Probably the best place to stay in Ballito, right on the beach with a beautiful balcony. We'd definitely stay here again for a next visit !

Spotless, cozy, feels like home! The Manor is well situated, walking distance from restaurants and shops for daily groceries and the unit is right on the beach 😃 Carina and her team is well organised and very quick to respond! Mark is an incredible host, we were slightly late with our check out and he patiently waited and that is a representation of his personality. My family and I highly appreciated his consideration for us since we were travelling with children. Mark also provides beach towels and a baby cot, now that is an extra convenience for mom and baby. The furniture is in great condition and has two TVs. We just have two complaints; the floor was sandy in the living, kitchen area, and the shower floors look like they’ve been mopped then scrubbed. Otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back soon!!!

I could not recommend this place enough! Jono and Cathy were so incredible, they took us in extremely last minute and went above and beyond for my parents and I. The place was perfect. Clean, comfortable, aircon was amazing!! I would highly recommend staying here and after living in Durban my whole life, coming back to visit, I will only stay at their accommodation in future… purely because of the amazing hosts! Thank you so much for going above and beyond for us.

The house was perfect for a family holiday, we felt very at home there. Lovely rooms, clean good quality linen, with a great little pool. Best part was the close proximity to the stunning beach. The hostess was so helpful and understanding. I made a mixup with my booking and she was considerate and helpful and handled our late booking out with professional attitude. Thank you so much Corrine and so sorry again for the mixup on my behalf. The monkeys were a real pest, we had to keep the doors and windows closed all the time, they are so cheeky. The shutters on the windows and doors were fantastic as you could open the windows and keep the shutters closed to get fresh are but keep the monkeys out. We had a wonderful family holiday, we would book this house again. Thank you so much.

We LOVED this house. We were 4 families with little kids and this place was so spacious, it never felt crammed. Waking up to ocean views every morning was magical. The house has direct access to the beach which we all loved. The housekeepers were so friendly and helpful. And the neighborhood is beautiful, safe, and close to cafes, restaurants, and activities. We will definitely come here again!

This home has been one of our best stays in the Dolphin coast. The home is extremely spacious, catering for large families (we had 13) with breath taking ocean views, that flow into the house. Enough bedrooms and bathrooms to cater for privacy, fantastic open plan communal areas. A relaxing environment with all amenities you need to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Direct beach access made it super convenient for kids and elders getting to the ocean for swims Our family could not stop raving about what an amazing place it was. Recommend!

Our family only stayed for a weekend, but we felt so rested it was like a holiday. Jan was so helpful and friendly, providing many personal touches and spoils. We enjoyed nature and the outside spaces. Loved the open plan and openness with rhe stacker doors. We will definitely return.

This property is superb. Apart from the property itself it is literally metres from the sea. We fell asleep and awoke to the sound of the waves. We witnessed the most beautiful sunrises. We had alot planned but found a peaceful stay in just staying in. This is all we were looking for with this break and this is what we got and more.

stayed for one night but was a great stay. lovely seating outside on the balcony. everything needed to cook and clean and wash clothes etc could be found in the apartment which was great. lovely Nespresso coffee machine to use . there was a PS4 with games that could be used as well as a 24 hour gym access card. I really appreciated the attention to detail that Ramana gave the apartment. was a lovely stay. wish we stayed longer.

There just aren't enough stars to rate Wendy and Jesse's place,. Wendy was an incredible host. she saved the day... Wendy was an exceptional host...and wish i had met her to give a big hug to thank her for literally saved our family holiday. the unit is luxurious, private, and easily accessible to ALL amenities.

Nikki and Tom's place is more than just a stay, it's an unforgettable experience! The flat itself is perfectly appointed with stunning ocean views and comfortable amenities. But what made our stay special was the wonderful host, who went above and beyond to make us feel accomodated, welcome and at home. Can't wait to return. If you're looking for a rejuvenating getaway, look no further.

Paola’s place is beautiful and peaceful, I booked it as part of my rest and recovery, and it gave me just that if not more. My only regret is not booking for more days. Paola is a gracious and generous host; you can tell everything was curated with warmth and care. From the small laundry bags to the Nespresso pods and Turkish beach towels, it didn’t feel like home - it felt like what home should be.

Had a lovely week in Umdloti. Can recommend this apartment. Having the cleaner daily is a big bonus. Rooms very spacious, aircons work great. Dstv also a big plus. The apartment also has a built in braai. Will definitely be returning.

Loren’s place was an amazing stay. Checking in was seamless. The hosts were very welcoming. Our long trip away from home with the children felt like home away from home. The place had all the amenities that you could ask for. The views are amazing! It was a great and pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to visit Ballito.
