Maria was a fantastic host. The condo is beautiful and met more than our expectations. We did have a problem with a toilet leaking but it was fixed immediately so that was a big deal. The kitchen was very stocked with everything you would need. Better than my kitchen at home. Pool was great every morning cleaned and warm! The only thing I would say is the location but that was just our opinion since we are older and could walk far so just taxi when we went out. You get a 10 star from us. Thank you

My family and I had a fantastic stay! The views are breathtaking, the beds are incredibly comfortable, and the private pool was amazing. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ensuring we had everything we needed. Playa Las Gatas is very close, and the convenient transportation to and from the beach made it very easy. The nearby beach club, only two minutes away, was another highlight of our trip. I definitely recommend staying here.

El departamento está padrísimo. Muy amplio para grupos de 10 o 12 personas. La vista inigualable. Muy limpio y cómodo el inmueble. El condominio está muy bonito. Las albercas y la playa impecables. Muy buena opción para pasar unas vacaciones muy agradables.

The gardens and landscaping were beautiful. Everything was clean and housekeeping was polite and welcoming. Nice pool area with plenty of chairs and tables. We loved the walking paths and the activity on the marina. We would stay here again.

Great location, very walkable to playa la ropa beach, restaurants and convenience store nearby. Quiet, clean, and super friendly staff on property. Would highly recommend!

We had an amazing time renting this beautiful house for our vacation! The stunning architecture and welcoming ambiance made us feel right at home. The spacious living areas and well-equipped kitchen were perfect for our group, and we loved dining on the lovely patio. The outdoor area, complete with a sparkling pool, was a highlight, allowing us to relax and enjoy barbecues together. The location was convenient, with easy access to attractions and restaurants. Our host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, enhancing our experience. Overall, this house exceeded our expectations and provided the perfect setting for a memorable getaway. We can't wait to return! Highly recommend!

Pablo and all the staff were super kind and attentive. Communication with Pablo was excellent, the lady who cooks is spectacular, and the house caretakers are very friendly and warm. The house is in a very peaceful area with an incredible view. Although there is no AC, it’s not necessary as the house is well-ventilated and stays cool. The walk down to the beach is not the easiest since there are many steps, but we would definitely come back. We were very happy and comfortable.

We worked directly with Jessica during our stay. It's just a little hike from the OXXO on the main road between the convenience store and La Perla. The place is great. The residents are friendly and welcoming. You're renting an apartment in a complex filled with owner/residents. If you're respectful they are very friendly. The gate staff is very friendly too. It has a nice and well equipped kitchen. You won't have an ocean view at this place but it's so close it's not an issue. Public beach is maybe 150M away.

Ricardo was very friendly and responsive when we had any questions about the condo and the area. The condo was absolutely gorgeous and the view from the balcony is amazing. The building is in a quiet location and the beds were very comfortable. This condo is perfect if you are travelling with other couples or a large family… there is plenty of room for everyone. One thing to note is if you have mobility issues you might find it hard to get around. There are stairs leading to the lower level bedrooms and the hike to the main gate is all up hill although you can get a taxi to pick you up right by your condo. There is also a short walk down a rocky path to get to the beach so you definitely need to wear some sort of footwear. The beach at Las Brisas was never overcrowded and you can get food and bar service there if you pay with $. We spent quite a few days there enjoying the beach and swimming in the ocean. I would highly recommend Ricardo’s condo and would love to go back there someday.

El señor Alonso siempre estuvo pendiente con todo. Muy amable desde la reservación hasta que salimos del alojamiento, nos ayudó con recomendaciones y muy hogareño.

Condo was perfectly described and illustrated. We stayed for a month and had everything we needed. We bought groceries in Zihuatanjo Centro directly from producers plus two larger grocery stores and ate at local restaurants and onsite restaurant. We rented bikes, The Red Carpet bike path is safe and extensive. We snorkeled at Ixtapa Island coral beach. Public transport is efficient and affordable as well as taxis. Additionally maid service is affordable and well worth it. Veronica and Beto were excellent hosts very accommodating and responsive and we absolutely loved the condo and location. The staff were very helpful and did everything to help us feel at home. The grounds and pool meticulously kept clean and safe. This is a quieter place to relax by Marina. We appreciated the security and the rules of quiet time very respectful. Thanks again we really hope to come back next year. Sincerely Joanne and Al

Marks place was wonderful, the kitchen was well equipped, the grounds and pool were beautiful. Walking distance to restaurants.
