Myself and my husband stayed for 7 nights. We arrived late at night..11.30 pm. and Vedran's son kindly waited and met us at the Church of St. Francis and escorted us to the apartment and showed us how aircon, hot water etc worked. The apartment was exactly as photographed. Lovely big comfortable bed, lots of hot water for showers and sufficiently kitted out kitchen. Beautiful views of Split harbour. Very close to old town and also some lovely little restaurants nearby...try Buffet Fife (worth queueing for) - good varied menu and food and drink reasonably priced compared to other places in Split which can be a bit pricey. No. 12 bus stop close by which goes to Kasjuni and Bene beaches. Check out Promet App for public transport. Also 10 min walk down the Promenade - Riva - for ferries to islands. Overall I would highly recommend this apartment for a stay in Split.

The apartment is stunning, beautiful view, quiet and very comfortable, we felt just like home. Everything has a thoughtful design, well equipped, it has everything that makes the place feels very homey and relaxing. Zeljko is very professional, polite and helpful. Our family had a wonderful stay at Zeljko's apartment and I would highly recommend his place to anyone who's planning to visit Split.

I really recommend this apartment! Apartment was so clean, comfortable:very good bed and bedset , enough space for clothes, air conditioner between rooms, it’s make comfortable temperature. Additionally, there were two balconies for different side, it so convenient. Good location:beaches near and grocery store also main pedestrian. Ana and her husband, thank you so much 😊

Eta was very friendly and helpful. I accidentaly left my charger at the apartmant and she did everything she could to return it to me. I would recommend this host 100%. We enjoyed our stay.

We had an amazing week staying here! The hosts are very responsive and welcoming! Ivan met us to give us the keys and even carried our giant suitcase up to the third floor! Any issues we had were addressed immediately. The views are absolutely incredible and the location is right in the heart of Old Town. You can walk to anywhere in the area including the ferry port and there are tons of restaurants within walking distance. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Split again!

Put simply, AMAZING, a big part of that thanks to Josip and his family. The location is perfect with hot tub, stunning pool and ocean (at most 4m from the gate) to swim and snorkel in or take the paddle board for a spin! A promenade passes the gate in both directions and goes for a few miles, all flat, and must visit Trojir is walkable, 15-20 mins. A boat taxi to Split also picks up a few yards away on a jeti which is perfect. With or without a car there is so much to see and do, Josip offered to pick us up from the airport which takes all hassle and worry away and will organise literally anything for you from a hire car to the door or a parasailing trip from his back gate! Breakfast was a real bonus with a varied selection every day, nothing too much trouble. The apartment was beautiful, with everything you need and a morning coffee on the balcony with breathtaking views just another bonus. Meget praktisk sted å overnatte i Split. Nært fergeterminalen og gamlebyen. hjelpsom og profesjonell vert som gav gode råd og god gjennomgang av det en trenger å vite. Bekvem leilighet med alt en trenger. Veldig fin plass å overnatte for 4 voksne og 2 barn. Noen trapper opp til leiligheten, men det er god trim!

Great stay, loved Solta, very comfortable apartment with nice views. Location was perfect for us, very close to the small beach and not too far from the main one and all the restaurants

We had a wonderful stay here at House Petar. Toni contacted us ahead of time to check on our arrival and gave clear instructions to find his house. The house was spotless and roomy and the outside patio is spacious; excellent for outdoor dining. The house actually borders the sea and there is a wide, level walkway that leads into old town, about a 5 min very pleasant walk. All the amenities that you would need are within a 5min walk. Toni was also very helpful in providing recommendations for restaurants and local beaches. Thanks Toni for a wonderful stay at House Petar. 😀

Highly recommend this beautiful spot! Visiting Off-season the whole surrounding was very peaceful and only a few other people were in the whole bay. The garden is amazing and the house had everything we needed. Just the bedrooms felt a bit moist/humid during the night. Maybe because it was already end of September and so close to the sea. But exept from that everything war just perfect! Thank you!!!

Our family had the most wonderful time at Darija's place. If you enjoy dipping into crystal clear water right at your doorstep, want to unwind and relax, you will love it there. Stomorska is a charming small village on Solta, less than an hour by ferry from Split. All the people are lovely and helpful. We spent most of our time with long swims, late lunches and aperitifs on our own terrace with a view, ice cream or dinner nearby. Don't miss to do a boat trip around the island. Darija was super responsive and welcoming, and her parents Dado and Jadranka treated us to a fantastic BBQ. All in all: perfect. Thank you!!

