Fabulous charming chalet in the hart of Kaprun, everything reachable on foot! Lovely host Andy who took care of everything and every requests. Chalet well equipped for 4/5 adults, great kitchen and equipment, stayed during Xmas week for skiing, top location .

Wer die Berge und die Natur liebt ist in Florians heimeligen und gemütlichen Haus bestens aufgehoben . Der Blick ist umwerfend. Das Haus hat einen persönlichen Charme ,gepaart mit komfortablen ,modernen Bädern und einer neuen voll ausgestatteten Küche. Die 3 Schlafzimmer sind großzügig geschnitten. Die Betten in den oberen Schlafzimmer knarzten etwas . Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Schönes großräumiges Ferienhaus in den Bergen. Mit Wandermöglichkeiten direkt ab der Haustür, oder in der nahen Umgebung. Leider für die Kinder wenig Spielmöglichkeiten. Nette Hausverwalterin. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Ort.

We hebben genoten in het Moarhaus met onze hele familie, 17 personen van 7 maanden-85 jaar. Geweldig mooi huis, verschillende skigebieden in de buurt! Verse melk van de koe kregen we gratis, heerlijke wellness in de kelder. Echt top!

Es war einfach herrlich! Wir haben unsere Familienferien mit unserem 1.5 Jahre alten Sohn sehr genossen! Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich, super ausgestattet und gross. Alles war blitzsauber. Leider haben wir den tollen Spielraum erst zwei Tage vor der Abreise entdeckt, denn der war echt toll! Dank der Wildschönau-Card konnten wir alle Gondelbahnen kostenlos benutzen. Es war wirklich toll und wir freuen uns schon auf das nächste Mal!

Ich habe die Zeit hier wirklich genossen ... alles perfekt.

Very cozy house with everything you could possibly need for a comfy stay. Wer really enjoyed our stay and snowboarded in all resorts around the area. Great. One issue we found that it was not easy to understand how to actually recycle everything, instructions could be clearer.

Super liebe Vermieterin, die immer schnell geantwortet hat. Das Haus war ein Traum, alles da was man sich nur vorstellen kann, top ausgestattet, super sauber - der schönste Skiurlaub den wir je hatten!

We had an amazing stay at Alexia's chalet. It gives a very homely and comfortable feeling. The space was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, creating a truly welcoming atmosphere. everything we needed was readily available. Alexia was an excellent host, communicating promptly and ensuring that we had everything we needed during our stay. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the surrounding area while still providing a peaceful retreat to return to. The comfortable beds and cozy living spaces made us feel right at home, and we particularly appreciated the attention to detail throughout the property. We would highly recommend Alexia's chalet to anyone looking for a relaxing skiing getaway, and we're already looking forward to returning in the future.

The house is brand new and fully equipped. There is a large common space downstairs and cosy bedrooms upstairs. The ski lifts are located within a short walk, on the other side of the street. We enjoyed sauna after the day on the slopes. The ski room has a dryer for the boots/gloves. We had a perfect stay with a group of friends last week ;)

We stayed for a week in August (2 adults and 4 children). The house is excellent, very spacious and well equipped with amazing views across to the mountains from the main floor which includes the living areas and master bedroom. The pool is an added bonus and a good size. The location is great with many activities just a 5-10 mins drive away. Manuela was a wonderful host and we had a really enjoyable holiday. We would definitely recommend a stay here.

Der Urlaub in diesem Haus war einfach perfekt. Das Wohnambiente inkl. Sauna sucht seinesgleichen und die Wege zum Lift, den Restaurants und zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten kurz. Die Organisation von Claudia, als auch die Kommunikation mit ihr sind tadellos. Sehr gerne wieder...

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt bei Nicole sehr genossen, besonders die traumhafte Lage! Das Haus ist wunderschön und außergewöhnlich. Ideal für Skiurlaub. Mittelstation fußläufig erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We felt at home as soon as we walked into this beautiful chalet. The photos don’t do it justice. Really comfortable for 6 adults and 6 children. Gorgeous views, easy access to amazing skiing, powerful showers, a wonderfully big sociable dining table and comfortable beds to end your day. To top it a really helpful host who was quick to respond to my questions. What more could you ask for, Thanks Clémence!

An amazing house with every detail thoughtfully considered. Impeccably clean. The host was always available and responsive. If we return to Austria, we will definitely stay here again. We were traveling with 3 children, and there was plenty of space for everyone. The view deserves a special mention—it’s absolutely stunning!
