great apartment! we loved it, it was very warm (freezing outside and warm inside!) we had enough space for all our stuff, coming back from ski every day. fully kitchen so we could cook and bake. kids enjoy the play room and we also loved the pool. the apartment is beautiful, great view. Ivana was so nice, and we also got a cleaner in the middle of the week with no charge for refresh our stay. great place!!!

Me and my extended family had a lovely weekend at Simeon's place. It was cozy, spacious, neat and tidy, well equipped. And Simeon himself was a great host- understanding, always responsive and welcoming. Highly recommend it!

Μείναμε απόλυτα ευχαριστημένοι από τη διαμονή μας. Οι οικοδεσπότες ήταν εξαιρετικά φιλόξενοι, με αστική ευγένεια και πρόθυμοι να μας εξυπηρετήσουν σε κάθε ανάγκη μας. Το κατάλυμα ήταν όμορφο, πεντακάθαρο και προσεγμένο μέχρι την τελευταία λεπτομέρεια. Ήταν στολισμένο σε χριστουγεννιάτικους τόνους, δημιουργώντας μια ζεστή και γιορτινή ατμόσφαιρα, ενώ παρείχε όλα όσα θα μπορούσαμε να χρειαστούμε. Η τοποθεσία είναι εξαιρετική, σε μία από τις πιο όμορφες συνοικίες της Καβάλας. Τα πάντα ήταν σε απόσταση περιπάτου: το κάστρο, η αγορά, τα καφέ και τα εστιατόρια. Πήγαμε οικογενειακώς και η εμπειρία μας ήταν πραγματικά αξέχαστη. Το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα!

AMAZING EXPERIENCE! The apartament is in a quiet neighbourhood with friendly locals, nice Mountain View and a really good restaurant/ tavern just 2 mins walking distance! There’s a dedicated parking spot right in front of the door of the house. The hosts were extremely polite and helpful, always available, if you need anything! The atmosphere in the apartment is the perfect ambiance of coziness and modern design - perfect for 2, even 3-4 people because the sofa is very comfy! There’s a desk for the digital nomads :) And a long terrace with a table and chairs, so you can get that first coffee in the morning RIGHT! :) There’s everything you’d need in the bathroom and in the kitchen as well and in general the place is very fresh and clean. We just loved it, absolutely recommend it and we’re definitely coming back!

it was a n8ce flat in the old town. difficult to reach if you have a big car, but that's normal and has nothing to do with the house. they have their own parking space and the check-in was really easy, we even could move in earlier.

Locuința intr-un spatiu retras și totuși ușor accesibil cu masina, gazda extrem de prietenoasa și de ajutor, casa corespunde imaginilor postate și este călduroasă și bine împărțită. Are un grătar mare, electric foarte util. Mulțumim Mary pentru găzduire și recomandări.
