunehmen. Für besonders geräuschempfindliche Gäste könnte das zu einer Herausforderung werden aber für alle anderen ist das Haus eine klare Empfehlung! Daher auch 5 Sterne!

Stunning chalet in a lovely hilltop location. We travelled as a group of 2 families with 3 children and found there to be ample room to accommodate everyone - didn't even need to use the uppermost loft area. Plenty of bedding options! Heaps of room! Kitchen provided everything we needed to prepare meals as required - heaps of plates, utensils, cooking pots/pans, etc. Only a single fridge though so if you're travelling with a larger group keep this in mind. Lovely fireplace and plenty of wood provided. Definitely the centrepiece of the living room! Worth mentioning that Internet speeds are not amazing (it is fairly remote, after all), so if you're relying on streaming services for the kids, just be aware. Luckily, there was a cat from next door to keep them occupied :) Overall, highly recommend.

Wspaniałe zakwaterowanie, spokojne miejsce wśród drzew. Świetnie się bawiliśmy i czuliśmy się jak w domu. Gospodarze są zawsze w kontakcie i gotowi do pomocy w przypadku jakichkolwiek pytań. Chętnie przyjedziemy latem!

Really cozy place surrounded by nature. We saw deers every day :). Jacuzzi was really nice and we even made a fire for some smores in the middle of the snow (there's a small fire pit). Everything was amazing, thanks for having us!

super miejsce - zarówno sam apartament, czysty, bardzo przytulny, jak i okolica, blisko wszystkich ważniejszych punktów na mapie, ale w spokojnej okolicy, dzięki czemu można było zachować prywatność 🥰 bardzo kochana i pomocna pani wynajmująca 😽❤️ zdecydowanie polecam!!

Vrelo odporúčam. Prostredie dokonalé na vypnutie od reality a užívanie si času sami pre seba. Oddýchli sme si poriadne s komunikácia bola skvelá. Hostiteľka sa nám snažila vyhovieť vo všetkom.

Toto bolo bývanie "na samote", krásna malá chatka, manželská posteľ a dve samostatné postele, 50m od poľnej cesty za dedinou, nádherný pozemok. kúrenie krbom. vonku ohnisko a gril. Suché WC (latrina). nieje tam voda ani elektrina, nabiť mobil a svietiť bolo možné z fotovoltaiky, veľká romantika. je tam varič, dá sa uvariť káva, čaj polievka... Nečakali sme to a páčilo sa nám veľmi.

Our stay fell on Christmas holidays, a wonderful amazingly bright time of the year. The fabulous wooden house is located on a large private territory, together with another house, but this did not influence our stay. Swings for children and a veranda completed the coziness of the snowy territory. The host of the Domiki was very kind and answered all our questions. Our check-in fell on Christmas Eve, when for 2.5 days everything is closed, and the host kindly advised us to stock up on food. However, the house rules and description were written in Polish and unfortunately the autotranslation was not clear enough for us to be able to prepare for check-in properly. We advise guests to pay attention to the description, especially point 13, which lists what will be available to guests. The translation misleded us, however we managed . We really enjoyed staying in the Domiki! It was a wonderful vacation!

Ubytovanie bolo útulne a bolo v tam všetko čo sme potrebovali. Prostredie bolo pekné a tiché. Do obchodu sme mali trošku ďalej, ale autom to bolo pár minút. Skvele prostredie na oddych od ľudí.
