Appartement bien entretenu et décoré avec soin. on s'y sent tout de suite bien. lumineux. Parfait pour une famille de 4. Le quartier est vraiment super et proche de Ximen MRT à pied. je ne peux que conseiller. W a été réactif et amical. Si nous revenons à Taipei c'est ici que nous voudrions revenir.

We had a wonderful stay in Taipei and I can’t believe how conveniently located this place was! Super easy access to the MRT, you can get anywhere in Taipei within a few train stops. Right if Yongkang street which has endless food options and just a few min away from Da’an park for a breath of fresh air. The host was extremely friendly and responsive, which made our stay extra special

As described. The accommodation is in a relatively quiet area, and no noise was noticeable from the neighboring rooms. The beds offer both a softer and a firmer mattress, allowing guests to choose the option that best suits their comfort.

Maggie's place was an amazing stay. It had all the amenities to make it your own little home while overseas. The room and bedsheets felt clean and comfortable. Maggie was also a great host, she was really responsive despite us contacting her at night.

Great Stay with Minor Inconveniences 1. The Airbnb is conveniently located near Ximen Station, yet it remains quiet at night. 2. As mentioned by other guests, the unit is spread across two levels—12 and 13. The elevator only goes up to level 12, and level 13 is accessible via stairs. 3. The space comfortably accommodated our group of 10, with plenty of extra beds available, making it suitable for even larger groups. 4. The only downside was the bathroom on level 12, which frequently got clogged despite us not flushing any trash or toilet paper. However, the owner was very responsive and helped unclog it whenever needed. Fortunately, with three bathrooms in total, we had alternatives. Overall, it was a pleasant stay! The unit was well-equipped with drinking water and other amenities, making it a comfortable choice for our trip. Plus point, the washing machine at level 12's room also has dryer functions.

房间干净整洁宽敞，准备了简单的厨房用品也够用（唯一不太方便的就是浴缸的槛有点高）；wifi 信号非常棒！ 房东人很好，回复很快。有问题也能及时处理； 房间位置很好，距离捷运站比较近，也有直达的机场大巴，去景点都很方便。楼下就有便利店，餐饮也很丰富。

I stayed at Kumiko's for 4 days with my family and we all had a great time. The location is very convenient. The MRT is right at its doorstep, it's also surrounded with nice cafes and restaurants as well as shops and department stores. It's also walking distance to Ximending night market or a short trip via MRT. Kumiko is helpful and responds quickly to my messages. Her place is big, quiet and clean. I highly recommend staying at her place! Thanks Kumiko 😊

I highly recommend this airbnb stay! Perfect for small family or friends! My family and I really enjoyed our stay! We have no regrets of choosing this place in aribnb. We are so thankful for having our host- Mike. He was very kind, polite & accommodating! He is very fluent in English thats why we dont have any hard time communicating. The place was also secured & very calming! The neighborhood was quiet as well. The place was really spacious! Its all complete especially the amenities. The kitchen is complete with utensils. The bathroom was so nice! Its has heater and theres already soap and towels to use. There’s also a washing machine. The loft was so nice. The beds are all comfortable. The wifi signal was strong too! The best part of our staycation is that its close proximity to night market and establishments and walking distance from MRT Ximen station, very accessible to the market- everything you need especially food its all near your staycation area! Will definitely come back

Great studio apartment in the heart of Taipei city. 3 min walk from the Taipei main station exit (but about 10-15min from the MRT, sheltered walk). Place was clean and well equipped, had everything we needed for a 2-night stay. Check-in instructions were very clear as well. Overall a great place to stay, would recommend!

I had a fantastic week staying in this cozy apartment in the lively Ximen district. The location is perfect - easily accessible and close to everything, making it a great base to explore the city. The apartment itself felt like home right away, with everything you might need for a comfortable stay, including washer and good internet. The hosts were incredibly friendly and responsive, which made the experience even better. Overall, a great place to stay in Taipei, and I’d definitely recommend it!

Alojamiento estupendo para unos días en Taipei. La ubicación es excelente, en pleno corazón de Ximending (5 min caminando de la parte peatonal y del metro), está rodeado de comercios, restaurantes y supermercados. El acceso fue muy sencillo y Guao siempre estuvo atento, respondiendo rápido a todas las preguntas. La casa es pequeña, pero ideal para 2 personas, incluso pudimos cocinar sin problemas. Muy buena opción en relación calidad-precio para Taipei.

the place is roomy and spotless. the location is wonderful. Daan Park, Flower market, Jade market, many good restaurants and gift shops within walk. 3 Subway lines and multiple bus lines are reachable by foot, say 5-8 minutes. Ola is very responsive, she helped us to book the taxi for our early flight. We had great time staying at Ola's place, highly recommended.

Newly renovated room. Nina is a great host and always easy to be contacted. She replied less than 10 minutes which great. Definstely will comeback again

Thank you for a wonderful stay. The place looked exactly the same as the photos. It was clean, comfortable and cosy.. The location is extremely convenient and makes it easy to get to anywhere plus it feels safe. There’s our favourite 7-11 just downstairs and many famous food along the street. Would be great to have a little more or bigger bins so that we can dispose rubbish when we packed the food back. It’s such a nice home stay that we don’t want to ruin it and keep it clean for future guests too :)

I use Airbnb a lot but this one was special. Alison always helped me out with any issue I had. Since I stayed at his place for 3 month, I wanted to feel at home and I absolutely did. For example I’m used to softer beds as they are common in Germany and the mattress was a bit harder. I ask if he maybe has a topper or something and he immediately ORDERED one for me. I’ve never ever expected that. Everything was perfectly fine. Also the area was really nice and it has a lot of little restaurants and so on, because it’s located near medical university. I loved my stay! Thank you Alison 🫶

The place location is near the famous Ximending, and Taipei main station so its convenient to commute (2-3 stops via bus). The place is located near a bus stop about 3mins walk.

The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. One of the highlights was the stunning view of Taipei 101, which made our stay even more memorable. We had a group of 8 and had an amazing stay. The location is unbeatable—right in the middle of Ximending, with food and shopping just steps away. Despite being in such a lively area, the unit was quiet and provided a comfortable space to relax after a day of exploring. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped to accommodate all of us comfortably. Check-in was seamless, and the host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. 除了床对180cm的大男生有点短，其他一切都很是非常优秀的住宿体验。

房東非常親切，房源跟照片一模一樣！走路1分鐘就有7-11很方便，5分鐘就可以抵達古亭捷運站，不用擔心交通的問題。另外雖然房源是新的，本來擔心會有新房子比較刺鼻的味道，結果完全沒有～～房東還有提供空氣清淨機及擴香，味道也很喜歡！整理設計跟擺設都非常舒服，尤其有客廳跟廚房可以自由運用，cp值非常非常高！！
