This apartment on the canal is a fantastic way to experience Indianapolis! The location is ideal—within walking distance to the zoo, the city, via the scenic canal! This really adds a special touch to the stay. One major bonus: garage parking is included! The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough to accommodate our family of five, including an infant. While the couch didn't convert into a bed as we had expected, we were still able to make it work. Still, all the appliances worked perfectly, and the host thoughtfully provided essentials like soap and other extras. It’s worth noting that the apartment view doesn’t overlook the canal or main skyline, but you do get a glimpse of a nearby hotel under construction. The Skydeck is what offers the stunning view of the skyline and the canal and it's spectacular!

The condo was perfect for our needs, walking distance to Gainbridge Fieldhouse. Clean, clear instructions, parking was a little iffy, but managed.

This place is a short walk from downtown Indy where you’ll find all the restaurants and amenities one would expect to find when visiting here. This place was private, secluded and quiet. Highly recommend.

Great location and space!

The location was great and the accommodations were perfect for our party of four. Having a large two bedroom place with a full kitchen was so much better than staying at a hotel!!! Finding the lock box with the key was a bit tricky with all of the similar lock boxes on the wall, but other than that, the stay was perfect. Also, very generous to offer a free appetizer the the Block Bistro and Grill!!!

Great location historic building, Quick walkable access to many restaurants shopping. We had one issue with finding the parking space assigned to the apartment. Jacquelyn was responsive to my questions and we resolved the issue quickly. Everything else was top-notch.

Place was very clean and host was very responsive. Futon is the second bed. Couch is not a pull out. Futon is very uncomfortable but I was aware it was a futon when booking so it wasn't a surprise. Limited linens so best to bring your own if you need the second or third bed.

Very peaceful view! apartment living so you'll hear neighbors above you but overall a good stay.

Great location, very responsive host, great for walking to bars and restaurants. Stayed for a Pacers game and it was the perfect place to stay to walk to Fieldhouse! Would stay again!

The space was very clean and the host was accommodating and responsive. The location was perfect for our girls weekend and we had plenty of space to hang out and play games. I'd definitely recommend this place for a trip to Indy! The only issue we had was finding the parking garage. The garage entrance is in a narrow alley and a tight turn to get inside. The door stayed open for a long time so it wasn't a problem for us to do a 3 point turn.

It was the perfect location. We went to the Children’s Museum and Lucas oil stadium for SuperCross Race was a quick drive. There is food places and target right down the road. Felt safe the whole trip and the gated parking garage was great! The host was very responsive with any questions I had.

We had a great stay! Everything was exactly as described. The apartment did stay warm even with the air on but there were plenty of fans to help. Location was perfect, plenty of restaurants around.

Tim's place has become my home away from home! Tim is so very welcoming and the space is great period the location is perfect and very safe.

This location is right at the center of town, with lots to do, and a lake right next door to boot! Ayash Is a great place for a couples vacation and is highly recommended!

Wonderful place for family getaway, it’s a bonus that you can use the pool table and theater in the evening , my kids had so much fun. beautiful interior with wonderful view. Host is very responsible and friendly, we had a little problem but they solve it right the way. Very good experience overall.

Stayed at Conner’s place for a small family reunion where we had multiple kids and they were entertained the entire time. The home itself is very spacious, at no point did our group of 10 ever feel crowded. The back yard gave us space to hangout and we played games in the detached garage. The house was clean, fresh linens and very comfortable. Easy access to anywhere in Indy and minutes away from a lot of good food spots. Will be staying again if we make it back to the area. Connor was a great host!

Great location, very private! We had plenty of room inside and the kids were able to play outside as well. We loved the back deck!

We loved this place. It is very cute and accommodating, and the hosts were great. Do note there is no kitchen (which we were aware of, I’m just not sure it’s super clear in the listing).

Lynell is a wonderful host and the home is even more beautiful in the person. Very spacious, clean, gorgeously and tastefully decorated. The beds were also very comfortable! Lynell is very communicative and responsive and overall very kind. I cannot recommend this home and this host enough! 🩷

We loved our stay at Deborah’s house! Her style is impeccable, house was spacious, and location was perfect for getting quickly to downtown Indy, Butler University, or Broad Ripple. The swing in the studio and little free library were favorites for our kids! Would highly recommend for a stay in the Indy area!!

The home was super cute. Lots of vintage charm and character. We enjoyed the large front porch. They supplied a lot of items, that for the most part we didn’t use, but we appreciated that they offered. We enjoyed playing some of their albums. They moved the tv from the bedroom to the living room upon our request which was super nice. They responded quickly and the house was clean. I wish the water in the shower was warmer, but it was manageable. A note, if you’re a coffee drinker you’ll need to bring some. We definitely enjoyed our short stay here. Thank you to the hosts!

I picked this place to stop for a night during a cross country move. It has everything you need and any questions I had were answered. Would have loved more clear instructions on where or not sink water is filtered as it wasn’t the greatest, but it was all we had left after a late arrival. All in all, great place to stay for little while

Stayed for FDIC. Exactly as it was described and Adie was very quick to respond if we had questions. Should I come back to the area , I would absolutely consider Adie and Bryens place. The neighborhood is very historic which is pretty cool. The house has been renovated nicely and filled our needs for the week. Our female firefighter liked having her own room as well. There did seem to be a bit of dog hair for anyone who suffers from allergies. 30 minute walk to Convention center was no biggie. Good food in area as well as Downtown Indianapolis. Definitely a good spot.
