المسكن جميل جدا وقريب من تقسيم والمنطقة مليانة خدمات وتحتك صيدلية وقهوة ميلانو وتقسيم في الشارع المقابل والسيارة توقف عند الباب مافيه صعود ولا نزول والشارع سريع وفيه حراسات وبوابات والدخول بالبطاقة

We spent five nights in the apartment in the middle of February during a big snow storm period in Istanbul. Unfortunately the boiler kept going out but Ram was quick to fix it and communicated well with us throughout. We had a small misunderstanding on the airport transfer fee which is 60€ per trip and not 60€ for both ways. The apartment was exactly as described and we enjoyed our stay a lot. Thanks again

El lugar es muy bonito, con amenidades suficientes para una buena estadía, está a solo 6 minutos de la torre de galata caminando, también muy cerca del metro y tranvía. Muy recomendable en época de invierno ya que tiene un buen sistema de calefacción. Se escuchaban las pisadas y sonidos del piso de arriba es algo que se podría mejorar (nada grave). Great apartment for a group of 7 people, plenty of space, interesting view, big windows. Located close to many bus stations, you can get very easily to Taksim Square, about 30 minutes by bus and 15 minutes by car. Very important in a place like Istanbul is the free parking spot under the building. Our host was very nice, communicative and she understood our need of a late checkout. The only minus is the noise from the highway, which is really close to the building, but it’s not a problem during the night, we were not disturbed by that.

Enes war ein sehr guter Gastgeber, die Ausstattung war kein Luxus aber völlig in Ordnung, top Lage, schöner kleiner Vorgarten und Garten zum Spielen für Kinder, kostenlose Versorgung mit Trinkwasser ( 20l Behälter), im Allgemeinen sehr zufrieden und wir freuen uns aufs nächste Mal

Emre bey inanılmaz yardımcı oldu neye ihtiyacımız olacağını vs herşeyi düşünmüştü. Kesinlikle ama kesinlikle arkadaşlarımızla tekrar gelmek istiyoruz. Ev fotoğraflardakinden dahada güzel akşam, sabah , öğle günün her dönemi çok güzel ve evde herşey düşünülmüştü. Misafirperliğiniz için çok teşekkür ederiz.

Ben normalde başka bir yere rezervasyon yapmıştım. Ancak ev sahibi benimle temasa geçmediği için rezervasyonumu iptal edip son dakikada Barış beyin evini rezerve ettim. Kendisi benimle hemen temasa geçerek bir çok tavsiyede ve öneride bulundu. Çok samimi ve içten davrandı. Evinde kendi evimdeymişim gibi konakladım. Harika bir ev sahibi. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Kendisine de teşekkür ederim.

Excellent villa very nice location. We enjoyed wonderful 2 weeks vacation. Highly recommended.

Nice stay and close to Mall of Istanbul. Also very convenient as it’s not more than 30mins to get or go to the Airport.

The apartment was great. It’s located in the perfect place. Taksim square is about a 15 min walk away and the old Istanbul is a 15 minute drive away. Our stay was wonderful and we would recommend this stay to others. If I ever come back to Istanbul, I will reach out to Adam.

We had a good stay in Muhammed’s apartment, very clean and tidy. The neighbourhood had many amenities and places to eat. Would highly recommend

Классный жилой комплекс (большой бассейн, спортзал и магазинчик прямо в нём). Уютная, чистая и тихая квартира (шум от улицы почти не слышен даже при открытых окнах). Все очень понравилось и оказалось лучше наших ожиданий. Хозяйка очень отзывчива и оперативно помогала во всех наших вопросах.
