Amazing Stay – Highly Recommend! Our group had an incredible stay! The cabin was beautifully decorated, and exactly what we needed.

The home itself is a gem—beautifully designed, spacious, and equipped with all the comforts one could wish for. Every room was immaculate and thoughtfully decorated, making us feel right at home. The kitchen was well-stocked, allowing us to enjoy cozy meals with a view. The outdoor space was perfect for relaxing and soaking in the breathtaking scenery. A special thank you to the owner for making this such a memorable experience. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality were evident throughout our stay. We couldn't have asked for a better place to unwind and explore the wonders of Zion. Highly recommend this getaway for anyone looking to experience tranquility and beauty in one perfect package!

We had an amazing time staying at the Shack! Check in was seamless and the instructions Laura sent made it very easy to find. The fridge and pantry were stocked which was so convenient! We also had everything we could possibly need for breakfast already provided (including fresh eggs, bacon, bagels, bread, pancake mix, etc). The surrounding area was beautiful and so peaceful! We loved the location (only about an hour away from Zion, 1hr 45 min from Bryce Canyon) and it was the perfect place to come back to after a long day of hiking. The hot tub and firepit were the best at the end of our days and the stargazing at night was incredible. She even had s’mores fixings already provided to enjoy by the fire! Can’t say enough great things about this place, would definitely recommend staying here!

Beautiful clean home with great views! Kitchen had everything we needed from spices to coffee! Steven was a very responsive host and had great local recommendations for the restaurants and grocery stores! Would definitely stay there again!

We had an increadilbe time. DeAnn was a superhost. She recommended walks and the directions were clear. The house was so cozy and comfortable. She had everything in the cupboards for making dinners or breakfast. DeAnn has put me in trust with Airbnb in America. In Australia i have stopped using Airbnb because the hosts dont do anything for you. They dont even leave tea or coffee - JUST Nothing (as bare as they can). Not even flexible and many places are not clean. But in America and Europe they treat you better than Hotels. I highly recommend DeAnn's place for a beautiful relaxing country escape. If your a Hiker this is the ultimate place.

Great little escape in the woods. A bit snowy during our stay but it added to the beautiful scenery outside. The home was spotless with a great kitchen and plenty of space.

Our family of 5 (kids ages 16, 9, and 5) stayed for 5 nights as our hub for Zion, Bryce, nature and relaxation. Everything about our stay was incredible. My 5 year old summed it up best - "I LOVE this place - the stairs, the beds, the hot tub, the rocks outside. I wish this were our house forever." We cooked and used the fully stocked kitchen every day, enjoyed multiple daily hot tub sessions, saw a million stars at night, saw Jupiter through the telescope, watched the moon rise over the mountain every morning, had an incredible canyoneering adventure at Elkheart Slot Canyon, hiked to the Kanab sand caves, and did some local rock hounding. Thank you Afton for sharing a slice of restoration and adventure!

Cabin was clean and so cozy. Stay in and booked every meal. Perfect relaxing weekend. So quiet and felt very safe as well. Highly recommend!

The place was perfect for our South Utah get away, close to the parks but tucked away enough that you feel like you are in your own space away from the crowds. It was quiet, easy to find, and the front porch was lovely to relax on at the end of the day.

Great location to go to both Zion and Bryce! About 45 min each way!

We had an amazing time at this cabin! The location and surroundings are so beautiful, and you will never want to leave this cabin. Lots of games and activities and amazing touches to the cabin that make you feel right at home. 10/10 would recommend and would 100% book again!

Nina's place is truly an oasis of peace and charm. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need to prepare a great meal, and the sitting area is incredibly inviting complete with soft leather seating and floor to ceiling bookcases filled with all kinds of reading material. A small electric fireplace adds cozy ambience, complemented by thoughtfully chosen artwork throughout the space. The bathroom is standard in layout, with quality towels/soap/shampoo. The bedroom features a fantastic bed with soft, cuddly blankets perfect for warding off the desert chill. The real gem, though, is the private patio. We brought our dogs with us and were happy to have a safe, enclosed space where they could play and relax. The outdoor fire pit, gas grill, and plentiful seating make it ideal for enjoying the beautiful evenings; s’mores, anyone? The entire cabin is clean, and although it’s pet friendly, you’d never know it as there’s no trace of prior pups. We look forward to returning!

