Zipari : locations de vacances avec terrasse

We had a wonderful first holiday with our 9 month old son at Giorgos place. The apartment is well set up for little ones and great value for money. Its a 10 minute walk to the lovely Mastihari with its sandy beach, bars and really great restaurants. We had some of the freshest fish there! Transport was easy (we don't yet drive), with a bus stop in the town and a great cab service on hand. The apartment is well equipt with all we needed and more and we enjoyed using the garden in the evenings. Its the perfect spot to see the whole island, easy to locate and next to onw of the nicest small towns the island has to offer. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, we even did a boat trip one day. Giorgos was really kind, helpful and generous. Anything we needed, he would advise us really quickly and he even shared his own local honey and fresh eggs wit us! We had a wonderful time

Die Wohnung befindet sich in fußläufiger Entfernung zu den Restaurants, Shops und Bars von Massouri und liegt trotzdem wunderbar ruhig am Rand des Ortes. Von Haus erreicht man auch super schnell den Sektor Poets. Die Lage könnte einfach nicht besser sein! Es gibt gleich 2 super Terassen die man für das Frühstück oder einen Drink am Abend nutzen kann - Blick auf einen wunderbaren Sonnenuntergang inklusive. Joanna ist eine wundervolle Gastgeberin - wir habens uns sehr wohl und wilkommen gefühlt. Joanna kennt die Insel gut und man kann sie auch nach Tips fragen. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist einfach klasse - uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Im Sommer ist das Schlafzimmer wunderbar kühl denn es liegt im hinteren Teil der Wohnung. Wenn wir wieder nach Kalymnos reisen würden wir wieder zu ihr kommen.

Breathtaking view of the bay , the pictures don’t do it any justice. Nice and calm surrounding. Ideal for a few relaxing days but definitely requires a car to explore the area. If the apartment had a private pool, it would be 11 out of 10. Only very minor downside: if you sleep with open windows - which is a blessing because of the calm and fresh sea breeze - you are likely to be woken up by the rooster from the opposite building at 3:00 am. We will definitely come back.

We stayed at Arangia Apartments for a week and it was one of the best airbnbs I‘ve stayed in. It‘s located in a quite neighborhood in walking distance to the old town and the port of kos. The Apartment itself was wonderful, it had everything we needed and two beautiful balconies on which you could enjoy your breakfast. Everything was very clean and fresh. The neighbors were very nice and all in all you hab a feeling of safety in the airbnb. The host Petros was very welcoming and forthcoming and recommended a lot of places like bars, restaurants and beaches. He was very helpful and responded very quickly to any questions we had. I would definitely recommend this Apartment and Petros as a host for anyone who wishes to visit kos. We had a great experience and would love to come again.

The listing was incredible and better than the photos. Murat was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay. The resort is a newly build resort and has amazing amenities like the gym and spa. There is a perfect private sand beach. To be honest, the beach was one of the best beaches I have ever seen. The property has everything we needed to cook, clean and chill. The furniture is very stylish and comfortable. Both terraces have sea-view and a lot of greenery. I spent most of my time in the terraces reading my book, it was a piece of heaven.

Όλα ήταν τέλεια,νιώσαμε σαν το σπίτι μας ,είχαμε ότι χρειαζόμασταν.Ητα πολύ καθαρά και περιποιημένα,μπράβο στον κ Βασίλη...Σίγουρα θα ξανάρθουμε!!

the place is super well located in the heart of the old town, everything is at a walking distance, great verity of restaurants. the hidden gem is that the bus stop is also 2 min away which can take you to other part of the island in case you wanna have a each day at more quite beaches. The place was super nice and clean. we would definitely book this place the next time we visit Kos.

Wow what an experience! Peaceful but at the same time close to everything. A hidden gem. Evdokia was a total please to deal with the whole experience was hassle free just what you would want when on holiday. Cannot recommend enough and can't wait to go back!!! The thought of this beautiful place will be forever in our memories.

Maisonnette idéalement située dans la ville. Équipements et propreté impeccables. Un hôte à l'écoute, bienveillant et serviable. Excellent rapport qualité/prix ! Merci également à Petros pour ses bonnes adresses sur place. Nous reviendrons volontiers.

La casa di Kalliopi è proprio come si vede nelle foto. Noi eravamo due adulti ed un bambino ma gli spazi ampi sono adatti comodamente a quattro adulti. Kalliopi è stata gentilissima. Tutto quello che ci ha fornito per il soggiorno è migliore di tanti hotel quattro stelle. Il villaggio è al centro dell’isola per cui ogni spiaggia è facilmente raggiungibile. Ringraziamo Kalliopi che in questa settimana ci ha fatti sentire a casa. Se potremo torneremo sicuramente da Kalliopi.

LA SPIAGGIA SOTTO CASA FACILE DA RAGGIUNGERE PICCOLA E POCO FREQUENTATA E' VERAMENTE SPETTACOLARE DIREI IL FIORE ALL'OCCHIELLO DI QUESTO APPARTAMENTO. IL PROPRIETARIO CI HA AIUTATO IN TUTTO SIA CON I TAXI CHE CI HA PRENOTATO PERSONALMENTE ANCHE IN TARDO ORARIO AVENDO PULTROPPO PERSO IL TRAGHETTO, E ANCHE VENENDO IN BREVISSIMO TEMPO AD APRIRCI QUANDO SIAMO RIMASTI CHIUSI FUORI CASA PER UNA DISTRAZIONE. This place is a gem! Looks even better than the photos, is clean, and a great value for the money. My only suggestion is to get Yavuz to navigate you directly to the location. We speak Turkish and know the Bodrum area well, and it was still initially difficult for us to find (but the view makes the climb so worth it!) You will definitely enjoy your holiday here, but you will need to rent a car. Enjoy!

