Everything was perfect about this place. Clean and convenient. Home away from home. Very close to everything , around the corner the boat stop to Murano and Burano.

Хозяин дал четкие и удобные инструкции заранее. Был очень мил и приятен в общение. Жилье отличное, расположение отличное. Получили только положительные эмоции от жилья, прибывания, и удобства. Находится в хорошем месте, сам дом на очень тихой улице, где не слишком никакого шума, но очень близко к оживленной улице. Есть самозаселение.

Wir verbrachten eine wunderschöne Woche in der FW von Elisabetta. Antonio holte uns an der Rialtobrücke ab und erklärte uns sehr freundlich die Modalitäten der Wohnung. Wir frühstückten jeden Morgen auf der tollen Dachterrasse und genossen den Blick über den Daechern von Venedig. Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern-es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht! Die Lage ist genial, sehr gute Lokale und der Rialtomarkt um die Ecke-besser geht’s nicht! Absolut zu empfehlen!

Paolo was very proactive in ensuring we made it safely from the train station to the apartment. So thankful for his instructions. His assistant met us to be sure we didn’t get lost. Location is on the very outer edge of the island so it was extremely convenient to get to the water taxi to Murano, other stops around the island, and back to the train station. It’s a longer walk to the Grand Canal and where most of the bustling crowds are, but also made for a very quiet stay in Venice, which was nice. Restaurants are nearby and convenient.

This is a fantastic apartment in a very quiet and private area yet it's only ~3-5 min walk away from Rialto and the touristy parts. It's also very central to most of the interesting areas, and as first time visitors to Venice, the location couldn't have been better. There are 2 fantastic restaurants steps away, including one open until 10:30-11. Internet here is also great at ~250Mbps down, 200Mbps up. I will absolutely miss this apartment and can't wait to stay here again!

We loved our stay at this place. Close to Piazza San Marcos and lots of restaurants and local shops. Great location. The place is located in the 4th floor, but we didn't mind, because the view from the top floor was great. The host was very responsive and we enjoyed every minute of our stay.

Un logement agréable, calme, proche du centre et des transports ACTV et Alilaguna. Literie confortable. Chiara est accueillante, réactive à nos questions . Elle nous a permis de déposer nos valises le matin pour que l’on débute les visites rapidement. Nous avons passé 4 jours agréables et ravies d’avoir découvert cette ville magnifique. Logement que nous recommanderons à notre famille, amis et collègues.

Ottima esperienza ! La posizione è perfetta , l’appartamento è in ottime condizioni , molto accogliente ,molto pulito e attrezzato di tutto quanto c’è bisogno . Ottima accoglienza da parte della proprietaria ,anche molto gentile nell’omaggiarci di una bottiglia di spumante per festeggiare l’inizio del nuovo anno ! Grazie !

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Lage super. Vaporetti schnell und über nur eine Brücke erreichbar. Auch das Cafe/Bäckerei, direkt unterhalb der Wohnung war perfekt zum Frühstück. Campo Margaritha war ca. 10 Min. entfernt, dort das Cafe Rossi (sehr zu empfehlen), und Pizza to go bei "Pizza al Volo" (total lecker und günstig). Wir lernten Elena nicht persönlich kennen, aber der unkomplizierte Check in/ Checkout (nur Schlüssel und Geld für Reinigung und Kurtaxe bei der Abreise auf den Tisch gelegt und die Tür zugezogen). Sie reagierte immer sofort. Wenn wieder Venedig, sicherlich wieder in diese tolle Wohnung. Danke Elena für alles.

Thank you so much for our stay and your hospitality. Rudi was friendly, informative and easily reachable. My two young girls absolutely loved having their own room and it was within easy reach of all our exploring.