Die Fotos werden dieser schönen Unterkunft gar nicht gerecht - es ist noch viel schöner und gemütlicher! Besonders gut hat uns die ruhige Lage und der wunderschöne Ausblick gefallen, genau das was wir brauchten! Die Kinder hatten ihren Pool (der war sogar in der Temperatur erwärmbar!) und wir haben die tolle Badebucht, die nur wenige Schritte vom Haus entfernt ist, genutzt und sind u.a. Kanu gefallen- die hat Tomislav sogar extra bereit gestellt! Sehr herzlich wurden wir von Tomislav begrüßt- sogar frisches Obst und Getränke hat er uns bereit gestellt - was für ein Service! Tolle Tips zum Essen gehen hat er uns auch gegeben und war jederzeit für uns erreichbar- was wünscht man sich mehr! Ein Auto ist muss, sonst sind die Strecken z.B. zum Hafen einfach zu weit. Für uns 4 war die Unterkunft perfekt, die gemütliche Wohnküche hatte alles was man braucht, 2 Bäder gab es auch! Wir kommen sehr gern wieder und können diese schöne Unterkunft mit so einem tollen Gastgeber nur empfehlen!

Unser Aufenthalt war ein Traum 🤩 Für zwei Pärchen das perfekte Haus. Super Meerblick, kurzer Weg zum Meer (ca. 70 Meter) sowie zwei Badebuchten gut zu Fuss erreichbar. 10 min Fussweg zur Stadt erreichbar. Besonders erwähnenswert ist die aussergewöhnliche Architektur des Hauses. Wir können das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Wir danken Dino für zwei unvergessliche Wochen.

Wij zijn samen met onze twee dochters 15 dagen in het appartement van Josip verbleven en hebben een ontzettend leuke tijd gehad. Het huis is fantastisch, erg ruim, erg compleet en een ruim balkon met een uitzicht dat nooit verveeld. Josip is een geweldige gastheer, staat altijd klaar om vragen te beantwoorden en tips te geven. We hebben een gezellige avond gehad toen hij voor ons een maaltijd heeft bereid en ons zijn wijnkelder heeft laten zien en we hebben mogen proeven van zijn lekkere wijn en likeur. Het huis ligt op loopafstand van een supermarkt en een gezellige boulevard met leuke restaurantjes. De zee ligt voor de deur, kortom de perfecte locatie! Wij hebben genoten en hopen hier nog eens terug te komen!

Antonela was great! I didn’t get to meet her in person just because of schedules but I did meet her son and he was great too. The location couldn’t be better and there is plenty of room in the flat to be more than comfortable. She was very communicative and had the inside scoop on things in split. I definitely would stay again for sure. I really enjoyed the place and her hospitality!

Our stay at Apartment Martini was fabulous!! SO clean, amazing location, so close to a great beach, and the hosts went out of their way to accommodate us. Some construction going on right next door that starts early but we’re early risers. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

We stayed with Adrienn for 5 days, and had the best time. She organised a transfer for us to and from the airport which worked a dream. We arrived earlier than checkin and were able to get straight into the property. The studio is quiet, clean and most importantly has a great AC! It was a haven after a long day in the sun. We were able to use the villas sun loungers which was very helpful. We very much enjoyed spending time on the roof terrace, which made up for not having a balcony. The beach is less than 2 mins walk, as are a host of very good restaurants (Leonardo, great value for money). The location is great for exploring, we hired a scooter and many other beaches were less than 10mins away (Labadusa, Kava, Duga). We will definitely visit Adrienn again with no hesitation. Thank you! Ante and Linda's place felt like a home away from home. They are both friendly, fantastic and very accomodating hosts, the apartment is very good, short walk from the old town, and in a nice neighbourhood with a lovely sight of the sea. We will be recommending this place to our friends and would 100% it recommend to people reading this review.

Wir hatten bei Josipa einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Sie ist eine sehr gute Gastgeberin und stets bemüht, alle Erwartungen zu erfüllen. Sie ist immer erreichbar und hilft sofort bei etwaigen Problemen und Bitten. Die Lage der Wohnung ist top, man geht über die Straße und ist schon am Meer. Eine Terrasse, auf der man herrlich sitzen kann und den Ausblick aufs Meer genießt ist inklusive. Ganz in der Nähe sind ein Bistro ( Val), welches wir sehr empfehlen können und ein Stück weiter gibt es in beide Richtungen verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. In der Wohnung ist alles, was man braucht. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, nur 1 Raum ist etwas hellhörig….zum nächsten Nachbarn. Sonst alles top.

The Studio flat was really great with everything you need for a holiday. It is very close to Split airport so only 10 minuits by taxi. Enough distance so that there is hardly any aircraft noise. It is literally across the road from the beach. All the beaches have fine slightly sharp gravel so take beach shoes. The Island of Trogir is a 10 minuite bus journey ride away that stops practically outside the door. You can also easily bus to many little beaches with changing places and showers. There are Water sports, buses, water taxis close by and a ferry to Split. The host is really nice, always contactable, very helpful and full of local knowledge. I cannot recommend the wonderful host and her family enough in this perfect location.