Wir waren drei Nächte in der Vorsaison auf Kos in der schönen Unterkunft von Niki. Niki hat uns mit allen nötigen Informationen zum Check-in versorgt und war jederzeit ansprechbar, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Eine schöne Wohnung auf zwei Ebenen mit drei Möglichkeiten sich auch draußen entspannt aufzuhalten, besonders eine Terrasse hat einen phantastischen Ausblick. Ein direkter eigener Parkplatz war nicht vorhanden, jedoch gab es eine optimal gelegenen Parkmöglichkeit. Durch die Wetterlage im April waren es auch kühle und nasse Tage, aber die Klimaanlage hatte eine super funktionierende Heizfunktion,so dass die Zimmer warm wurden am kühlen Abend. Die Küche ist funktional ausgestattet. Niki, hatte frisches Obst, sowie Getränke im Kühlschrank bereitgestellt, Dankeschön! Der Esstisch befindet sich ein paar Stufen oberhalb der Küche im Wohnzimmer.. Eine ruhige und schöne Umgebung unterhalb von Zia und ein Auto zu haben ist schon sinnvoll. Danke an Niki! Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt!

My husband and 2 boys came out to Greece to meet our daughter and granddaughter. We all came to the villa and could not fault anything. The boys loved playing chess. Enjoyed good BBQs in the garden. We could walk to Malibu beach in 20 mins which has a free pool and bar. Anytime we messaged the hosts they was quick to reply to our questions. Clean and spotless throughout. Granddaughter 4 months was comfy in the cot provided by hosts. We would definitely recommend staying here. Thank you so much we had an amazing week

We had a wonderful stay at this gorgeous, & modern home. It was impeccably clean, and the location was fantastic, everything we needed was easily accessible. My kids especially loved the park right outside! I can't recommend this place enough. Our host, Michail, went above & beyond to ensure our experience was superb. Thank you for a memorable stay! Loved it.

Na het lezen van de fantastische reviews hadden we hoge verwachtingen en het was zelfs nog beter! We beleefden een fantastisch tijd van aankomst tot vertrek. Vasilis en Manolis ontvingen ons persoonlijk, hartelijk met een rondleiding door het mooie verblijf, een koelkast met lekkers verzorgd door Nia. Er lag zelfs een welkomsgeschenk, zo attent! Het verblijf netjes, knus en alles was voorzien voor een aangenaam verblijf. We sliepen er heerlijk! Stil, airco en de matras was top! Het gezellig terras was perfect om maaltijden te nuttigen. Met sfeerverlichting s’avonds. Maar wat deze plek echt heel bijzonder maakte was de warmte en vriendelijkheid van de familie. Voor de verjaardag van mijn man hadden ze zelfs een verrassing. Ze waren altijd beschikbaar maar gaven ons ook ruimte. De perfecte plek voor wie op zoek is naar rust, griekse gastvrijheid een warm thuis gevoel, goede ligging tussen de locals. Vasilis, Manolis en Nia zitten in ons hart. Tot snel en oprecht bedankt voor alles 🙏🏻 🫶.

I want to thank the host and co-host for the beautiful stay... the place is in a very peaceful area next to the kos town, i’d say it’s walkable to kos town and it’s the center of the city with its beautiful lambi beach but definitely better if you are renting a car... There’s a supermarket like 5-6 mins walking for your daily needs and a beautiful turkish restaurant like 10 mins walking in the platani square. What i found really nice is the communication with the host and co-host. They were always there for recommendations and advices. The house was really clean with extra towels bed sheets and everything you look for in a vacation house. We definitely recommend Angela’s House for anyone who would a nice, quiet and peaceful stay near kos town with its beautiful surroundings full of trees and farm-like vibes.

Murat dost canlısı, sıcakkanlı ve samimi bir ev sahibi.Bizimle çok ilgilendi.Ev çok temiz ve görsellerdekinden daha güzel bir manzaraya sahip. Temiz ve sakin bir muhittte. Benim bu turgutreise 7. gidişim zaten Turgutreis ve tüm marinaları koyları çok iyi biliyorum.O yüzden kıyaslama şansım da olduğundan bana güvenebilir bundan sonraki gelecek olan misafirler.Ben tavsiye ediyorum.

Great little place in a quiet neighbourhood surrounded by gardens and fruit trees. A perfect oasis in Pothia. Easy 10-15 walk to restaurants and shops and the port.

Anetta’s apartment is located in a calm side street of residential area. It is very clean, with newly renovated bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. Minutes away are small markets, with a Kritikos supermarket not far away. Also nearby are the pastry and bakery shop and good restaurants. The beach is approximately 5 minutes walk away down the street. We had great time standing there. Anetta was very helpful, approachable and responded quickly. Highly recommended.

We had a very nice time in this apartment. The location is perfect for climbing at the crags closest to Masouri (the approach to Poets starts almost at the apartment). Both Arne and Kalliopi were extremly nice and helpful when we missed something in the apartment or had questions. There are some house rules that can be good to read when booking 🙂

A lovely stay in a beautiful apartment in a nice part of Kos Town. Everything was immaculately clean and there were many nice touches including wine and fruit on arrival. Stella was a wonderful, very responsive hostess and nothing was too much trouble for her to help us with. I would definitely stay again and would recommend to anybody looking to stay in Kos Town.
