Our stay at Rebeca’s place was perfect. It is located within walking distance to everything in town, which was great as we didn’t have a car. The 3 ac units make the apartment very comfortable and even cold. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to everyone.

We had a great stay overall! The place is clean and nice, and Andrea gave us very clear instructions. Andrea is super helpful and kind — she gave us lots of recommendations for food, tours, and places to visit, and always responded quickly. She also helped us call a taxi when we needed it, which we really appreciated since Uber is hard to get in this area and we don’t speak Spanish. The only downside is that the internet connection wasn’t very stable. It worked fine for basic browsing and using our phones, but it wasn’t strong enough for things like a video interview (which I happened to have that night ). Also, the location is a bit remote, so it’s best if your tour includes transportation.

la casa es en un condominio oriental, con guardia a la entrada, entonce muy tranquilo y seguro, la casita muy cómoda y limpia. Alrededor no es super, lotes vacíos y alguno en construcción, pero la cosa más importante es la casa.

This is a treasure place, highly recommended! If you need help about the itinerary and transportation, you can ask Reyna directly, she & her husband are very nice and willing to help. The location of the house is very good, you can reach the supermarket in 3 min on foot, and downtown is in 10 min! The room is very clean and fully furnished. We’re happy to find this lovely place.

This place is perfect walking distance for all La Fortuna experiences and restaurants. A/C worked well which was much needed. Only side note is you will hear hosts cats fight every night but there is a winner fast so not a big deal :P

I enjoyed my stay here in LaFortuna! Alvaro's place was conveniently located, secure and clean. As a single woman traveling alone, I felt very safe. Alvaro was very thoughtful and responsive to my questions. I highly recommend staying at Villas las Palmas!

Gabrielas apartment is really nice. It looks even more beautiful in real life. The house is beautifully furnished and very clean and sweetly decorated. Gabriela was available online at all times, always very friendly and helpful. You actually look out onto the volcano from the balcony and can contemplate its beauty every day. The road is quite busy but that didn't bother us too much. I would stay in the apartment again at any time.

The location of this place was great work so much easily walkable nearby. It's right in the middle of town, without feeling like you're in the middle of town.

Absolutely a fantastic highlight to our trip. We loved our days with the views, outdoor kitchen, the pool and the whole place. My family has already been asking when we can come back. It’s a magical spot of heaven! Nice work in creating an experience. I also love the alarm and the gate. Made my whole family feel super safe.

Marvelous, location and easy access to local activities. Easy to find and secure. This was the most beautiful physical building I have ever stayed. Complete open doors/windows provides an unusual experience not ever duplicated. Our family of seven (4adults and 3 kids) loved it! Washer and dryer too! Difficult to describe just how wonderful this is! Highest recommendation!

Wij hadden het blauwe huisje en het was ruim met een eigen keukentje. Het bed was fijn en alles was schoon. Fijn dat er een zwembad was om even te relaxen. We misten buiten een tafel en 2 stoelen en dat heb ik aangegeven. Er was een snelle reactie dat ze dat aankomende week jn orde gaan maken. De communicatie is prima en snel. Buiten is er een grote keuken met alles wat je nodig hebt dus je kan makkelijk koken als je dat zou willen. Ik zou hier zeker nog een keer verblijven!

We loved our stay! The property is beautiful and private, a serene hideaway in the rainforest while being close to La Fortuna attractions. We arrived later than expected and had to find the house at night, which was tricky. A helpful tip if you’re in the same situation: look for the driveway immediately after the bus stop on the left. The house was spotless, easily the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. It was well-stocked with everything we could need, including a Christmas tree! While the lack of rugs or wall coverings made it a bit echoey and sparse, it stayed wonderfully cool. The outdoor area was a highlight, with a fantastic space and a large table for dining al fresco. The pool was excellent and watching the wildlife was a treat, we even saw the sloth! One thing to note is the few friendly dogs who hung out around the property and marked the porch. While they weren’t aggressive, it’s worth mentioning for future guests. Overall, this was a fantastic place!

Conveniently located, very walkable to stores and restaurants. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed.

The location was safe and gated. There was a hiccup initially as we were provided instructions to access the wrong lockbox and we should have accessed a second lockbox. The house is 2 down from GPS look for solid silver gate. The place was as described and shown in the photos. There was a minor leak from the roof to the outside of the bathroom on the second floor. The a/c in the house was great and there was a unit in each bedroom. We also scheduled massages with the host. The ladies who arrived worked out all our aches from the many hikes we had from our adventures! Highly recommend!! We also did our laundry at the house there was a washer, dryer and detergent. Everything we needed including dishes, silverware, cups, soap, etc. There are some minor street noise from rowdy cars late night. There is a convenient store thats walkable near by. We were 10-20 minutes from all the major attractions. We would stay here if we ever visit La Fortuna again!

Jason is an amazing host. He is incredibly responsive, helpful and friendly. Any questions we had about the house were answered promptly and clearly. He made great restaurant recommendations and booked two amazing activities for us: The Sloth Territory and Arenal Rafting Company. The house is also amazing. Clean and comfortable. Peaceful and private with great views of Arenal. We had coffee on the front porch everyone morning and it was like we were sitting in a bird sanctuary. We didn’t want to stay in La Fortuna so this was the perfect location for us. It is an easy drive into La Fortuna. We hope to be back on Costa Rica soon and if we are visiting La Fortuna we will definitely stay at Jason’s again.

Where can I start....This is my first time to La Fortuna and we had a great vacation with the help of Gregory. Gregory's is a great host and his property is one of a kind which suits well for La Fortuna environment with lot of nature to enjoy inside his property. He helped in almost everything including recommending a nice Chef Gabriel.

El apartamento fue perfecto para nuestra estadía, estaba implecable, muy bien equipado. Linda vista. Muy buena ubicación cerca de restaurantes y cerca de Puerto San Luis con muchas actividades en el lago.

Awesome place with beautiful views. Restaurant downstairs has excellent food and drinks.

The cloud forest is beautiful and this place is too. I recommend having them make you breakfast, good and easy, and much less expensive than other options in town. Go on a night tour if you can! They can book tours for you, which is nice and convenient. My only complaint was it was unusually hot during our stay and there was no AC or screens on the doors to open them up. I don’t think this is typically a problem here though. All in all fun and adventurous especially the roads but got used to them quickly!

This house was absolutely amazing! The location is perfect, with stunning volcano views that exceeded all our expectations. The house was cozy, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a great stay. The hosts were fantastic—super friendly and attentive. Highly recommend this place for an unforgettable getaway!

This is a great location on the Cajon Ridge of Grecia. It's very close to a bus stop and there's a small store just down the road a bit. The weather was perfect for us at this higher elevation, always a nice breeze and we enjoyed hours and hours of sitting on the deck and taking in the view. Beautiful! Marisa was extremely responsive as well as the property managers Jenny and Tim. We loved our month there and would definitely go back!
