The place was fantastic! Great location, very cozy, conveniently located, close to all that Balat has to offer. Ișil, was amazing 👏! she met us on the first day, did a detailed walk through of the space, showed us around the neighborhood, and was available for any of our questions while we stayed at her gorgeous space. she even helped us with unstanding local transportation. Would absolutely stay again. Communication was second to none. Thank you, thank you!

Alles war sehr hochwertig mit moderner, technischer Ausrüstung und klassischen Möbeln, alles, was man brauchte, war vorhanden, aber es war, als wenn man in einer anderen Zeit wohnen würde. Mitten im schönsten Teil von Balat, wo die bunten Häuser stehen. Nach einem anstrengenden Tag in der Menge von Istanbul, war es immer wie eine Zuflucht, in der man sich gemütlich und sicher zurücklehnen konnte. Vielen Dank für dieses wunderbare Angebot in Istanbul wohnen zu können. Wir können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und freuen uns wiederzukommen. Meinolf und Ulrike

Gia a vedersi sembrava perfetta, ma nella realtà lo è stato ancora di più, ha decisamente superato le nostre aspettative!La casa è stupenda, grande, pulitissima, curata nei minimi dettagli. La cucina è dotata di ogni cosa che ti possa servire per sentirti come a casa e anche di più,il bagno è perfetto, doccia ottima, acqua calda senza problemi, camera da letto dotata di ogni confort, aria condizionata sia nel salone che nella camera da letto, lavatrice, stendino, asciugamani, saponi. Nel salone c’è una grande tv. Tutta la casa è super luminosa, è divisa su due piani. La zona circostante è molto tranquilla, un bel posto, sicuro e piacevole, c’è un centro commerciale vicinissimo con caffè, ristoranti, atm, supermercato, ogni cosa di cui potresti aver bisogno. C’è un piccolo spazio esterno confortevole. È facile trovare mezzi di trasporto e taxi. L’host è gentile e disponibile. Ti verrà voglia di vivere in questa casa, non perdere altro tempo, per noi sarà sempre nel nostro cuore. Grazie

very big size apartment in a convenient place to see all tourist attractions using trams or buses from Yusufpasa. Host is extremely responsive, any time of the day. they even went above and beyond to bring us a new microwave oven to suit our needs. Overall, a very pleasant stay in this apartment, will definitely recommend this place.

We were so happy here. The place is comfortable, spacious, and thoughtfully appointed. Location in Balat is steps away from cafes, restaurants, and shops. Really felt like we were part of the neighborhood. Highly recommend Riza's home.

Thank you Mamati for such a wonderful stay ! We were so lucky to visit in the snow. The house was cosy and the view from the terrace and windows was amazing. The house has loads of character and everything you need. The area had a power cut on one of the days. mamati was really helpful and responsive and the power was back on the next day. We had a wonderful time in this house, it felt homely and cosy. As it is winter, it was always warm inside and comfortable. There were lots of children playing in the streets which was lovely, as they became friends with our son. Also lots of cats roaming around, which our son also loved. Oskan’s niece, Merve, hosted us and she was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout our trip. A beautiful house, in a full of life part of the city!

The apartment was great but the WiFi connection wasn’t good. But everything else was perfect

I really loved this place. This was the best unit that I had rented in Istanbul, and I have been going annually for a while, so I have experienced various units. Where the other units were also very nice, this location was the best and the view of the Marmara Sea was very nice. Although I was there in January, the weather was nice and one of my last afternoons at the unit, I had ordered lunch for delivery and had it on the balcony with the view of the Marmara Sea. The rooms were very spacious, and the kitchen was large and had everything you could want. The only thing is that since the build is older, there was no elevator, but the unit is only on the third floor, so this wasn't an issue. Rasul's brother-in-law helped me with bringing up my luggage, so after that, it was easy to get out and back. The location is perfect, about an 8-minute walk to the Marmaray Train station which connects you to everywhere you want to go. I actually miss being there, I can't say enough.

Best choice for this price, self check-in, host is always online and helps whatever you ask for, he is very friendly and kind. Location acceptable, not so far from public transport.

Дуже сподобалося проживання! Господар ввічливий і завжди на зв’язку, готовий допомогти та йде назустріч у будь-яких питаннях. У квартирі є все необхідне для комфортного проживання, зручні меблі, побутова техніка, посуд та швидкий Wi-Fi. Квартира затишна, все як на фото, все чисто та охайно. Все пройшло чудово, залишилися лише приємні враження. Рекомендую!

Emre Bey'in evinde 3 defa konaklama fırsatı buldum ve gerek kendisinden gerek evinden çok memnunum. Kendi evinizdeymiş gibi hissedeceğiniz bir yer. İhtiyaçlarınız konusunda daima yardımcı oluyor ve mesajlara hızlı bir şekilde yanıt veriyor. Kesinlikle tercih edilebilir.

Everything was great :) Nagehan was very helpful every time we had something to ask. And responded literally in seconds to our messages. Check-in and check-out were easy and convenient. Apartment was spacious, cozy, quiet. Lots of grocery stores nearby. Close to public transportation

Great detailed thinking, we stayed for a week and they thought about every single thing that anybody needed to stay. We saw comments about insect issues but faced nothing. Thanks for the cozy vibe.

Sian is wonderful host and responded for all my questions. He arranged airport pickup and drop off for our entire group with 18 pieces of luggage big and small, that was very helpful and worry free. His father welcomed us when we arrived and gave a send off when we left and helped us to move luggage in the lift up and down. A very nice gentleman. We had a very pleasant and homely stay at Siam’s place and I recommend this place for anyone. It is walkable to groceries, shopping, Bus and tram line. Thank you Sian for being wonderful host.

Furkan tuvo mucha paciencia, llegamos de noche y nos tardamos más tiempo del que le dijimos y nos esperó. Nos ayudo a cambiar los euros por liras turcas y nos recomendó lugares turísticos para visitar. Mi motivo del viaje fue una cirugía y él se preocupó por mi salud, incluso nos envió postres de regalo. Nos hacía falta una sartén más grande para cocinar y de inmediato envio una nueva al airbnb. Lo elegiríamos otra ves sin duda, el mejor anfitrión.

Öncelikle ev çok güzel, konumu çok iyiydi. Ev sahibi çok dost canlısı ve ilgiliydi. Evde her türlü ihtiyacınızı bulabilirsiniz. Ev çok rahat, geniş salon; geniş ve kullanışlı odaları mevcut. Dolaplar çarşaf ve havlularla doluydu. Otopark var ancak kötü konumlandırılmış bu yüzden 1-2 araç ancak bırakılabilir. İnterneti biraz zayıf, bağlantı sorunu var ancak günlük işler için yeterliydi. Enteresan bir şekilde evde yerel operatörlere bağlı cep telefonu çekmiyordu. Her ne kadar bu evde yeniden konaklarım desem de temizlik için aldığı yardımcının daha sıkı denetlenmesi gerek; biz yeniden temizliğini yapmak durumunda kaldık