We enjoyed our stay at Falisha"s place. it was well situated for the national parks we wanted to visit. The bed was comfortable and the whole house was clean. It had snowed before we got there so our 4 wheel drive vehicle was a necessity on the driveway. We picked up groceries in Panguitch before we got to the house because there isn't a grocery store close to the cabin. We felt right at home

We had a phenomenal stay here in Glendale. The place was comfortable, clean, family friendly, and well stocked. We had a slight hiccup due to the city performing maintenance on the water lines and Jaime was incredibly responsive, accommodating, and helpful. We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area and will recommend it to family and friends.

Super peaceful place and loved the off grid experience. Makes me want to try to do more of this in my own practice. Very inspiring and fun place. Loved the quiet surroundings and how remote it is. We had a little trouble locating it so definitely set the odometer and keep an eye on the signs. I didn't read the fine print about no hot water which is not an issue as you can boil water for washing off and doing dishes. We had an amazing experience and would highly recommend if you're looking for something different and environmentally friendly! The pups loved it too.

Second stay here - will be back again. Great place to stay!

This place looks way better in person - the pictures do not do it justice. It gives you that mountain feel, and the cabin itself was not creaky! A very spacious, ambient, and cozy place to stay, and would definitely do so again. Lara was a very attentive host that made us feel taken care of and safe. One thing to note: there are not many grocery stores nearby, so definitely load up in one of the larger cities outside of Duck Creek.

We loved our stay at this cabin! We were so impressed with how clean and we'll stocked the house was. The surrounding area was beautiful and there was so many things to do! We wish we could have stayed longer!

We loved our stay. Beautiful, private area and the kids enjoyed riding their bikes around the caves/trails. We loved the common area, and were able to use the grill to cook dinner. Would love to stay again!

The house had a very good set up for a large family with a whole downstairs area with multiple bunkbeds and couches that we could give to the kids. Any question I had was immediately responded to.

Thank you so much for letting us stay in these beautiful surroundings. Mike met us as we drove into the property to check in. He was so kind and helpful and gave us tips on what to do in the area. Although we didn't have time to check it out on this trip, he told us about a red slot canyon just a few miles away. (No guided tour needed) The house is beautiful, cozy and spacious, perfectly located near the east entrance of Zion (which is one of the most scenic roads I've ever driven on). The sunset on the property was just unbelievable, and the mountains as a backdrop made it a thousand times better. We would love to come back!

We truly enjoyed this cabin! My wife and I were celebrating a milestone wedding anniversary, and we love to hike. We found many places to explore besides Zion and Bryce nearby. We also found a pretty cool diner in Duck Creek :) The cabin was awesome, clean and had everything we needed and more. The holiday decorations were a plus! Thanks for supplying the wood for the fireplace! We highly recommend this place and hope to come back again sometime. Thanks again Bertha and Wayne!!

Rose is an amazing host! She was extremely helpful any time we needed something. The cabin stayed nice and cool with the a/c on and the bed is comfy! Don't forget to enjoy the night sky; you can see plenty of stars! Things to do: Best Friends Animal Sanctuary (eat at their vegan buffet for $5pp no tax -we aren't vegans, but loved the food!) This place has free tours, we did 3 of them. They are all amazing and informative! Don't forget to check out the kitty room and Roxie's Room at the Welcome Center and then the Adoption Hub for more animals to love on! After BFAS hike the Sand Caves (free). Right down the road is Belly of the Dragon -easy hike. Bring a flashlight. Do Kanarra Falls in Kanarraville (must have reservations online in advance-$15pp) heard it's the best hike and better than the Narrows in Zion. Three Falls hike in Hurricane is also nice and free! Don't forget to do Peekaboo Slot Canyon in Kanab and the ones in Grand Staircase Escalante! Nomad Cafe: pumpkin cin rolls yum!