I can’t say enough great things about our time at Lisa’s air bnb in Venice! The place was absolutely perfect for our family of 4. Amazing location just far enough away from the busy areas but everything was easily walkable so we felt like we were living where the locals do. Very comfortable beds in 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. Lisa couldn’t have been nicer or more communicative the entire time. She even met us when we got off the water taxi to make sure we found the place. I will 100% be staying there again the next time we visit. We all loved it!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Nous avons été bien accueilli et l’hôte nous a aidé de façon active. Autant pour notre arrivée, pour notre départ mais aussi pour les activités et restaurants. Le loyer correspond très bien aux photos. Nous recommandons fortement.

We loved our stay at the Artist's House! Such a charming apartment in a great location - right in the middle of Venice, but nice and quiet. Everything we needed was provided for us, including an extra bed for our baby, and Katia was super helpful whenever we needed help. We made a mistake with our booking initially, and were very grateful to Katia for helping us fix it smoothly and without issue. Would love to come back to Venice, and will definitely book this apartment again if we do.

Séjour fantastique ! Mirko a été très réactif du début à la fin et a rendu notre séjour fluide et agréable. L'appartement est magnifique et idéalement situé. L'arrivée et le départ ont été très faciles et pratiques. J'y suis restée 5 jours avec mes 3 enfants et j'y reviendrai avec grand plaisir ! La baignoire à jets est un vrai plus pour se détendre le soir après une journée de marche dans Venise. Tout est assez proche à pied et le quartier vraiment sympa ! Il y a tout ce qu'il faut au pied de L'appartement: restaurants, boulangerie, marchand de glaces, pharmacie, petit supermarché....Et la résidence est très calme, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés

What a fun apartment! We are a family with 6 kids between 4-16 years old plus two parents and two grandparents. We had a great time. There were even toys and games for the kids to play with during down time. We were able to cook big family meals (sadly we also had to wash all the dishes because at the time the dishwasher was broken - this is not a deal breaker). We ate on the balcony one day. Just a great place. Stefano had great instructions and contacted us multiple times during our stay. Would recommend!

We had a lovely holiday. The bathroom (jacuzzi and sauna) is a big plus for rainy days. The location is nice with bars, restaurants and supermarkets close by. The apartment can be a little noisy and it does not get much sunlight - but this is to be expected due to the small and narrow streets in venice. Overall I would recommend staying here! :)

We loved this flat in Venice! It was super peaceful and quiet and outside of the busy and touristy centre. Great restaurants and bars close by and walkable to everything. It really felt like a peaceful oasis. I would highly recommend it and I would definitely stay there again.

Our stay at Eriks' place was great. The house was very spacious (there is actually a bigger couch than the one in the photos), had a well- equipped kitchen, and the beds are comfortable. The neighborhood is perfect for walking. The was a grocery store a few blocks away. The bus to Venice was nearby as well (tap your credit card when you get on and that is your ticket). Restaurants were nearby as well. we found parking quite easily on the street, which is not the busy. We had a great stay!

This apartment is very clean. It has all of the amenities listed and more. Lara has thought about everything you might need while traveling. She happened to be at the apartment when we arrived and was so helpful. She explained everything and made sure we had a place to park our car. There is a tobacco store right around the corner where you can buy transportation tickets to Venice and you can catch the bus right across the street from it. There is also a large grocery market directly across the street.

One of the best Airbnb experiences we have had in 15+ years. The apartment was even more spacious and lovely than we expected, and had a great view of a canal frequented by gondeliers. Even at the end of our weeklong stay when we'd seen much of the city, we still thought it was one of the best locations, a quiet residential area near a square with a grocery store, restaurants, bakery, etc. And it was easy to get around on foot or vaporetto. The apt had a functional, well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and everything else we needed. When we arrived, the host met us at the water shuttle stop and walked us to the apartment, and she was available whenever we had questions during our stay. Highly recommended, especially if you are spending more than a few days in Venice.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene nell'alloggio. Tutto come descritto e raccontato nelle altre recensioni: zona calma, appartamento ben attrezzato, comunicazione chiara seppur essenziale (non abbiamo incontrato l'host). Il bus 24 24H è vicino e comodo per andare a Venezia, ma i giorni festivi ce ne sono pochi. Guardate bene gli orari.
