Fue un lugar excelente para mi familia y para mi, Agradezco la confianza y todas las facilidades que nos dieron, desde el agua, bolsas de basura, condimentos, trastes, toallas para alberca etc, Muchas grcias por confiarnos su departamento , con gusto volveria a regresar¡¡¡

Sin duda alguna , mi experiencia superó por mucho mi expectativa, un lugar muy limpio y cómodo, con una excelente ubicación con seguridad y privacidad. El trato del anfitrión impecable!!! siempre estuvo al pendendiente de nuestra estancia. Este lugar se convertirá en opción número 1 cuando vaya a Ixtapa

Our family of 7 had great time at Oscar’s place. There was enough room for everyone. The location is great and very safe. The villa was as described.

Celia was a wonderful host as well! She gathered the guests a few nights during my stay for happy hour! She made everyone feel right at home and encouraged us to meet one another! Fantastic!

Excelente estancia, todo muy cerca, las camionetas de transporte público pasaban a la entrada del fraccionamiento y nos dejaban en el centro de Ixtapa y Zihuatanejo, nos desplazamos Sin ningún problema hacia cualquier playa, desde la llegada nos recibieron como en casa, todas las amenidades básicas muy bien, la alberca se puede utilizar de 9 am a 9 pm y muy limpia y solita para nosotros. Me encantó! Lo recomiendo 👌🏼

To say I didn’t want to leave that view would be an understatement!! The condo was clean, close to great restaurants and beaches. The taxi driver had a difficult time locating the condo but we eventually found it!

Nuestra estancia en esta casa fue excelente. Pasamos 4 días y 3 noches en un espacio acogedor, bien cuidado y con todas las comodidades necesarias para sentirnos como en casa. Desde el primer momento, la anfitriona nos recibió con amabilidad y atención, asegurándose de que tuviéramos una experiencia agradable. La ubicación es ideal, cerca de las playas y el ambiente es perfecto para descansar y disfrutar. Sin duda, recomendaríamos este lugar y volveríamos en el futuro. ¡Gracias por una gran experiencia!

Excelente opción, lugar amplio y con todas las amenidades que ofrece, tranquilo y muy agradable, Salvador estaba al pendiente y el proceso de llegada y salida fue muy cómodo. Bastante recomendable.

La verdad es que no tengo ninguna queja, y tampoco sabría que recomendar, es una casa bastante limpia, moderna e impecable y Alexander ni se diga una persona muy amigable y atento, sin lugar a duda volveria😉

The apartment is absolutely beautiful with stunning views. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen completely stocked. There were sodas, beer and snacks for our arrival. Nice extra! There is a wonderful restaurant on site where we ate breakfast or lunch every day before going to the beach or pool. Restaurants and shopping are within walking distance. The staff was always friendly and helpful. It was a great family vacation and we would definitely stay here again and I would highly recommend!

Our first impression was "better than the pictures" - full of warmth and charm. It is much larger than we expected and is decorated beautifully in true Mexican style, with lush foliage around the 3 patios providing privacy keeping the condo cool. The location couldn't be better - a short walk to town, beaches, the Malecon, and restaurants. Our host, Alejandra, should get "host of the year" award. She bent over backwards to make sure we were comfortable. We've stayed in many units over the years and can honestly say that this one is probably the best condo with the best host we've ever had. Highly recommended. Thank you Alejandra.

El departamento impecable, hermoso, parece nuevo y todo funciona, tranquilidad Absoluta la alberca limpia tibia, todos super amables, atentos y lo recomiendo ampliamente y claro que volveremos, es maravilloso el lugar para pasar unas vacaciones increíbles, la anfitriona la más amable de todas y le agradezco mucho!!

Amazing area with easy access to town. Beach is just a short walk away. the pool is amazing which has a snack bar. We really enjoyed our stay here. would recommend.

The place is excellent. There are quite a few restaurants within walking distance. A few lovely beaches are within a 10—to 15-minute drive in either direction, either in Zihuatanejo or Ixtapa. My only complaint is that the bar in the pool closes at 6 p.m., and the restaurant also opens late (9 a.m.).

Estuvimos muy a gusto en el departamento. El lugar es muy bonito e ideal para familias. La piscina tiene un gran área de chapoteadero para los pequeños y el condominio cuenta con ludoteca, para nosotros estuvo perfecto.

This was our fifth visit to the Ixtapa/Zihuatanejo area. We have never stayed in the Marina but this was a pleasant surprise. The view of the bay is spectacular - best we have had. The unit is well equipped with gas stove top and all of the cooking utensils you need. The beds were very comfortable and the AC worked well. Howard is a good host. He answered all of my questions and the property manager met us promptly at the property. The only negative for some folks is that it is a 15 min walk to the main Ixtapa restaurant district. We enjoyed the walk and there are a few closer restaurants in the marina. The benefit is that this resort is much quieter than some of the resorts we stayed at that were closer. Overall highly recommended!

Muy buen alojamiento. Una zona muy tranquila. Y con vista muy bonitas al club de golf mi familia disfruto mucho la alberca. Claro que volveremos. Las próximas vacaciones.

The condo is very nice and in a beautiful complex with a large pool area overlooking the beach. There is a mall area that is a 1.5km walk or use the mini-bus for 12 pesos (the same bus will take you to Zihua for 24 pesos). The bus will stop right outside the condo gate. The mall has many good restaurants, shops and a small supermarket (Merza) for groceries. Ixtapa is much quieter than many Mexican resort towns (no noisy late night clubs) and we enjoyed that. Central Zihua on the bay is about 30 minutes away on the mini-bus (a short walk from the bus stop in Zihua) and there are many good restaurants along pedestrian only streets and beautiful scenery there.
