The pictures actually don’t do justice to this beautiful property. We had two weeks here, as two families and we had absolutely everything we needed for a restful happy holiday. The views are out of this world. The peace is incredible. The farmhouse has a gracious rustic charm and the pool is so inviting. Pier kept in touch with us so well and is very responsive -if you get a chance tour the winery and eat at the restaurant it’s fantastic. Its located down a long bumpy track so go slowly but its worth the travel!!! 5 stars in every way!!!

We had a fantastic time! Trevigiano is a hidden gem just outside Rome and the apartment as well. 3 large bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a spacious kitchen. The balcony has a great view. Pietro is a great and attentive host. We will be back

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare per motivi di lavoro in questo incantevole alloggio nel cuore del borgo di Sant’Oreste, in provincia di Roma. La mia esperienza è stata estremamente positiva e mi sento di raccomandarlo a chiunque cerchi un luogo molto carino, caldo e accogliente. L’alloggio è situato nel cuore del borgo di Sant’Oreste, rendendolo perfetto per esplorare questo borgo antico. Ristoranti, negozi e attrazioni locali sono raggiungibili a piedi. L’alloggio è incastonato in un edificio storico e all'interno è stato completamente ristrutturato, l’atmosfera è calda e accogliente. Lontano dal trambusto e lo smog della città, questo alloggio è ideale per chi vuole rilassarsi e respirare aria pulita. Tuttavia, è importante notare che per raggiungere l’alloggio bisogna fare delle scale. Questo potrebbe essere un problema per persone con difficoltà motorie o non deambulanti. Agostino si è dimostrato un proprietario molto attento e disponibile per ogni esigenza.

Mario and his daughter Francesca are wonderful hosts with the most amazing property in Umbra! We were a big group of 18 friends, and Villa Mari was the perfect place for us because it is comfortable, stunning and has the fasilities for a big group who wants independency. Mario was easily in reach at any time if we had any problems. The property lies besides two other houses, but it feels very private and like you are all alone on the hill side. I cannot describe how beautiful the nature is, and the villa is also even better than in the pictures. Thank you very, very much Mario and Francesca! We hope to see you again:-)

Ottima posizione, bellissimo appartamento arredato con stile. Caldo, accogliente, fornito di tutti i servizi necessari. Montefalco è un borgo splendido. Vicinissimi diversi altri borghi magici, facilmente raggiungibili in macchina. Se proprio dobbiamo aggiungere degli appunti, consiglierei un nuovo servizio di pentole e padelle. In breve: Consiglio vivamente a chiunque voglia passare qualche giorno di relax e comfort

Die Gastgeber vor Ort waren sehr Aufmerksam und Hilfsbereit - vielen Dank. Der Ort ist wunderschön und eher abgelegen - viele lohnenswerte Ausflugsziele in Autodistanz. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt im Haus, aller nötige Komfort vorhanden. Der Schwimmteich ist auch im Hochsommer noch frisch. Alles in allem ein wunderbarer Ort zum ankommen und ausspannen - Wir danken für die einzigartigen Ferien!

This is a wonderful cottage. It is SO beautiful. One of the things that I liked most about it was how quiet and peaceful it was. I particularly noticed this one morning when my wife and I were having breakfast, looking across the picturesque view of the valley and landscape. As we watched a flock of birds pass by, probably 1000 yards away, we heard a soft slapping sound. We realized that we were hearing the birds flap their wings. From partway across the valley. At night, you could hear the leaves fall. It is amazing how at peace and calm you feel when there is no background noise. It was magical. The house was beautiful too. It looks exactly like the pictures. I hope we get to return someday. The one downside is that this rental is far from restaurants. If you want to go out to eat in the evenings, there are two pizza places in Guardea (about 10 minutes away) and one restaurant near the train station in Alvianio (about 20 min away). That's it. Other dining options are 30+ min away.

Gorgeous house with a huge back garden that opens up to a panoramic view of the lake and spectacular sunrises worth waking up at 6am for. The house was clean, comfortable, well decorated, had good ventilation (A/c) and spacious living areas. All amenities were provided including those essentials ; coffee machine, laundry facilities, TV, decent Wifi and driveway parking. It very much feels like a family home. It is well positioned, located within a short walking distance from the Lake also giving you easy access restaurants and water sport activities . There's a little pathway at the bottom of the garden that leads you there. As well as a view of the lake from the back garden, you also get a bonus view of the Orsini-Odescalchi castle from the front of the house. Host was lovely,accomodating and super responsive. Couldn't have hoped for anything better. Even the mosquitoes were kinder.
