Zell am See District : locations de maisons de vacances

Unser Aufenthalt war für uns 8 super. Wir fanden die Unterkunft gemütlich & haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. Harald war sehr nett, entspannt und hat uns gute Empfehlungen für die Gegend gegeben. Für unseren 3-tägigen Mini-Skiurlaub war es zudem echt voll in Ordnung, dass der nächstes Skilift in Scheffau (schönes Skigebiet) nur ca. 30min entfernt war. Wir freuen uns, wenn wir nächstes Jahr wieder kommen können. Harald's Bleibe ist aus meiner/unserer Sicht sehr zu empfehlen. Liebe Grüße, Konstanze

We had an amazing time at the chalet! The value for the place was fantastic. We especially enjoyed the swimming pool and sauna and hot tub. Every room was in pristine condition and we were grateful for all of us to have our own bathrooms. The beds are firm but comfortable. There was no snow when we stayed however the fall leaves were absolutely stunning to see. Would love to stay there again during ski season!

Andrea und Marc waren ausgezeichnete Gastgeber und haben ein außergewöhnliches Kleinod geschaffen. Das historische Haus ist hochwertig restauriert worden und auch der Außenbereich mit Schwimmteich, Sonnenterrasse und verschiedenen Sitzplätzen ist wunderschön angelegt. Der Innenbereich ist super gemütlich, wunderschön dekoriert und ist bestens ausgestattet. Wir hatten unvergessliche Tage!

Op een fantastische plek tegen de bergwand gelegen comfortabel huis. Ideaal voor onze samenstelling van 2 gezinnen. Zowel Zell am See, Kaprun als Saalbach goed te bereiken. Goede en vriendelijke ontvangst van Sandra ondanks de wat afwijkende aankomsttijd met duidelijke instructies. Zeker een aanrader!

Nicely located, quiet area, very nice and spacious apartment. Communication with the owner was super smooth. We stayed at the property with 4 kids and they really enjoyed staying at the farm with plenty of animals around. Quite some activities within 30min drive (summer) and skilifts in less than 5min. We'd really recommend staying at this place.

Wir waren mit insgesamt 11 Personen im Haus! 3 Generationen und Hund! Ein wirklich netter Vermieter, superschnelle Antworten und Dinge, die wir als Anregung mitgegeben haben, wird er umsetzen! Jederzeit wieder, soviel Platz, dass man sich ungestört mal zurückziehen konnte, um Ruhe zu finden! Geräumiges großes Wohnzimmer für die Abende, viele Fernsehprogramme etc.! Das war für diesen Preis nicht zu toppen! Genügend Parkplätze vorhanden und sehr gepflegtes Grundstück! TOP

We traveled with two families for a week’s ski holiday and as there was just 9 of us we had ample of space. The bedrooms are very spacious and the beds are very comfortable. There are lots of bathrooms and toilets so getting ready in the morning was easy. The sauna was much appreciated by all after a full day of skiing. There is a great boot room with a heated cupboard to keep your boots and your ski clothes nice and warm over night. Really great touch. The shared spaces are really cosy and comfy. Plenty of space for kids and grownups to have their own space for chilling and socialising. The kitchen is great for cooking and we ended up staying in most nights even if there are a lot of great eating options nearby. The location is superb with a short walk to the gondola. Skiing at the resort is fantastic and is well catered for kids and families. We have no hesitation in recommending this place for any family or group of friends.

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Een leuk chaletje om te verblijven. Je hebt alles wat je nodig hebt. Wij waren er om te skiën. Dus dat was op loopafstand. Ook om tegenwoordig met de oudere kinderen nog te après-skiën. Mooi uitzicht vanaf het balkonnetje om nog lekker in de zon na te genieten.

Perfect place to stay in for a Kitzbühel ski trip! We loved the chalet, hot tub, sauna, and proximity to the slopes (7 min drive). 10/10 recommend. Thank you for the wonderful stay Magdalena! 😊

Beautiful, well-furnished house with everything we needed for a long weekend.

Irmgard's house Is really beautiful and comfortable, and even more than necessary equipped. They also provided us with some useful information about the surroundings that we really appreciated to plan everyday activities. Everything was perfect there and we really enjoyed our stay.

De ruimte was zoals te zien op de foto’s. Genoeg voorzieningen voor een weekje skiën. Prachtig balkon met mooi uitzicht op de bergen. De parkeerplaats was zeker ook een pluspunt voor de auto waarmee we telkens naar de skistations reden in de ochtend.

Wir waren 13 Freunde, die eine Woche in der Unterkunft gelebt haben und einen sehr schönen Skiurlaub dort hatten. Nicht weit von der Unterkunft entfernt, fahren die Skibusse ab. Man hat mehrere Skigebiete in direkter Umgebung und auch eine sehr coole Rodelstrecke! Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind schnell zu erreichen. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Nur der große Esstisch war für 13 Personen eher kuschelig. Aber das war kein Problem für uns. Der Kontakt war immer sehr nett, sowohl vor Ort als auch zu den Vermietern. Wir hatten schöne Tage hier und würden wieder kommen! :)

Wir waren mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden, die Unterkunft bietet viel Platz und alles was man braucht, ist in dem Haus vorhanden. Wir waren jetzt zweites Mal dort und wir waren wieder super zufrieden. Vielen lieben Dank! Bohuslav

Mooi, ruim en comfortabel huis. De prijs meer dan waard. Met de hele familie (8 volwassenen en 5 kinderen) verbleven. Genoeg plek en privacy.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage, viel Platz, sehr geräumig. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin!

Everything was perfect! Christine was friendly, accommodating, and communicative. The house was spacious, clean, and well equipped. A few good ski areas 15 min away. Saalbach a tad bit further (but better). Greatly recommend!

My family and I, we had a great time at Kitzbüle! The chalet was very cozy and with a great location. Super close to the city center and supermarkets and stores around. Emma was very nice and helped me every time we needed. 100% we are coming back Than you

This is our second stay at this Airbnb and we specifically chose it because we had such a great time last year. It is a very short drive to the ski resort and in a quiet area. It is very clean and has high end finishes, with plenty of room for our family of four and our dog. We had everything we needed to cook meals at the house and it is only a few minutes drive to the grocery stores and small town. We love staying here and hope to be back again!

Great host, wonderful unit, and amazing location!

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit hervorragender Ausstattung. Das Haus liegt zwar nicht direkt am Skigebiet, was für uns aber kein Problem war, da wir ohnehin die verschiedenen Gebiete der Umgebung ausprobieren wollten und dafür unseren Wagen nutzen konnten. Das Haus hat wirklich alles, was man braucht und ist sehr gemütlich. Die Kommunikation mit Jean-Christophe war sehr einfach. Wir kommen gern wieder.
